@paiv welcome to the Atlassian commmunity I am not able to recreate on a new version of Sourcetree. Can you upgrade and see if this is still an issue.
-
@Camsho welcome to the Atlassian community The agents would have the same space permissions if you put them both in the same service desk space. You could use work item security to prevent one team from seeing the other teams work items but you would need some way to identify the work items when it is submitted. In the…

@Diem Chau this will help you https://support.atlassian.com/rovo/kb/no-cloud-id-found-for-this-team-enterprise-error-when-using-rovo-for-slack/

@Mick Muschaweck you will need to ensure that the language pack is installed on your data center instance. Then users will be able to select their preferred language in iOS Settings > General > Language & Region to set your preferred language for the device and apps.

@SianS In addition to the questions that Trudy asked you might also want to consider using a filter subscription to have a lower impact on your automation limit for emails. It would require you to manage it differently which could be cumbersome depending on how many individuals would need to subscribe but is another…

@Charlotte Turner sorry to hear that you are having issues. I have escalated to Atlassian so they can help you. If you can share the image I might be able to help while you wait for support.
-
@chickpeafilae you are welcome.
-
@Giovanni Albanese welcome to the Atlassian community This occurs when your head on the local machine does not match the branch. You will need to sync your local branch with the remote branch.
-
@Dominik Meyer welcome to the Atlassian community Have you updated sourcetree because there was a bug and see if that fixes this issue?
-
@Jack Huling Here is the KB on this https://support.atlassian.com/jira/kb/error-while-importing-issue-via-csv-import-error-fatal-error-during-import-cannot-invoke-comatlassianjiraissueissuegetissuetype-because-issue-is-nul/ Has to do with a validator/condition on the workflow create transition.

@Vincent Wild welcome to the Atlassian community I am not aware of any apps that would do what you are looking for in Data Center. What version of data center are you on? I thought this issue was resolved in Data Center and Cloud.
-
@Kara Craig I would suggest submitting a support ticket. I would not expect it to work that way even if you have different data residency areas. It would be interesting to know if it is more widespread.
-
@Kara Craig are they both using the same Jira instance? Does simply refreshing the browser solve the issue? Seems very odd that this is occurring in cloud.
-
@jianhua_liu welcome to the Atlassian community The answer unfortunately is not at this time. The custom actions items are found in the menu and not on the main menu.
-
@mathewmay72 here is a support article addressing your issue: https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-data-center/kb/cant-access-bitbucket-server-with-git-issuer-certificate-is-invalid/

@Jyothi Dadi welcome to the Atlassian community See the answer here that is marked correct https://stackoverflow.com/questions/66629862/cannot-determine-the-organization-name-for-this-dev-azure-com-remote-url

@Michael Green can you accept my answer to help others.
-
@Kara Craig If you are on a bundled release track you specify the time in which your instance is updated. If all of the instances are updated at the same time, then you should not be out of sync. When you say that some users are having issues do you mean users or product instances? Can you share some of the issues they are…
-
@Michael Green the instructions I posted reference this is where to access this feature. If you are looking at the same instructions then they are up to date. The issue is I am not sure that they are super clear if you have not done it before.
-
@Well Roots Is your Chrome browser logged into with a Google account? If the answer is yes is it the same account that you used to log into Loom with? I would suggest trying a different browser to see if you can login. Let me know what you find out. I have also escalated this to Atlassian support so they can help out if…
-
@Michael Green sorry it is late and I guess I am very tired. I looked at your question again and you are going to the wrong place to change the owner. You need to look at the lower right hand corner and click the page details button. You can make the change there.
-
@Michael Green Yes I did. Is it on all pages in the space?
-
@Michael Green You need to be a Confluence app or space admin to be able to transfer page ownership. See the instructions here: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/transfer-content-item-ownership-from-one-user-to-another/ Can you confirm that you are a space admin of the space in which you are trying to…

@Paithankar, Nilesh welcome to the Atlassian community That is an end of file error and usually requires a change on the Git repository configuration. You can learn more here: https://medium.com/@mectayn/resolving-fatal-early-eof-error-in-git-a-practical-solution-b2f4c1a8b43f

@Bryan Blaze sourcetree does not limit the file size that you can commit. The information being provided is to let you know that you are about to push large files. Github does have limitations on file size. Once you hit ok it should commit those files if Github is not limiting them.
-
@Sunil Mishra I am assuming that you are on a free account. I have escalated to Atlassian so they can see if it has been deactivated due to inactivity. When services have been deactivated due to inactivity they are eventually deleted if the user does not take action.
-
@김지영 welcome to the Atlassian community. I did not see an attachment but am assuming that it has to do with the account being disabled due to inactivity. I am also assuming that you are on a free plan so I have escalated it here to Atlassian so they can see if the space still exist and can reactivate it for you. Inactive…

@keerthi_guntupalli Jira spaces and work items use permission schemes to set what permissions a role, group or user has. You can learn more here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/types-of-permissions-you-can-grant-in-a-space-scheme/ If a user has the ability to edit or create a work item they…

@Stefano Magni That is not possible through a command or script.

@patelhg welcome to the Atlassian community Is your repo behind a proxy or are you using a proxy to connect? I would also make sure that the repo is reachable on your machine. 404 means it cannot be found.
