@Saxon Mailey Welcome to the Atlassian Community! With information you have provided it is pretty difficult to predict about issue. Here are few questions that might help in better diagnosis, * What OS you are dealing with? * Did you see any error in Confluence logs (located inside Confluence Home)? * What browser you are…

@JJ First of all, welcome to the Atlassian Community. Now, coming to your question, this is not supported as of now. You can pass some form of authentication using query parameter, but custom headers is not supported. For example if site you are calling provide personal access token, you can have URL like,…

I too become very unhappy when things like these occur.

Yippie!

@deku2aofaWelcome to the Atlassian Community. Yes you are correct about the state of documentation here, this need immediate attention. After GDPR related changes made by Atlassian they removed User Object section but haven't removed references to this in documentation, which is pretty bad situation for someone who want to…

@Ramesh Ranganathan Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Looking at your request body and response code, everything look fine. PUT method on issue api return 204 when it is successful. Can you share response of GET API on same issue before and after updating priority?
-
@Corinne Dent Let me gather my thoughts around this and come back.
-
@kaushal2896 This is only thing I can say, * All standard fields like, summary, description, status, type, assignee, reporter etc will remain same and are not changing in near future, so can create your own structure for them. * In case of custom fields, only pointer I can give is type of field. Rest depend upon code you…

@Rhia Rodriguez I need to validate this, actually lot of new feature are coming up in next-gen pretty rapidly so it is hard to say where we are currently.
-
@Joni I did face same issue and started using ( ` i.e. back quote) before I pasted code, or whenever I wanted to add code.
-
@Brian Pearson Welcome to the Atlassian Community. This isn't directly possible, but some plugins in market place try to show tree view and reports on top of that. One example that I was using earlier is Links Explorer (was small but solved my purpose).
-
@Jessica speake Welcome to the Atlassian community. Although this question is not related with Confluence Cloud, but with Confluence server, I can help you. I don't think there is any feature to change color of table header. But if you want to change it for all available tables you can use this link…
-
@Jason Schafer Welcome to Atlassian Community! You are not alone who have spent time on Google looking for this, I don't think this feature is available yet (in form similar to Github or Gitlab). But Bitbucket Pipes is something that I created to solve this problem. Here is brief introduction to it, *…

There is no comprehensive breakdown, but you can see brief details on admin.atlassian.com (you need to be logged in site as site-admin) on side bar under 'Site Settings' there is 'Storage' option.

If you raise this issue do let me I will surely up-vote.
-
For cloud you can write plugin in any language, but for Node.js (Express.js) and Java (Spring Boot) Atlassian provide connect templates to make life easy.
-
No free tools for this. You can write custom plugin, but in that route also groovy won't come.
-
Yes, you need to apply.
-
Yes it is required to publish workflow for any changes. Also, change each change one state to another is different transition (unless explicitly shared) and will require you to configure validator for each step.
-
@Charles Baldwin Welcome to the Atlassian Community. On your question about making Confluence content to outside world is very much possible. This is called Anonymous access in Confluence terminology. Here this guide will help you in this - https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/set-up-public-access/
-
@Jamshaid Welcome to the Atlassian Community. This can be done using workflow post functions for making rest call using groovy you will need external plugin like ScriptRunner. An example where ScriptRunner call Slack's rest api as a post functions…

@Lava Kumar Dukanam _Appfire_ I don't think so (not 100% sure). This location is officially not supported (sure about this)
-
@Ankush Goel This is very much possible in Jira. You will need to create Validator on transition to accomplish this. You can learn about validators here - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/using-validators-with-custom-fields-776636707.html

Nice catch!

@lisa sinclair I have informed Atlassian Team to take a look at this issue on Slack channel, let us wait for them, they might have some insight. Meanwhile, I did check Atlassian's Status page for Confluence Cloud for incident that might have caused performance issue and found one on 18th September. Please take a look at…
