Hi @Ivan Andrieiev Yes, you can. There's an option in the menu to convert subtasks to regular issue types and the other way around: Best, Max

I'm happy to hear! Please consider accepting my answer, so your question is marked as resolved to the community. :) Best, Max

Hey @Kanaka Ponnuru Prasad, Did you also check the log files and tried the workaround with a different browser that was mentioned in the KB article? So if you have exhausted all means and still cannot get it to work, please get in touch with the official Atlassian Support. Clicking the edit button should open the…

Hey @Harrica Rion , "Time to resolution" = elapsed("4h") won't get you far. You will have to use >=. We talked about this before. 😄
-
You could simply remove and add the gadget again to see if that helps. You can also try other suggestions from the community and read through this topic: * Activity stream does not load and is blank Best, Max
-
@Kanaka Ponnuru Prasad , did you try to click "Edit"? You're not showing the configuration of the gadget itself.
-
Hey @Harrica Rion, now it seems that you're looking for the exact "2h" elapsed instead of a minimum of two hours (>=). A general comment on what you're trying to achieve here. Let's think about it as a funnel. Is it something that can actually return issues, or is it more of a filter for you that should alert you about…

Hey @Kanaka Ponnuru Prasad, I think you got me wrong. I was asking for the configuration of the dashboard gadget. :) There, you could have a look yourself if everything looks correct. Best, Max

Hi @Kanaka Ponnuru Prasad let me answer a few of your questions: 1. The option to link comments to easily jump to that comment directly. Please refer to this documentation article for more information: Link to a comment missing after an upgrade It seems to be related to changes in Jira 8.17 and later, including the link…

I suggest thinking through your whole JQL clause again. Maybe it doesn't make sense, and that's why it does not return any issues: * Issues that have been created in the past seven days * Are in status (Done, "Forced Close", "In Progress", "On Engineering", "Reporter validation", "Waiting for reporter") * Have a resolution…

I'm happy to hear @LiPan! Please consider accepting my answer, so your question is marked as solved to the community! :)

Hey @Vinothkumar Sekar , and welcome to the community. Are you looking for tickets created today, and the filter should always display tickets from today? Or do you want to use a specific date? The easiest solution if you're looking for issues that have been created today is: created > startOfDay() But there are other ways…

Hi @Sreenadh Have you created all the issues you can see in Jira Service Management, or have they been shared with you (are you a request participant) so that they would pop up in the portal? And what's also important, do all issues have a request type configured. This is also mandatory for them to show up in the portal.…
-
Hey @Harrica Rion just a minor thing that I missed in my last response, but did you use "Time to resolution" >= elapsed("10h")? Probably that is the issue here. Unless you have requests that meet the criteria with exactly 10 hours. Then it should work! :) I tried it in my test instance with some old issues being 500hrs…
-
Hey @LiPan, welcome to the community! You have to take a look at the customer access settings of your Jira Service Management. Head over to Settings - Product - Jira Service Management - Customer access. There you can find the settings for internal accounts: Also, make sure to have a look at the general Site access…

You're welcome and good luck! :)

Hey @Paiton Swaim Wow, that's weird. Your admin hub looks like the old experience that should've been replaced since last year. See the announcement on the community - User management for cloud admins just got easier Maybe that's the connection to why it doesn't work. Here's an example of what it looks like on my instance:…

You're welcome. Let's be happy that there's a workaround! 😄

Hi @Marc Richter, and welcome to the Atlassian Community! I was browsing the community a bit, and it seems other users also ran into this. It's a weird behavior. What helped the others was to add the public group to the permission, and then suddenly, all the other groups appeared and were selectable. Could you try that,…

Hi @Harrica Rion The function everBreached() does not support time parameters, but one thing comes to my mind that I have never tried. You also have the function elapsed() that supports time parameters. Could you try combining the everBreached function with the elapsed() function and take the amount of time the "Time to…

You're welcome. I wish I could have been more helpful!

There's no re-indexing on Cloud, and if the space still exists after you tried to delete it multiple times, I think you should reach out to Atlassian support. There's not much you can do "wrong" on your end. Either delete or archive the space. If it persists after deleting it, that's wrong... 😅 Best, Max
-
Did you try to delete it again from the space settings?
-
I just came back on Friday from Amsterdam's Appsterdam marketplace event which was a blast! 😁 I missed going to ACEs so much.
-
Hey @Jason Li Ting Chung It should be possible: head over to your Service's project settings - Customer permissions - Customer sharing But then I did a little research on the topic because I had a feeling. Apparently, it's not possible for customers at the moment in Cloud: * JSDCLOUD-1476 Unable to @mention Customer or…

Hey @Paiton Swaim, there's some documentation available for this beta feature of Confluence: * Invite guests for external collaboration But can you explain to me where you see a toggle that is labeled "on"? Because I invited a new user as "Guest" and added the user within the space as a guest and managed the guest…

Hi @Kilian Hann are you 100% sure that there's no space existing? Did you check in the administration of your instance Settings - Space Permissions? There you also can restore the permissions in case you have no access to the space (and therefore cannot see it in the Space Directory). Best, Max

Hey @Allison Stewart, I recommend reaching out to Seibert Media's support. I think that's the fastest way to get an answer to your question. You can find the link to their support portal on their marketplace listing: Awesome Custom Fields Jira - improve visibility & usability - Support Maybe keep us posted on the result!…

Hey @Gordon V LIttlefair can you provide a little more information about your board setup? Have a look at the screenshot: Is your board configured to set a resolution when you move issues (Applies to Scrum Boards)? Can you also please check the filter and probably the sub-filter if it's a Kanban board in the settings? Is…

Hey @JuanD, The answer to your question is rather short: No, it's not possible to have multiple keys in the same project. If your project's key is "ABC", all issues will use it. Can't you use an identifier for the customer after the issue key instead? Best, Max
