Just wanted to mention that the Confluence Cloud instances now have the OKR Template as well as many others available:

Honestly it would be nice if Atlassian would spend less time blogging and more time telling us what’s actually coming down the pipe as we have to hedge our bets on which products and apps we can adopt and hope Atlassian doesn’t pull the plug on them or replace them with other products.
-
...missing the "Pricing" tab... "Try it free" which indicates it isn't a free app. Yikes... These plugin developers need to be absolutely clear and upfront about pricing on the pricing tab - we don't need deceptive practices here... I would put that under "Don't #### the customer"
-
For me ...If a product does not scale - it is not very agile. Should not matter if you have a few teams or hundreds - roll up should be the same elemental process. A tool written for enterprise implies a lack of adaptability by definition. I have used Jira Software for 40 users and for 10,000 - same simple flows and…

There are definitely enough people in this thread to start a mini event :-) anyone have a slack instance we could all join?
-
@Ada Chen is there a new app this year or will the old summit app be used? (or you guys could just use Slack)
-
Ditto for me! - Looking forward to Summit this year. The last few years I had other teammates with me but this year I am solo. I submitted a talk this year but it was not very developed and would love to talk to anyone who could help me get it "Atlassian" ready. Mostly I am trying to move Agile up one notch to the…

This is my template - mostly hand copied form the summit slide and this is the page properties macro

If you previously used server - cloud might be quite different especially the new Fabric editor - check if you can opt-out of it for now... Here are a few things to check while you wait for a better explanation https://my.atlassian.com should show you the services you signed up for…

One way would be to fire off a webhook to post an update https://developer.atlassian.com/jiradev/jira-applications/jira-service-desk/jira-service-desk-webhooks https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/automating-your-service-desk-732528900.html

Did you see the Blog posting by Nicholas Muldoon? http://blogs.atlassian.com/2012/09/get-fancy-with-card-colours-in-greenhopper/ Based on that I set up a cross-project board with swimlanes and quick filters for each project.
-
FYI Here are the three videos that helped us get started in the new boards - the documentation seams to be based more on the classic still but these videos are on point. If you give them a chance I think you will find they do everything you need them to do. You will need to do a few "modifications" if you want them to…

+1 (I would also love to see this feature) * According to the documentation "You cannot subscribe to JIRA Calendar types from Outlook" https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/TEAMCAL/Subscribing+to+Team+Calendars+from+Microsoft+Outlook I could not find an issue in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TEAMCAL for this
-
Looks like someone deleted that KB entry - if anyone is facing a similar issue there is a similar page: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/ONDEMANDKB/Importing+a+Project+from+JIRA+OnDemand+Backup+to+JIRA+Standalone+Edition+Fails+due+to+Newer+Version
-
Thank you - I'm sure that would work - If I understand correctly: I would have to "release" the "1.0 Sprint 1" and a "1.0 Sprint 1a" and then merge them back together in the Projects:Versions:Administration page?

One way to see this data would be a Filter and a Dashboard where Filter: [ project in ("project a","project b") and Created >= "-4w" ] Dashboard Gadget: Two Dimensional Filter Statistics [XAxis: Assignee YAxis: Component] Not that eloquent - but it would give you an idea of the crosstraining status for a period of time.

Jeremy Largman [Atlassian] - any inside scoop on how the "Ability to rename a user" issue is coming? As I remember you cannot chage the actual username [JRA-1549]
-
Here is a page on how to set up the custom states you might want to use: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/Customise+JIRA+For+Test+Case+Management You can also use the lables function - if you need something quickly: http://summit.atlassian.com/archives/2012/jira-everywhere/labels-custom-fields
-
You could always apply a custom label and query for it * I suppose "fixVersion = earliestUnreleasedVersion()" would not help?
-
I really liked the webinar - it shows you an end to end example of rapid board processscrum planning (after seeing it I actually moved over to Kanban) "GreenHopper 6 Launch Webinar " http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2-_qCly1vog
