So where were they? 😄

Hi @Georg Nowak and welcome to the community. Jira will not skip issues keys, that's one thing you can take for granted while working in Jira. Can you rule out the possibility of not being able to access certain tickets? * Are you using issue security in that project? * Did you try searching for the issue keys? * Are you…

Hi @Getter Iilane and welcome to the community. To be able to restrict pages you will need the corresponding space permission. But either the site has restrictions on it already and you're only allowed to see it (do you see a red lock on that page in the menu at the top?) or you don't have that permission. Ask your space…

Back in the days, it was called orphaned pages. Now they are called hidden pages. They are also available from the space settings - "Manage pages". Seems like the UI still has "orphaned pages" references somewhere. :D
-
Hey @Ivan Andrieiev I'm pretty sure the pages are still available when searching for them, right? Maybe they ended up outside of the page tree (not underneath the homepage but next to it in the hierarchy). Have a look at the content tools of that space and try to locate them there. They are definitely not gone. Best, Max 😁

Hey @Preeti Yadav, I'm not the right person to talk to about groovy scripts. ;) But there is an Adaptavist script library you can start looking at, and with a bit of research, you will find a ton of resources on the internet and here in the community. I have full confidence in you!

Hey @Ivan Andrieiev , there are limitations when editing an active workflow. I think that's what you just ran into. :) The project will not block you from editing your workflow. Have a look at the documentation to better understand what's the issue: Work with issue workflows You can easily solve the issue, create a copy of…

That's what the community is for. 🤘🏼 😄 I'm glad your problem could be solved.

Hey Kellie, I looked at this topic again, and "ghost labels" seem to be an issue for a long time in Confluence server, but you should be able to resolve that. I leave some documentation here for you. This bug ticket was interesting to read and sent me down the rabbit hole. :D CONFSERVER-6520 Labels are still not being…

Hey @Narelle Sartain and welcome to the community! 😄 You can call it a lack of flexibility or you can consider it an intentional design decision to make it as easy as possible for users but only issues in the most-right column are considered "really" done. In Jira terms that means resolved. Having a resolution is the most…

Hey, that's why I linked you to the developer resource above. ☝🏽 You will need to write your own plugin to achieve that. Maybe this community post is also helpful: How can I choose which macros appear in the + dropdown?

Hey @James McKenna, and welcome to the community. JQL is one of the best-documented features of Jira. With all functions, fields, and keywords. So depending on your definition of "hot", maybe give it a quick browse. But I'm pretty sure you will not be able to solve it with "commonly viewed". You will have to find another…
-
Hi @Ashitha S honestly, when you look at your request and definition in a very strict way, you will not be able to use any version of any software. 😉 The latest version of Confluence is version 7.18. Maybe the long term support releases are also interesting to you. Then it would be 7.13 Best, Max

What tools do you have at your disposal, and how good are, for example, your groovy scripting skills. I can imagine the following: You have to first get all issues and start going through them one by one. * Get the issue key of the existing issue link with the name "Belongs in Epic" * Create a new issue link to that very…

Thanks for the reminder and the assets! 😄

Hey @Sushmitha where is the ID coming from and why is it so important to keep the ID? I'm not sure where templates are stored in the confluence database but I'm sure you can extract that information from the DB. The question is only how hard will it be and is it worth the effort. If your task is to add a template to the…

You're welcome @Alejandra González Sorry I couldn't be of more help to you!
-
Hey @Alejandra González unfortunately, you cannot customize the notifications to that extent in Jira Service Management and Jira in general. Updating fields triggers the "issue updated" event and it's not possible to reduce the scope of it. Best, Max
-
Do you mean Adaptavist Behaviours? Behaviours is used to customize the behavior of fields on screens. I'm not sure you can update fields on linked issues or copy field values to linked issues with it. That would either require the use of a scripted listener or a post function. Depending on where the field is set. 🤔
-
Awesome! 🤘🏼
-
Hey @Mohamed Saad Taha it sounds like you associated the screen with your transitions in the workflow, right? And despite that, the screen will not show up but the transition will be executed? Are there any differences between the rest of the setup of the transition in the different projects? Best, Max

HI @卓建科, and welcome to the community! Is the macro you want to add your work? Because I found this developer resource that hopefully aged well and should be helpful: Adding an option to the editor insert menu If it's not a macro you wrote yourself, then I think you won't be able to add it without support from the…

Hi @Enis Aydoğan and welcome to the Atlassian community! :) The access to spaces and also what can be done by users in that space are managed by space permissions. What are space permissions and how do you manage them? You can find everything in the documentation, it's a good read! 👉🏽 What are space permissions? The…
-
Hi Parsa, Jira does not offer the option to create issues in workflows by default. You will have to look at the Atlassian Marketplace and available third-party apps to extend Jira's workflow capabilities. After choosing a solution, you will find lots of use case implementations in the community, Google and the respective…
-
Hey Kellie, to make sure: * You purged the trash with the templates * The labels are not used in the space * The global search does not return any pages or attachments with the label? There are apps available on the Marketplace called that may be worth a try to figure this out: Atlassian Marketplace search for Confluence…
-
Hi @Preeti Yadav, and welcome to the community! There are many options for you to automate copying field values to another issue. Depending on your use case, automation (triggered by changes on the field) or workflow post functions (triggered by transitioning issues) is a viable option. Look at the Atlassian Marketplace…
-
Good morning Birger, let me try to get someone from Atlassian to have a look at it.
-
Hey Paulo, that's indeed very tricky. Most of what you mentioned has to be configured on a project basis and needs to be configured individually. What can be shared are the following configurations: * issue types * workflows * screens * fields * permissions * notifications Looking at the available solutions on the…
-
Hey @Emily Obermeyer, and welcome to the community! The challenging part of your requirement is the connection between the day of the status change, say day X, and the dependency of the due date with it, so X+14. JQL is not built for this kind of relation. Multiple apps available for Jira on all platforms extend the JQL…

Hey @Inna S I seriously doubt it. Aiming with Jira at many different kinds of teams and also corporations, it would be a weird move to remove an enterprise feature from the product when it's not necessary. The two types of projects are designed to cater to different needs and audiences. I would not be worried. 🤘🏼 Best, Max
