Thanks for that info! found the ticket https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-70555 and subtask: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-69574 would fix our issue. 

I did look at that, besides it being mostly people complaining there really wasn't much information and some of the features were implemented. Thanks though. 

Mine has to be Jira (cloud version). Use it everyday for tracking the teams progress on various tasks and making changes for workflow/features/screens/etc for other teams. The ability to customize almost anything has to be my favorite feature of the product. Favorite add-on, Automation for Jira. :-)

Hey Derrick! Thanks for the response! To answer the first question, the 'To Do' status does exist (Backlog/Ready for Development) in the "FA Standard Kanban Workflow-Ops".
