@lisa sinclair This is strange and terrifying behaviour when editing a large document. I think internet connectivity cab be a big reason here, because I don't think Confluence Cloud have any limitation on page size mentioned on documentation. Yes there are multiple evidence of performance degradation on when page size…

@Suran Basharati Welcome to the Atlassian Community! This is pretty common error when you send in malformed JSON to API. But here I don't see any issue in your JSON (except for issue type name should be Story, names are case sensitive). I think your JSON to string conversion logic is not working fine. For further diagnosis…

Yes. This is great for people like me, who prefer keyboard over mouse and trackpad.

@Simon Brandwood Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I can't provide you with straight away answer (as I develop mostly on Atlassian platform and not on side) to solve this problem but for issues like I prefer Developer community myself. A similar discussion is going on there…

@BetCo Monitoring I don't think this is right forum for this. You need to connect with Atlassian support for this and raise a ticket. It may also be related with billing (as support stop as soon as billing stops). Here is a link to support page - https://support.atlassian.com/ (on bottom of this page there is a button 'Log…

@feyyaz çakabey Welcome to the Atlassian Community. This is not the right space for billing related queries with Atlassian Team. I suggest you try there service desk. Here is a link to file service desk ticket for billing so you don't have to jump around - https://support.atlassian.com On bottom of this page there is…

@Oleg Sokolovsky Welcome to the Atlassian Community. I don't think card layout customisation is possible in Jira Core as of now. You have to stay on whatever provided.
-
@strattonbrazil Welcome to the Atlassian Community. As much as I know this error is not relevant, it was also in discussion on developer community where Atlassian Staff respond on this, here is a link to that discussion…
-
@Rhia Rodriguez Welcome to the Atlassian Community. This is definitely possible. If you admin, you can use existing fields, issue types and screen schema to be shared between projects. For this you need to understand some basic premise of Jira. Jira has fields which are placed inside some screens. Now the behaviour of…

I don't think so, we had similar situation as we were running Jenkins on local subnet on AWS. But due to this very reason had to open public access from Bitbucket (we only allowed access from Bitbucket IP address due to security teams restrictions though).
-
@rakeshkasinathan Welcome to the community, I don't this is possible, the whole premise of web hook depend upon accessibility of Jenkins from Bitbucket Cloud. If your Jenkins is not visible to Bitbucket your web hooks will never work.
-
@Laima Valiukonytė Welcome to the community Looking at your error it looks like Jira Server error not Jira Cloud. Can you please confirm on this? Also if it is Jira Server (a self hosted version of Jira), you need to stop your Jira, delete caches folder and start Jira again. Take a look at this page for better explanation…
-
@Jim Patterson I don't think this is possible as of now. You can't configure memory per step.
-
@Gayatri Mali Welcome to the community. You can attach document or for that matter any file to Jira issues but there is not specific place where you have upload documentation. Here is a link on how to attach file to jira issue - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-core-cloud/docs/attach-files-and-screenshots-to-issues/ Now…

As long as your Bitbucket Server is publicly accessible it doesn't matter what port it run on. For example, if your service IP is 'ddd.ccc.bbb.aaa' and port you are running Bitbucket is 7990, your base url should be 'http://ddd.ccc.bbb.aaa:7990', in case your server have some name assigned to it (e.g. example.com) your…

@[deleted] I suggest you to connect with Atlassian Support for this. These movement of sites or associated products are not straight forward. They can help you better with this.

@[deleted] Look like your pretty near to solving this issue, here are some suggestions against questions you have asked, * To gell all issues in Jira without limiting them with project boundary, try JQL in `jira.search_issues` without project, you can simply put some order by clause in this. * Now you will get all issues,…
-
@Mayur Kate welcome to the community. The simple answer to your question is NO, you won't need to run Bitbucket Server on HTTPS to connect with Jira cloud. Here is a wiki link to help you with this and other prerequisite…

@Forrest Tanaka Wonderful catch, I will ask Atlassian team to take a look at this and file a bug if required. I would also like to add that Safari 14 is just 2 days old, so I'm not sure how Atlassian will treat this.
-
@sofo506 Nice question, Here are some pointers to help you, * The individual commands that you write in `scripts` array executed independently. * This means, even if you switch user in one command (script) rest will execute in same old shell as previous switch won't have any effect on next command * To get rid of this…

Let me dig some more details, also try this out. I will also check with other folks for this behaviour.

@Kain If your API Key are hidden, then you won't need service desk. Approach I would use and suggest based on my understanding of your use case is as follows, * Call some service api from app* This will contain details of bugs (may be logs, screenshots etc) * If required, you can authenticate to this service using your…

At a first glance this looks like character set issue, Bitbucket Cloud by default only support UTF-8 character encoding. I think checking this will be a good starting point to debug this issue.
-
@kaushal2896 Yes this bit of hassle to correctly know the structure of fields. But it remain constant for most standard fields. Also you use metadata api to guess some details - https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-issues/#api-rest-api-3-issue-createmeta-get You can also take a look at…

Strange! I think hyper reference with 'tel' is not allowed then. Please take a look at this page if this make some sense - https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/add-html-tags-in-incident-messages/
-
@JD Lobue If you want this information for particular issue you can use change log API - https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-issues/#api-rest-api-3-issue-issueidorkey-changelog-get But there is no API that give all change logs for all issue at once (or for that matter for particular…
-
@Janene Pappas I'm not a Swift expert but your 'authString' have some issues. let authString = String("Token token=\(encodedTokenString)") This should be (in my opinion) let authString = String("Basic \(encodedTokenString)")
-
Let me ask someone from Atlassian team to take a look at this. I think this is one of the main API and I don't think if it has bug it will unknown to them.
-
@Kain I don't see any problem submitting bug using rest api to jira. It is just a matter of calling - https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-issues/#api-rest-api-3-issue-post But the problem you will face are of security. I don't think you will like to embed API Key of user in your game (this…
