I hope that is it -- but you may find yourself digging in to the interface your using and the 429 rate limit on API calls. use this page and query to see how the 429 in the details for multiple applications. https://developer.atlassian.com/search/?q=429%20rate%20&type=&product=

here is a possibility ... the REST APIs support search by content type. In fact, they support "CQL" which I thought could be used on a confluence screen for searching too. But I see now that CQL can only be used in a REST call so you seem to be stuck with the drop down options when searching through the Confluence. So I…

Yes... the process of building reports from Atlassian data is what I specialize in. But I use MS Tools (Power BI and Excel if needed). I assume sheets or other Google products can replicate what I have. All your data will come from the REST APIs Atlassian provides. (No plugins needed) In my case : * I Set up a filter that…

From within Excel you can execute Power Query Code to extract Work Items and Associated Work logs. Whatever tool you use, it starts with REST API calls (you already have access to) Assuming you were going to export a list of items anyway, you can make the Worklog endpoint call directly in excel using Power Query…

A theory ..... does the subtask meet all the filter criteria? Do you have a subtask status of "Code Review"? is the Assignee empty? I think the subtask has to make it through the filter on its own.. When you group by other attributes, I guess the subtask gets included as an "addendum" to the issue. If you group by…

the statuses can be done like this: and status in (Approved,Discovery,Done) the currentAssignee is magical :-) ... So if you set the subscription up for all users in a project (as an example), they will all be processed one at a time. Then depending on your subscription flag, they will either get an email when they have…

There is a way that you may not like ... but at a quick glance I don't see an integrated option. * The details you want can be pulled from REST calls... https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/rest/v2/api-group-page/#api-pages-get * Then you could use this with an external tool (I used PowerQuery/Power BI) to…

@Christos Markoulatos -Relational- lol -- we must have been typing about the same time.

You can accomplish this with a Filter Subscription. * Create a filter the pulls back the items you want to send your report out for. As an example, assignee=curretUser() and Resultion is empty. * Once created, Go to the filter detail, Select subscriptions * Create a subscription and schedule it to run at whatever frequency…

Everyone is correct :-). But it is situational. You need to Go Premium for the following reasoins (IMHO).... * ISSUE HIERARCHY: This feature lets you add layers/bundles to your work and is a must have for any organization that wants flexibility in creating projects. * ADVANCED PLANS (aka Roadmaps). Every client I have…

This is a guess from a fellow Administrator. You may be running into Automation limits based on your license level. This is a great way to motivate users to upgrade to Premium (if you haven't already). Here is the discussion of license limits:…

Hopefully the answer above gives you what you need. But to your general concern: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Is this the Endpoint you are using? (links to the documentation) https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/assets/rest/api-group-object/#api-object-aql-post If so, are you using the BEARER form of Authorization? (not Basic) Does the user associated to the token have the correct role.scope? My guess is your answer is somewhere…

Ugh ... I think I see what is happening. Your screenshot shows your GMAIL filter which fiilters JIRA tickets based on summary. Well -- those could come from many different points in your system. The issue navigator, on the other hand, is showing you real time results. I think you would benefit from using a filter…

That is a great/logic debugging question to ask -- at a glance, the POPF (3) and PHS tickets (1) are mssing in the JQL Version... I am not sure how the user gets it emailed to GMAIL but something is impacting tickets in two projects.

I totally appreciate the information. Thanks

Hello -- Just some speculation -- i added a Rule and a work item field conditions check. My Lables test worked find. I am not sure why you need/coded the smartvalue check. How you are getting 3 answers??? is it always 3? are there three values on the ticket? and have you managed to loop through them? I am not the world's…

This has turned out to be more interesting than I thought. I want to go a little further, but here has what I've realized so far. There are "User" endpoints and "UserSearch" endpoints. Your variation seems to be the Search (single "user" in the path) which would seem to be Jira oriented based on the endpoints I have tested…

I am not familiar with DRIVER as a field associated to a version. Here is the JSON Representation of one of my versions. "self": "https://splitdimedata.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/version/10000", "id": "10000", "description": "And So It Begins", "name": "Go Live July 7", "archived": false, "released": false, "startDate":…

Here is a partial Idea... It comes form my experiance of teaching other admins and training users -- but it's pretty Jira Centric (not JSM for example). * Documentation and training will probably be organized by PROJECTS and ISSUE TYPES. This "Pair" determines all the rules and fields associated with the work you manage.*…

Limited options I see... * Set up a free site then go to the billing/susbscription management and select change plan. That will allow you to pretend like you're ready to upgrade from free. https://admin.atlassian.com/billing/ * use these values as a draft until the calculator is fixed (I took from my billing page) * Note…

Doh! I was just pleased the screen didn't 404. I have the same issue as you ... when I input a number in the text box "poof" everything disappeared :-( I even tried tricking it by starting off with confluence only and then adding JIRA ion that screen. Let me see if I can trip over a solution... I may have a screen shot of…

I think @Bill Sheboy answer looks good assuming POST calls are not a problem. My only comment -- I used to do an issue search (like you) with a maxResults=1 parameter which still gave me the total count. I could then decide how many times I needed to make my API call for the actual issues (total count / maxResults per…

Dashboards are a lot like Confluence Pages when you think about it. You will probably find it easier to build a confluence page you like and then export as PDF when needed :-)

Oh yea... I can help. here is a link to a prototype Power BI Report that would allow you to report on all projects in your instance (and even multiple instances if needed). Visibility and Status I have used versions of this over the years for other clients; I've been working on a more generic mass appeal version to go…

With a smile on my face and "tongue in cheek" I hereby declare Shenanigans on the resolution. Here's why..... You can set the priority field on any issue (work item). Its a core field that has been in place since the beginning. The fact you can't display it on a screen is a shame But I will bet you will prefer to have the…

good morning. @Prachi Bolar -- I see you are listed as being on the Atlassian Team. Did you even try my spreadsheet? (I am just curious). Your answer is correct (ish) but how many steps would an admin have to take? (A rhetorical question). My spreadsheet executes the ATLASSIAN REST CALLS using MICROSOFT POWER QUERY code.…

You can use REST API calls to get the information you are asking about. You can start with the screens and get the fields, or start with the fields to get the screens. /rest/api/3/field/rest/api/3/field/fieldId/screens/rest/api/3/screens/rest/api/3/screens/screenId/availableFields
