Thanks @Sherritt, Leticia @Amy Schindel for the feedback. In the meantime, we highly recommend having a project admin set up less frequent recurring work or work that has more complex recurring schedules. We'll continue to gather feedback to see whether we expand on the flexibility in the due date entry point so your…

Hi @Yatish Madhav We're hoping to include a monthly option but no other improvements have been confirmed yet. The expectation is that we will keep this contextual setup point very basic. The automations experience is where you can have more flexibility when setting up recurring work. I hope this helps. Thanks
-
Thanks @danielwould for sharing!!! :) Very impressive and thanks for the suggestion.
-
Thanks @Hercules Konstantopoulos We're providing a super simple overlay on existing automations functionality in a contextual location to validate if this is more approachable way for people to avail of the power that exists within Jira. The risk is we make it too complicated by adding too many inputs. We'll monitor for…

Hi @Lianne Geerlings @Chris Yarbrough @Robin Powell Thanks for the ask for a monthly option. One if the challenges with monthly recurring item is setting an accurate due date (e.g. as months have different numbers of days and a specific day can be a different day of thew week depending on the month). I'm keen to hear if…

@Jules Cuijpers @Yatish Madhav @Anthony Wilkins @Jensen @Kythera thanks for your suggestions! I was out of the office for a couple of weeks so I'll summarise all the responses here... * I'll share the ask to make this available in Jira Service Management with the team. We can let you know the outcome. * Regarding the risk…

Hey @Rick Westbrock There isn't a dependency on the new navigation. Would you be able to send me a screenshot of the menu (in the work item view) to eryan@atlassian.com Thanks!

Hi @Dirk Lachowski I'd like to be clear that wasn't meant in a malicious way. Apologies if my tone was misleading above. I'm conveying that this is not a change we are forcing on users. This is an efficiency style change where we are offering customers a quicker way to achieve something they could already do. And we have…
-
Thanks @Dirk Lachowski You'll find a lot of our close competitors are already using consumption based pricing and leverage paid automations to quickly unlock value in the product. And at the end of the day we're not making our users use this feature - there is a choice. We've simply surfaced the existing power of the…

Hi @Rick Westbrock I double checked and it looks like we're still rolling out to a few remaining sites. Apologies for the confusion. You should see it by the end of today.
-
Thanks @Jimmy Seddon @Matt Doar _Adaptavist_ We completely understand this train of thought which is why we have provided the global setting to turn this off for non-admins. Our data shows it's very rare for customers today to exceed their usage limits so we are excited with what we can learn from taking this step. We're…

Thanks @Lianne Geerlings We've kept the contextual setting of this rule basic for now so this is great feedback on how we can extend it. In the meantime, you can have a rule set up in the automation space that will do exactly what you need. If you are not a project admin, you can ask your project admin to do this for you.
-
Also a note that this is rolled out to everyone now, except for customers enrolled in release tracks. Thanks
-
Thanks @Yatish Madhav The main reason we have stuck with this image approach is for performance reasons - both on load and on scroll. It's something we can consider to offer as a config based on the feedback that we get. Your message above helps greatly with this. Thanks
-
@James Rickards _SN_ no plans at the moment to add them to the smart cards on the whiteboards but I love the idea. I'll pass this across to the whiteboards team. Thanks
-
Hi @Bill Sheboy We haven't specifically addressed the root cause of that bug. Instead we are carefully monitoring the impact of card covers performance. And in company-managed projects, we also give each user the ability to turn off card cover images under View Settings if they encounter any issues. Thanks

Hi @mic! I'm a product manager working on Jira and I'm actively researching the needs of Marketing departments when it comes to managing work. I would love to speak to someone in your marketing department if they would be keen to give me some of their time! You can email me on eryan@atlassian.com Cheers, Eoin

Hi @Zandrea - here a couple of tips that will help alleviate some of the challenges you here facing... 1. "having to use the built-in search bar navigates me away from the board" Try using the search filter box which is located at the left side of the filter bar. This filters for issues within the page (and coming soon…
-
Hi @theigor - issues should not get deselected when you clear the filters. Can you recheck and let me know? Thanks
-
Hi @Jean-Luc Deprez The reasoning here was due to inconsistency with how this worked across Jira Software. In the issue view, when selecting a version through the issue field the version is added by default, not replaced. And in team-managed projects, the drag behaviour added version, not replaced. So we opted to…
-
Hi @Jean Gordon - I believe you may be one of 45 customers that had a special override implemented to squeeze an unlimited amount of columns into the board view - overriding the column min-width. We have decided to not re-implement this because of the low usage. Apologies for this.
-
Hi @Jean-Luc Deprez - we have deprecated one feature which had extremely low usage, but other than that there should be functionality parity. Let us know if a specific feature is missing. Thanks
