@TIS Admin When you migrate cloud to server it migrates the addon accounts as well. Try removing any users with @connect.atlassian.com emails before running it again. Let us know if that helps.

Hi @jakub.niepsuj We've created a ticket and shared the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant EAP app with you. Check your email for a notification and we look forward to hearing your feedback!

Hi @richjarrow, Thanks for the question! Overall, I would suggest doing test migration with your current version and if you don't run into issues, don't bother with the upgrade. You don't need to upgrade your Confluence and for Jira, (as you mentioned) your current version might work based on our documentation: Between…

@Nick Dring Good news! We do offer cloud discounts for qualified academic institutions. Beginning July 1, 2019, Atlassian offers Academic Cloud licensing at 50% off list price. Please note that Academic Cloud pricing includes Atlassian core products and Apps, and does not include third-party Marketplace Apps,…

Hi @Andrea Bianco Existing self-hosted apps cannot be transferred to cloud. You will need to purchase the app for cloud and can work with the app vendor to migrate any relevant data. Hey everyone! I'm Ashley and I work at Atlassian on the Community team. I'm a big fan of Trello and thrilled that Dallas is one of our first Trello Event cities. I use Trello professionally to manage my work, set up team 1:1s, growth planning, and event planning. Personally, I've used it to plan family vacations, make…

Thanks so much for the thoughtful response @Stephen Worotynec. Excited to share this back with the team and get some different types of product information/content out to our AUG groups!
-
@Stephen Worotynec, My name is Ashley and I'm part of the Community team at Atlassian. We'd love to know a bit more about the type of information you'd like specific to Bamboo, BitBucket, Crucible, and Fisheye. If you have any examples, that can help guide the content we share out to our user groups. Thanks! cc: @Bridget

Hi @Jen DeAngelo, Welcome and thanks for sharing! It is awesome to hear that you are such a champion of Atlassian. I love the concept of "politely forcing" your teams to embrace Confluence & Jira, and I know many others here try to do the same. Do you have any best practices or go-to's to get buy in from your teams? Also,…
