The Recur feature is somewhat limited and will not give you the flexibility you need. So yes, creating from scratch is probably the best way. 

That's probably not showing up because the system is executing the transition and not a person. So the screen won't show. Is there a way you can auto populate that in the automation itself? Hey Chelsea - what are they doing to try to add the Approver? You have to execute the transition to get the pop up screen to update the field.

Then the Cancelled status has to be mapped to the same column as the Done status. It really doesn't matter what the status is or the status category - it just has to be in the very last column. You can map as many statuses as you need to for that column. And you are welcome. :-)

Have you done this as a linkage? Or you have put a value in the Parent Link field? If you add the Parent field to the screen, is it populated? For the "is" problem, try using parent = ""

So, just enter those two values, then you Edit the options. When you get the Edit options with just those two values, then you click on the value to edit the "children". There you enter the schools for that region.
