Hey @Marco de Groen I verified with the team (and learned something new today) that this is related to how the Atlassian Marketplace works. The monthly cost calculation is using a per-user amount while the calculation of the annual cost is using a user tier. So this situation applies to all Cloud apps on the marketplace.…
-
@Marco de Groen, that doesn't look right! Let me get back to the team and thank you for making me aware! 🤘🏼
-
Really? What user tier are you looking at? Because the annual amount equals a payment for 10 months. You will always save with an annual billing cycle. 🤔
-
Hm, interesting because the screenshot I posted is taken from a new documentation space I created in my instance and it looks different. It also sounds more like a buggy behavior if the same emoji/icon is next to every headline. 🤔
-
Hey @Mathew Imregi , welcome to the community. What makes you think that it's not an emoji? Because I think it is the regular :eyes: emoji. Also, emojis change the size depending on the heading formatting in Confluence! :) What's the exact template you use? I wasn't able to identify it to check. Best, Max

Hey @Marco de Groen , welcome to the community! For more sophisticated exports matching your corporate design and solutions offering easy templating, you will have to look at available apps on the Atlassian marketplace. There are multiple solutions available to choose from. It very much depends on your use case. We at K15t…

Hi @Grayleen and welcome to the community! I quickly checked the marketplace listing for Xray Test Management for Jira and they refer you to their website https://www.getxray.app/ for requesting a demo. I suggest you simply reach out to them and schedule a call to discuss your use case. Maybe you also have a look at their…

Hey @Daniele Terragni, and welcome to the community! In my opinion, the easiest way to identify a userID is to create a new JQL search, something like "reporter =" and selected the wanted user. The JQL search will convert the user name to the ID automatically. :) Is that already helpful? Best, Max

Hi @[deleted], and welcome to the community! I think that's a question that is better to ask in the Atlassian Developer community on https://community.developer.atlassian.com/. AFAIK there's an open feature request to allow the same kind of administration for webhooks in Confluence as you are mentioning for Jira: *…

Oh wow. That's such a good question. And it really takes me back... 🤔 I think I would have loved a cool friend like Captain Future. So many adventures! But a more down to earth friend (haha, pun intended!) would have been one of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Or maybe Steve Urkel? 😄

Hey @Andrew Davis I was researching relational databases in the community and came across your post. So let me raise this thread from the dead to suggest a solution to you, @Rick Hadley and @Jimmy Psillos Because you mentioned Airtable, I want to suggest having a look at our app, Orderly Databases. We designed this app…
-
Hey @Paul Blakeborough, welcome to the community! You've already picked a real challenge for Confluence. 😄 To some extent you will be able to achieve this with built-in functionalities. Basically you can use regular tables and macros like page properties, and page properties report macros. You can read more about it in the…

There were so many great entries this year! It's awesome to see the creativity sparked by this event. Congratulations to everyone. :) Survey worked fine for me. 👍🏽
-
Hey @Ismael Jimoh Can you check whether this community question already helps in solving this? * Evaluation for single select custom field I'm quoting @Alexey Paveliev "Non-numeric custom fields are not available and need to be got via REST calls" Best, Max
-
One more comment, is the resolution value "Fixed" the only resolution that you are using and looking at? Or do you have multiple resolution values that you're looking at?
-
Hey @imran hashmi and welcome to the Atlassian Community! :) Try the following query Resolution WAS Fixed By currentUser() DURING (startOfYear(-1), endOfYear(-1)) * The DURING parameter needs the "-1" to refer to the last year here Just my two additional cents and a suggestion: There's one thing you should bookmark if you…

Hey @Josefina Johansson, welcome to the Atlassian Community! 👋 Unfortunately, the new content status feature still misses one or two essential things as they are not yet supported by the page property report and the Confluence search. So it's challenging to get a quick overview of the statuses or utilize them anywhere…
-
Hey @Sakina, I can understand that you want to achieve your goal with built-in functionalities but that's why I put it in perspective and was trying to offer something taking the bigger picture into consideration. Simply because there are no features available that would satisfy your needs - just like @Elena Ovdienko…
-
Hey @Sakina Can you give me some more information about your use case and the items you want to have drop-downs for? From what you wrote, I think I can offer you a solution utilizing our app Orderly Databases for Confluence for the select lists or dropdowns and keeping all the information in order. Let me briefly explain…
-
Thank you very much, @Kishan Sharma! 😃 As for your question, Orderly already internally stores the changes made to the content in the database. So there is already a change history but it's not yet available to the user. However, we plan to make this helpful feature available in the future. If you're interested, we have a…

@vikram, Snickers is still a dangerously tempting thing for me. Especially the Snickers Ice Cream bar. 😆
-
Hey there @KJansen4, I am confident that I can help you with your project! 😄🤘🏼 Am I right in thinking that you are using Confluence Cloud? Because you mentioned something about an "older editor". But please let me know. So if you are on cloud, I recommend you take a look at our app Orderly Databases for Confluence on the…
-
Hey @Syed Musab, welcome to the community! It sounds like you have been using managed hosting so far, is that correct? So server hosting your Jira Server instance was provided and maintained by another provider. If you now want to move to Atlassian Jira on Cloud you will have to migrate your server installation to Jira…
-
@Britta Neugebauer _yasoon_ your statement needs a little fix! 😎
-
I love this initiative! 💙 🥳 It's so much fun to find a way to demo an app while having the time of your life. If you want to know what my awesome colleague @Matt Reiner _K15t_ and I had an incredible amount of fun doing, check out our demo of Orderly Databases. We slip into the role of sports commentators and have teams…
-
Thank you so much @Andy Gladstone and @Laura Holton _ACE Manchester_! Can you imagine how hard it is to keep a serious face with the phrases? I died inside when @Matt Reiner _K15t_ caught me off guard with the "no hocus pocus" line in the sequence. 😂 Andy, you know how to reach me in case you need anything! 😉
-
You're welcome, @Pete P! Then I definitely wish you a successful migration to the cloud. And if you are on cloud and have any questions, feel free to contact me here in the community or any other channel 🤘🏼
-
I had a phase where I loved these two 😄
-
Hey @Pete P I noticed too late that you're still on the server, so my suggestions apply to Confluence Cloud. Are you considering moving to a new platform anytime soon? 😉 To tell you the truth, you will have difficulty implementing this on Server, DC, or Cloud anyway if you want to have one source table/database that you…

Hey @Andreas Schoeffler Where do you see the issues as open after the status seems to be "Closed", and a resolution (and resolution data?) is set? Best, Max
