@Neeraj BodheNo special configuration is required for making confluence accessible on mobile devices. But the experience on mobile is limited. Check this knowledge base article for more details - https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/using-confluence-via-your-mobile-browser-947169262.html

@hnas cable guyCheck this out - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/inconsistent-search-results-when-using-dashes-884714562.html Updating to latest version seems to be only solution.

You can keep home directory empty, but once you start Jira after this, it will ask you to setup Jira again. To prevent this, you will need existing backup.
-
@Nader Nassifyou need to check following items, * Check Jira is working fine inside Docker, and not throwing any error on startup * Check you have mapped docker port number 8080 with your host system* You can map it to any port number of host system. * Once mapped, check if localhost:<HOST_PORT> is accessible on your host…

No, there is no anti-virus system integrated with Bitbucket Server. However, if you want this, you can scan HOME directory of Bitbucket server using anti-virus software of your choice. HOME directory is the place where Bitbucket store all repositories. Side Note - GIT stores all files as objects, and I don't think scanning…

@aasfor HTTPBuilder that uses `Signpost` internally I suggest you use, BASIC authentication for simplicity. The reason I am suggesting this is because you will face issues like `signature_method_rejected`. This can be resolved, but BASIC Auth is simpler, and since your trusted by both Jira there is no harm using it.

@Ashish_Gupta When you click on the Issue Macro Block on edit screen you will get an option to hide summary. Please take a look at this screenshot. If I'm somehow I haven't understood your query do let me know.

@biswaranjanrout.amai @M Amine is correct about permissions. Few small points I would like to add, * As your API is returning 201, can you check it's JSON response, if issue is created in Jira you will get id and key of issue in JSON response.

@Dave VaronI think you need to have some sort of wrapper back-end system, that gives you wrapper over Jira API's, and you consume Jira API's via that. JIRA <-----> YOUR_BACKEND <------> YOUR_FRONTEND

@Dave VaronMay I know the purpose (not exact but just a hint) for which you want to call Jira API in browser? Because I can only think of two use cases, Case 1 - You are building a plugin for Jira and want to call rest API If this is the case, * Take a look at this helper method provided by Atlassian JS API -…

@Season Hughes Here are some points, * As much as I know, you can't put default value for description field in Jira by default. * Therefore, your admin might have added some hack (based on JS or using plugins like ScriptRunner) * So, the best way to resolve this is to ask your admin to fix script he created to handle this…

@mywelcome to the community. Jira's philosophy is that you assign one task to one person, and try to break task so that it only have one assignee. But in some rare cases this is not possible, for this Atlassian have this guide - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/how-do-i-assign-issues-to-multiple-users-207489749.html…
