Hi Uta, What type of emails are your referring to? Is it promotional emails from Atlassian? Or updates about work items in your instance?
-
Hi Harald, No, that is not native in JSM. You would either need to use the Advanced Form or use the ScriptRunner Behaviours app. And yes, you can use the Form fields in Automation Rules, but not in JQL (that I am aware of).

Hi Matheus - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I am not aware of a way to add a filter to it. It appears to do it for all Incidents or not at all. You probably should open a support ticket with Atlassian to get their feedback. Please post back here with the solution for future readers.…

Hi Pavan, In plain words (instead of looking at the graph) what is it that they want to see?
-
@Sumanth Lazarus - Glad to hear!
-
It is probably not under Fields as it is a System field. To populate it, you need to follow my guidance above by editing the workflow.
-
This will only affect future work items that are moved to Done. After you update the workflow and save it. You could move the work item back a step and then back into the Done column/status. That should set the Resolution, but it will most likely update the Resolved Date field to be the date when you do that and not the…

Hi Sandor, I suspect a couple of things. One, your Done status is blue which indicates that it has a category of In progress and not a status category of Done. You should change that. The other thing, most likely, is that you are not setting the Resolution field when the work item is moved to Done. Edit your work flow to…

A couple more things to try then. Since it might be a permission problem, are you able to create a work type using the Create button in Jira with the same information you are trying to import for one of the items that failed? If you can, then the permissions are good. If you can't then that is your issue. The other thing…

Hi Michael, The account doesn't "belong to you" even though you are the Org Admin for the space that might have done the original invite. The account is an Atlassian account and belongs to the owner of the account, which is the user in this case. If you implement Managed Users, then you can control a few things like the…

Are you trying to import attachments?

Hi Soumitra, Hopefully, this article will help guide you on creating recurring tasks. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Creating-a-Flexible-Recurring-Task-Issue/ba-p/2040862
-
Hi Urmila, Yes, you can look in the History tab under the Activity section near the bottom middle of the screen,
-
No, I don't think that is going to change since Atlassian is phasing out Data Center. The best way to get them to behave the same is to migrate to Jira Cloud. Like

Hi Wedness, It is possible to create a new Jira Cloud site and then clone the configurations from one site to the other one using a tool like Revyz Configuration Manager for Jira. And since it is a new and different site, it would be billed completely separate.
-
Not sure this is the answer to the question you are asking, but yes, multiple projects can be associated with an Epic in that the children of the Epic can be stories or tasks from different (multiple) projects.
-
Hi @Vic V_ - Please create a new question in the Community for this. Thanks.

There is usually something that triggers the reminiscing - a smell, a song, a photograph, a conversation, a name, etc. Some times it sadness, sometimes a deep down belly laugh, and sometimes just some thoughtful reflection.
-
Yes - based on this, the Epic level has be renamed to Feature. Therefore, the Feature Link is the "Epic Link" and would only show Epics. Then the Solution Epic would be the Parent Link to the Epic/Feature, and the Portfolio Epic would be the Parent Link to the Solution Epic. In Jira Cloud the Epic Link (or Feature Link)…

Hi Fernando, Are you doing it by API or just doing a normal CSV import? Are you importing work items into an existing Space/Project in Jira?
-
Hi Judy, Can you share some screenshots? Also, is this a Team-managed or Company-managed project? Boards don't have rules like that - it's probably in the workflow.

Hi Diego - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I am marking Mohanraj's answer as Accepted. Please let us know if you have more questions.

Hi Suporte, Can you share a screenshot of your Request Types page which shows the Request Type mapped to the Issue Type? I suspect something is off there.
-
Hi Dan, By chance, did you change the name of the Epic issue type to Feature and adjust your issue type hierarchy accordingly?
-
Hi Mohanad - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I am marking Usman's answer as Accepted. Please let us know if you still have questions.

Awesome - glad to hear!

Hi Charan, There is no screenshot attached. You might try creating Custom Message type field and then defaulting the value in it with the full URL starting with https://

Hi Kenny, It is not standard agile practice to put Stories above Tasks. Those should happen at the same level. If you need to break the Stories down further, you should use Sub-tasks.

You are welcome!
