Thank you for the webinar. I was interested in Tip1.

I forgot to finish the course five months ago. A good overview would be helpful for new users. Confluence is very flexible, so it can be hard for new users to get started.

Nice article, thank you! Restrictions - view restrictions will be inherited by child pages. I’d like to highlight this point because we often discuss it with our partners. CONFCLOUD-5095: Page edit permissions should be inherited by pages, like view permissions are

Hi @Valerie Knapp, Maybe these could give you a few ideas — I wrote about how we’ve been using Confluence Whiteboards for agile workshops and retrospectives: * No Slides, No Docs—Just One Confluence Whiteboard: How We Learned Agile and Scrum * Taking the First Step in Retrospectives with Confluence Whiteboards Best, Taka

Hi @Tomislav Petek , welcome to the community! It can be tricky to centralize knowledge when it’s scattered across different tools — I’ve seen that challenge too. Just in case it helps, here’s a short article I wrote about building a single source of truth in Confluence: The Confluence Central Pattern (CCP): Building Your…

I'm happy to see the recent improvements to "Version management." As a Jira fan, my favorite feature is probably "Releases."
-
@Julie Kremp Thanks! Yes, the use cases for Whiteboards are really broad—it’s not just retros, but all kinds of team collaboration.
-
Thank you so much! It's an honor to be recognized.

Hi @Ellora Biswas , Atlas Goals/Projects are simple and useful. I like them too! I don’t know a way to sync a Jira custom field with the Atlas status field. Maybe it can be possible in the future if more APIs are added. Here are some references: - Community:…

Hi @Thiago P _Atlassian Support_ , Thank you for sharing your TIL! 😀 I’ve also been in the Atlassian ecosystem for quite a while, but I’ve only recently started to contribute more actively to the community. So I can really relate to what you said! Here’s mine: TIL - We can see the summary from a smart link on a Confluence…

Hi @Sherwin Soriano , I understand your frustration — it can definitely feel confusing to track where to find release information for Jira. Let me share some official resources that might help. For Jira Cloud, Atlassian maintains an official roadmap that highlights upcoming changes and planned upgrades: *…

Hi @Amadi Ikechukwu Welcome to the community! As a developer and product manager, I’ve learned (and keep learning) a lot here. This is a great place where we can learn and exchange ideas together.

Hi, https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-78280 may be the suggestion you are looking for. As far as I know, I don’t know any way to configure the fields of Jira cards. Great suggestion! I like the idea of using the text of a relation as a cardinality. I think cardinality is very important for class diagrams.

Thanks for your comment. Even starting with one central hub page can make a big difference. For keeping content organized, built-in tools like Content Manager — or even some Marketplace apps — can be really helpful.

Is this what you were hoping to find out?
-
Thank you for the helpful article. Regarding the Agile board layout: * doesn't always display the current sprint goal, duration, or remaining days. As a Scrum team member, I’d like to see these more consistently. Or am I missing something?

For users using Japanese language. There is a bug regarding i18n. Translation is incorrect for Jira labs > New navigation options https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/I18N-4437.

Thank you for your comment. Good catch. I use goals through platform experiences. I’ve also tried the same operation on another instance via Atlas, and the result is the same. I can link the goal to sub-tasks.
-
Hi @Dave Mathijs Thanks for your comment. Linking to only epic issue types is reasonable. However, we can link all issue types on the goal screen. So, I'm confused. I would like the goal should not accept subtasks or stories.

Thanks for the clarification. I encountered some errors yesterday too. I'm glad to see something reports on https://jira-product-discovery.status.atlassian.com/.

A few days ago, I encountered same problem with JDK 1.8.0_131 and resolved with JDK 1.8.0_140. I cannot find the root cause...

I noticed that Confluence Server(5.10) doesn't have "hide toolbar" button too. I could not find any documentation about this change.
-
Hi, Thanks very much for the information.

Thanks for your reply. I think we should use the Page Restriction. Pukiwiki is popular wiki software in Japan. I found CONF-12663, but it was marked as 'Won't fix'.

I faced same error JIRA 7.2.2 and PostgreSQL 9.6. I found related issue on Confluence. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-44216

It looks like 1.8.0. But I think that we should not use HSQLDB in production environment. # ls -l /opt/atlassian/jira/lib/hsql* -rw-r--r--. 1 root root 641570 Jun 3 08:33 /opt/atlassian/jira/lib/hsqldb-1.8.0.5.jar

Yes you can. * Copy any fields from "Issue Editor" to "Excel" * Copy text and number fields from "Excel" to "Issue Editor"
