Thanks @BiancaE!!

Hi @Tomeka Gueory - is your Done status associated with the correct category? There are a number of statuses we have in my org workflows that are green when you look at the status category- which means when something moves to one of the statuses it shows up as a completed item in a sprint.

@Jack Brickey - even if your accomplishment last week was putting on real pants five days in a row - who am I to diminish your accomplishments? I'm gonna go ahead and give your list the gold star and a "whoop. there it is" Thank you for sharing and hurray @Maarten Cautreels for a super helpful article!

Thanks @Andy - PTC Redundant!

@Andy - PTC Redundant - yes! 100%

Thanks @Michele Lim [cPrime] - keeping it short and concise is something I really struggle with, so I'm glad to bring it up to the top of our minds again!

@JP _AC Bielefeld Leader_ - great callout! I do think it's super important to come up with titles depending on what your end-goal is. If it's engagement, then you would need something 'clickable' to entice readers to view your article. How-to items would need to be pretty specific (or well organized in your hierarchy) so…

@Fabian A_ Lopez _Community Leader - Argentina_ Florida_ California_ I love that you all did your own Summit - it looks like it was a great success! This is such an awesome idea.

@Mario Carabelli - I see what you did there ;) Thanks for reading!

Thank you @Giao duc Tuyen Sinh

Hey there! Super interesting question involving two of my favorite methods! The first thing I thought of as a low-tech solution that would take just a few minutes to implement would be by using a series of colored labels and each time you complete a session, you click the corresponding color - essentially working your way…

Hm, not that i can think of, but I haven't worked a lot with user properties and the like. Depending on what tool you're using, may be able to have a chat with the vendor and get some answers.

Well then, welcome back on a different account :) It's too bad the xero/jira integration on Zapier wouldn't work for you, thought for sure there would be enough in there to get you to a workable solution. If you're not concerned about having a formal estimate, it sounds like your ideas will work great with an approval…

Hey @Molly Bronstein and team - I've spoken extensively about this to Atlassians in the past - and while I don't have the time to type out my organization's transition - please send me a message if you'd like to have a call.

Hello, thanks for reaching out to the community on this! The best way I can imagine handling this is to include multilingual verbiage in your welcome email (or supply a link tree of some kind to your user in the response template that would direct them to a page with welcome information in their language). The best case…

Hey Jeremy, Welcome to the community! The only solution I'm aware of for invoicing via JSD cloud is Tempo Connect to Quickbooks If you're looking for a low-tech/low-cost solution though, here's the best I could come up with at 10pm without coffee: Create a status for items pending invoicing/approval [Pending Approval]…

Hi Matteo, As far as I am aware, you can't remove this line - as that is what differentiates replies with inline text and previous comments.

Bem vinda! Inglês é minha língua nativa, desculpe se minha mensagem não está clara. Eu fiz o melhor que pude com o recurso de tradução. Você precisará usar dois navegadores da Web e abrir uma placa em cada um.

Hello and welcome to the forums! The only tool I can think of that would allow you to sync these two applications would be Zapier - which is a web tool that basically allows you to draw on the API of multiple platforms with a really simplified interface to conduct automation between the platforms. Give it a look, it sounds…

Hey Janice, I'm assuming that you're trying to find users who may be 'stale', would this assumption be correct? I fiddled around with JQL for a bit with some ideas, but nothing panned out. The best way I can think to do this... if you're trying to accomplish what I think you are... go to User Management --> Service Desk…

Hey Christina, I would recommend using a third-party tool such as All-In-One reports to do this. Out of the box, Atlassian reporting is very basic. With AIO, I'm able to report on volume, work logs, etc for multiple projects through one report. Hope this helps!

Hey @Jessica Thorson - I'm enjoying your fluffy unicorn. Welcome to the Community! As far as I'm aware, formatting is stripped when you're viewing text in a queue, so this wouldn't be possible. Is there a way you could append the smart value for the user name of the person commenting to the beginning of the field text so…

Hey Emilee - Great roundup of marketplace apps! I couldn't live without Automation for JIRA. Such an invaluable tool for sending automated emails, transitioning requests, creating some really awesome triage automations - I could go on for days. If you're a less technical user who wants functionality as close as possible to…
-
Hey @Lewis Haidt - you've got an image missing for one of the badge examples, but other than that, this seems like a great way to introduce a larger audience to the video offerings and expand the sphere of influence.

@Troy Taylor - Just popping in as a stranger, a year later, to say that I need an updated picture of this little guy.

Huzzah to @Kat Warner who wins the internet today. I'm so happy that you did this, I was sure no one would want to bop through the forums looking for miscellany. To keep this going, my thoughts are that people could drop clues to other obscure community items. At this point, I think it's safe to say that @Community…

I can tell because caps lock. Or maybe you're like me and type caps lock sentences with the shift key on full tilt... who knows?

So many meetup tears in 2018 - love it.

I think I failed this month lol. I did not, unfortunately, catch them all.

To you as well!
