@lkcostas welcome to the Atlassian community I would suspect that SourceTree was open when the reboot occurred. You could test this and see if that is the cause of the issue.
-
@Zack Morris this is a known issue and I have not seen any great solution or a way to get around this.
-
@Geoff_ Real New Zealand Tours welcome to the Atlassian community I am not able to see your account since I am just a user of the Atlassian tool set. Are you the owner of the board.
-
@CPM Accounting if you are using Chrome, try using a different browser to login. I see this issue a lot when users are logged into Chrome with a different account then what they use to login to Atlassian with. If that is not the issue you should check and make sure that the account is setup to work with the organization…

I also escalated this to support so they can take a look at it.

@Werner Kratochwil welcome to the Atlassian community Change The Maximum Lines And Size In Options Tools > Options > Diff Change Max Diff Line Count And Change Size Limit (Text)

@Barun Bairagi welcome to the Atlassian community Here is a response from stack from someone with the same issue. Yes, I had the same problem on one of the computers, but it worked on the others. The problem is in the proxy and solved in the following way: * Go to the folder using the command line: cmd…

@Praveen Raikar welcome to the Atlassian community Go to Tools > Options > General and make sure that the "Default Name" field reflects your username, not your full name.

Atlassian would not send a letter. You bill would be available in the billing section of their website. I would check there and see if anything is owed and only pay through the official Atlassian website. There are a lot of scams out there an this sounds like one.
-
@Harshita Patil welcome to the Atlassian community If you followed the steps here https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-two-step-verification-for-your-atlassian-account/ and are not able to recover it I will escalate to Atlassian support for you.
-
@Rachel Joy Lam I am assuming that you are on a free plan. I would suggest checking back as it could be maintenance but my guess is that you have not used the space for quite some time and it has been disabled. Can you confirm that you are on the free plan and when the last time you used the Jira space?
-
@Ananthan Subburaj Hari Hara Prasath _BD_TOA-SWE5_ I would recommend upgrading to the latest version over downgrading. If you are concerned about stability, you should test it out before officially deploying it.
-
@Aneesh Bhagat welcome to the Atlassian community I would suggest reviewing the documentation and ensuring that you are following the steps provided: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/create-a-site-backup/ If you are and it is still not working, I would suggest using a different browser and seeing if you…

@Cindy Hyde welcome to the Atlassian community Here are some instructions on how to setup your Kanban backlog - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/use-your-kanban-backlog/ The main issue with a backlog not showing up is usually because of status mapping. From the documentation: "If you map all the…

@Sonja Brown welcome to the Atlassian community The only concerns that I have seen with sub-tasks are when they are not used properly. Sub-tasks are a great way to get better insights into the specific work tasks that have to be completed within a work type. I think once you have a good understanding of how to implement…

@Michael Green sorry for the delay. I think that Atlassian took a different approach in cloud and just placed it at the top of every page so it would not have to be added to the page.
-
@Michael Green They are most likely referring to data center and not cloud. I am not aware of a way to do that in Cloud. Cloud also has built in tools that allow you to better monitor space content and update it as needed based on the information provided.
-
@Neovern Enricoso I have seen in similar cases, these slowdowns have been traced to another cloud site running unusually heavy operations, which can temporarily affect performance. Issues like this typically resolve on their own within minutes, though in some situations it may take a up to an hour. Are you still seeing the…
-
@Jonathan Zapata welcome to the Atlassian community Have you tried using a token for authentication?
-
@Michael Green at the top of the page in the right hand corner you should see the last published date. This shows when it was last updated (see below). Are you not seeing that?
-
@Vasu Dilwal welcome to the Atlassian community Make sure that the git version and the supported version for SourceTree are the same.
-
@Michael Green Does the updated date at the top of the page not work? Do you use the content manager to see last updated and last visited? https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/manage-your-content-tree/
-
@Marco Sansalone I have escalated to Atlassian support here in the forum so they can help you. I am assuming you are on the free plan.
-
@Diogo Malvezzi Since you are using Subversion Plus and wondering how to accommodate this in Cloud you are correct in that you will need to use a marketplace app. I would suggest setting up a cloud instance if you have not already done so and then testing the different marketplace apps to ensure that they will meet your…

@vanaja yealm you will need to install a DB in order to complete the Jira install. You can use any of the DBs lists here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/connecting-jira-applications-to-a-database-938846850.html

@이선민(LSM) welcome to the Atlassian community See if your hostnames were being resolved to IPv6 or IPv4 address. If it is going to IPv6 try disabling IPv6 and seeing if it resolves the issue.
-
@Priyesh welcome to the Atlassian community Unfortunately, Sourcetree does not have a built-in feature or dedicated plugin for enforcing the Conventional Commits specification through its graphical interface.
-
@sjmerel welcome to the Atlassian community This is usually caused by large files or repos. Check and make sure that you do not have any folders added to the repo that should not be. If your repo or files are large it will defiantly use more.
-
@Arjun B If you are following the instructions listed here: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/manage-permissions-on-the-page-level/ and have used the troubleshooting steps here https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/troubleshoot-access-problems-to-content/ you have two options. @Fatmir Nuredini welcome the Atlassian community Squash command only works on a single branch in sourcetree.
