Hi @Taranveer Singh and welcome to the Atlassian community. I'm not sure you're in the right place. As said, this is the Atlassian community. What kind of HTML file do you want to upload and what for? Maybe we can point you in the right direction. Best, Max

Hey @Cassie Wang we released a new app last week called Smart Fields for Jira that should cover your requirements: * Dynamically calculate the story points of the issues in the Epic and shows that information in the Epic * Display this information in any dashboard gadget Or do you have something different in mind for the…

Hey Markus, not that I'm aware of. This would also speak against the original purpose of this feature. @-mentions were and still are meant to draw the person's attention to where there are mentioned. You simply want to take advantage of the autocomplete, that's what it feels like to me. 😁
-
Hi @Markus Braun the issue here is not being a member of the group or not. That is just an outcome of your configuration. To be able to @-mention users in your project, they require access to the project. So they need at least the Browse Projects permission. Best, Max

Link has been fixed.

Hey @Armine Karapetyan can you make sure that the field has been added to the global screen configuration for the project and is available in the project? You can find instructions in the Atlassian documentation: * Add fields and create field tabs * Manage issue screens Best, Max

I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with that solution. But keep in mind that every customer or user requires an Atlassian account to be able to access and use the products. I think the rest is left to your own research for your client. Maybe you will find time to keep us updated here.

Happy to hear that you were able to resolve the issue. 👍🏼
-
Hi @Aswathi D , remove the field context from the field and try flagging it again, as mentioned in the issue. 👍🏼
-
Hey @adithya , that requires an Atlassian Access subscription.
-
@adithya , yes, exactly. Either they will try to access the product and be able to join the site because their Atlassian account is using the approved domain or they will have to create an Atlassian account (if they have none yet) and then join the site. Simplified and briefly explained. And for more details on how to set…

Hey @Tunga Vishnuvardhan , have you made sure to reference the parent issue for the sub-tasks? A sub-task issue type without a parent issue cannot "exist" in Jira. :) Best, Max
-
Hey @Aswathi D, could this be related to this bug? JRACLOUD-68432 - Context Flagged custom field causes error when Flagging issue on Board Could you please check the configuration for the field and let us know what you've found? Best, Max

Hi @Philipp Nuissl , preparing a migration will require some work in advance. Did you come across the official Cloud Migration Guide yet? There's a section about apps as well: Assess apps and integrations It also gives you many pointers on how to start your preparations and what tools are available (Cloud migration…

Hey @adithya how have you set up the site access settings for your cloud site? Can users join your site without invitation (through approved domains)? Maybe it's easier to point them to your site and let them access the product when they need to. And then simply configure Jira Service Management and the service project…

Hey @Rakesh Kambattula , are you sure you looking at instructions that are meant for Jira Cloud and not on-premise? There is no such thing as a "system user" in Cloud. You can create/invite any new user you plan to use but it is not possible to grant any access beyond being an organization admin and this will still grant…

Hi @Neeraj Sharma , if you want to see a date in the future why do you subtract 2 days from it? Try this query for example "Change Start Date" <= startOfDay("+2") AND "Change Start Date" > endOfDay("+1") Best, Max

Happy to hear, @Douglas Carter! Please do not forget to accept the answer so your question is marked as resolved to other community members. Have a great day!

Hi @Nacho and welcome to the community! As issue types and fields are globally available a user being able to create and manage them, will always have administrative access to the whole system. It's not possible to restrict these abilities to only a single project. It always requires access to the system administration.…
-
Hey @Tracy Gilmour, after you made sure to change the Customer permissions -> "Service project access" to "Customers added by agents and admins" (from your initial setting "anyone on the web" I guess) you will be able to manage access to the project in the Project setting's "People" overview. Removing any customer listed…

You're welcome. See you around in the community!

Hi @Lydia Rogers, Unfortunately, it's not possible. Versions or releases are project-specific (similar to components), and you can't add issues from multiple projects to the same version. For reporting purposes, you can create similarly named releases in the different projects. That will enable you to build filters/JQL…

You're welcome, always happy to support! :D

Hey, what Confluence version are you on? Have you looked at the compatibility of the free app? It's also mentioned in the reviews that it's not working properly with more recent versions of Confluence anymore. There are quite a few apps on the marketplace like our own Space Admin for Confluence, Copy Page Hierarchy, etc.…

Hey Pablo, okay 3k users is a lot and so the solution might not be worth it at all. 😅 Is there anything else we can support you with? Please consider accepting the answer to mark your question as resolved to other members in the community. :)
-
Hey @Dirk Ronsmans, my first idea before finishing reading your post was something like draw.io or maybe Gliffy... 🤔 But if that was too limited in its features, I don't think that there's an existing solution. Even a short research didn't bring up any useful solution. What software do you use for CAD drawings and is there…

These are awesome changes. 😍

Hey @Andy Finley, you are correct with your observation! :) The templates/blueprints for spaces are used to provide different starting points such as a customized overview and sidebar, sample content, etc. So the differences are minimal and can always be changed to your liking. The types of blueprints are explained in…

Hi @liusu , what you're asking for is possible and can be achieved in multiple ways through automation and workflow customization. To help you with detailed suggestions, it would be good to know what platform you are on (Data Center, Cloud) and what apps you already might have available. Best, Max

Hey @Pablo Sánchez (ROIT) and welcome to the community! As far as I'm aware you have to use Atlassian Access for allowing SSO with Atlassian Cloud products in combination with your identity provider. So if you want more users, even if they are only customers, to be able to sign in using SSO you will have to include them in…
