@Marco RomanAtlassian have followed standard RFC guidelines, and Refresh Token doesn't not expire as per these guidelines. Here is a link to an answer submitted Atlassian Team member - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Answers-Developer-Questions/Does-the-oauth-2-refresh-token-expire/qaq-p/574230

@Aviral Gahlot Welcome to the community! Let me come straight to point, you have two options, * Basic Auth* In server it 'username:passowrd' - https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/basic-authentication/ * In cloud 'email:api_key' - https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/basic-auth-for-rest-apis/…

If you use Migration Assistant everything (except external application/addon data with will be migrated). But first upgrade your Jira to 7.6.0+.
-
@Venkata Raghavendra Veerla There is cloud migration assistant available for Jira but it doesn't work on Jira version below 7.6.0. So as first step you need to upgrade you Jira, to at-least 7.6.0 and then only you will be able to migrate.

Hurray! Great work.
-
@jc Welcome to the community! I don't see any obvious solution here, but you can always use comment feature. confluence.add_comment(page_id, text)

Couple of choices, * Butter Milk (yes this is for adults :-) ) * Beer

@Claude Brown Welcome to the community. I think you might have missed some step during switching database, I'm giving you outline of steps to follow and we can move ahead and see what you missed, * Backup your current system in XML format (https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/backing-up-data-861253815.html)…

@Vikram Kuruba Sorry to say, this is highly requested feature in API, but currently not available. I will update if I find some update on this.

No, you don't need any Javascript in field description (script doesn't work here). I can help you with small add-on but might need 3-4 days for this. Better way for you is to look for options in ScriptRunner using Post functions. I think that will be easier for time being.
-
@Vikrant Yadav I can give you couple of suggestions, * Using ScriptRunner (@Nic_Brough__Adaptavist_ is authority here)* You can write post functions where you can do some database/file look-up, and fill-in data for remaining fields. * Using custom add-on* This require some Atlassian development experience * You can create…

@MG I don't think so, as they are not creating custom fields. But better you connect with ProForma team, I guess they are best to comment on this.
-
@Sunil Singh Welcome to the community. HTTP Status Code 400 for this API implies that you are passing in some wrong values for project object. Here is brief idea, * key - has to be capitalized and less than 10 characters (please check if you are passing small case character in it) * projectName - seems to be correct in…

@hongjyanGot stuck due to my area becoming red alert zone for Covid-19. I would say if you have some experience in Java, try building an add-on to do this. I think it would be best solution. I will also try at my end for better solution which doesn't consume lot of time.
-
@hongjyan Have a look at this discussion, - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/How-to-get-list-of-worklogs-through-JIRA-REST-API/qaq-p/533633

I need to check on that.

I want all! but if need to choose 2, I will go with, * Body Pill - I want to become The Hulk * Sacrifice Pill - To revive Master Yoda!

@Shivam BarthwalHere are my suggestions, For front-end use ReactJS, reasons * This is what Atlassian uses * Support is strong * Ready-made module / UI library by Atlassian is available - https://atlaskit.atlassian.com/packages For back-end (as you have knowledge of JavaScript) use Express (with Atlassian Connect Express),…
-
@Shivam Barthwal Welcome to the community! First you need to give/find what kind of Jira you are using? Jira Server/Data Center or Jira Cloud If you are using Jira Server/Data Center * Plugin are created using Atlassian SDK * This is based on Java (for back end) * For front-end you can use any JS framework * Start here -…

@damoderLet us take this one by one, You need to know some basics of AWS, * EC2 * Load Balancer * Cloud Formation * RDS You can find about these online very easily. Once you know this, we can move ahead with installation of Jira Software Data Center using Cloud Formation template provided by Atlassian -…
-
@damoderYou have not provided us with enough information? What product you are planning to install? What are difficulties you are facing? and have you gone through documentation provided by Atlassian? Or if you need general idea about setup?
-
@Chris van Daele I know this big issue for workflow. Tell me what editor you using new or old, and I'll will ask someone from confluence team to reach out.
-
@Chris van Daele This is bit odd but have you tried, * Going to attachment section of page * Click view * Drag comment icon where you want to comment on attachment Also refer to this documentation link - https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/share-and-comment-on-files-704578253.html

@Mahesh_Kumar_Yadav Can you please elaborate on response you got, if you are admin you must get some JSON response in result. I have tried this API multiple time and it is working fine on my instance.
-
@Pradeep BudharapuProject templates are used to define structure on project, take it as a meta of meta for project. Once project meta is defined (project created) all information from project template is inside project meta, and there is no need for project template now. Project type like, 'business, software,…
-
@Mahesh_Kumar_Yadav Do check out this API - https://docs.atlassian.com/ConfluenceServer/rest/7.3.5/#api/content/{id}/restriction Make sure you check all expand parameters!
-
Vikrant you have to restructure your need here. A custom field can only have one context per Jira project. So you cannot have multiple contexts for different issue types in the same project. So you can have multiple context configured per field. Once solution you can use is (quite complex), * Have all options for a project…
-
@Vikrant YadavYou can surely do this in Jira. You need to configure scheme for this. Here is a link from Atlassian Wiki - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/configuring-a-custom-field-861253383.html#ConfiguringaCustomField-Context Also you can go through this question -…
