@Shay Singh Welcome to the community! There was HipChat from Atlassian to solve this problem, but it was discontinued in favor of better chat applications like Slack. Even Altassian uses Slack for team communication. There is pretty good integration available for every major Chat application with Jira.

@Venkataraju Duddu Username and password can't be used as authentication mechanism for Jira Cloud, this is a reason you need API token for basic authentication.
