Hi @Czarina Catambing , this doesn't work as of now, however we have a feature request for this: this https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-11430 Please vote for this ticket.

Hi @smadarb , sorry to hear about your problem with scheduling, can you please raise a support ticket and provide us the details there? Add-ons -> Jira Cloud For Sheets -> Open -> in the left hand side panel -> Get Support
-
@Paul M. Brunner I am sorry to hear about issue with Excel add-on, can you please raise a support request with us either through the support site or the in-app support menu? That way we can also easily identify your user details and take a look at your logs to see if the problem occurs at our end or on Excel's end. Based…

Hi Brian, recently we released a fix (in version v2.3.15) which ensures token errors from backend are handled correctly and the user doesn't get stuck at the side panel in the loading state.
-
Hi @Sreejith S N , can you confirm if you are still experiencing this issue? We recently released a fix (version : v2.3.15) which ensures token errors are handled properly by the app's backend.
-
The problem should be resolved now, a very small number of requests were getting 404 from our CDN vendor. We have invalidated our service cache to ensure the requests are processed successfully. We are also looking at ways to avoid this problem in the future, sorry about the disruption in the service.
-
Sorry about this problem, we are looking into it urgently.
-
@james.monro yes, that is possible. When you install the add-on, you can use the `JIRA(...)` formula in cell wherein the formula string itself can reference other cells for pulling details around JIRA ID or such. Please see this question and see if that solves your problem…
-
@peter_kosik , can you please reach out to us through the in-app feedback form? That way we can dig into our logs to see what exactly is going wrong when you run your import. Kindly try running an import with the error condition first and note down the time and let us know these details in the feedback.
-
@Eugene Ga please reach out through the in-app feedback form, we would like to understand why you want to remove that information? Of course there are ways (for example scripting) on the excel/sheets platform itself which you can utilize to strip/remove data you are not interested in.
-
@Eugene Ga Some of that data is available in the side panel. When you import issues in google sheets using the side panel, we show a progress bar at the bottom of the side panel, which provides updates around how many issues were imported. Once the import is done, we also update the time stamp at "Last Updated" to reflect…

@Paul M. Brunner fix was deployed to production, and you should no longer experience it. If you see it again, please reach out to us through the in-app feedback form by clicking on the hamburger menu and using the "Give Feedback" button. Please ensure "Atlassian can contact me about this feedback" is selected, so that we…
-
Thanks @Eugene Ga and @Paul M. Brunner for submitting the bug report. We'll reach out through the ticketing system with next updates. Rest assured that we have eyes on both issues :)
-
@Paul M. Brunner can you please reproduce the issue and send us a bug report through the "Give Feedback" menu in the add-on? That way, we'll also have additional information about your environment which will help us in getting to the root of the issue quickly.
-
@Eugene Ga you should not run into hung imports with "scoping out the situation". Can you please let us know how frequently this happens for you? We have seen this issue rarely and retries normally fixes the situation for a user. Also next time this happens, do you mind sending us feedback through the in-app feedback pane,…

@Evrim Demir yes, if you have a JQL which lists tickets belonging to a specific board (in the order you want), it can be used in the JQL tab of the 'Get data from Jira' menu. Currently you cannot specify board/project through UI, you'll have to use JQL for that. Hope this helps.

We released Jira Cloud for Excel yesterday, read all about it here : https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/The-add-in-you-ve-been-waiting-for-Jira-Cloud-for-Excel/ba-p/1210420
-
@Adil Zulqarnain No, the add-on does not sync information back to Jira or Confluence.
-
@Dries Grobler Jr The add-on should work for normal google sheets too.
-
@Rudy Holtkamp There is no manual notification (or email) for expired schedules currently (we have some ideas to make this more intuitive though). When we say We will always tell you when your next schedule is, it means you can peek at your next schedule run date by hovering on the schedule frequency as mentioned in the…
-
@Phyllis Zhu @Ryan Pesta @Rudy Holtkamp Thank you for your feedback. We intentionally started with the smaller 3 months expiry duration for scheduled refresh to ensure any redundant scheduled refresh jobs are not executed ad infinitum. Having said that, we are open to providing a longer expiry (up to 12 months) for…
-
@Trevor Miller No, there is no limit to the # of issues you can import through this.
-
@msalem I have created https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/API-134 for you. Kindly watch/comment/vote that ticket to keep yourself up-to-date with this. Thanks and let us know if you have any further questions.
-
Hi @Judah Ferst , You should be able to use the google sheet built-in function CONCAT to achieve this. For example I used the following query successfully: =JIRA(CONCAT("project=",$C9),"key, summary") To get a new list of issues from another project, I can either change the formula above and replace $C9 with something…
