@Tinker Fadoua, I feel like it actually got worse for me when we had laminate floors put in. Now there's just cat dust-bunnies in every corner and the floor always feels... crunchy. I'm sweep/mop like four times a week. At least with carpet it just kind of settles into the rug pad until one day you pull it up and feel…

Yeah, fear of small holes or clusters of them. My brother freaks about them, too. I didn't know this was a thing until a year or so ago when we were at some floral market and they had a lotus pod. He freaked out, and as his oldest sister, I capitalized on that fear. Yes, I'm a bad person. No, I don't regret him basically…

Also, I hope no one on Community has Trypophobia, trigger warning! XD

Doesn't it make you want to just use disposable all the things? If it wasn't so wasteful, I would have done it a long time ago.

I have the same agreement with my husband. I cook, you do the dishes. Sponge smells though, blehhhhh.
-
I feel like dusting is such a futile task. Swish the dust around, and it just settles back. The ultimate Sisyphus task.

Alana, I have piles. Piles and baskets. Maybe someday when my children are grown and my house is quiet, I will fold. Probably not, but it's nice to dream. I like your clothes hugging idea, this will get me through my days now.

A clothes steamer has made my LIFE. Ironing is the worst! I make quilts, where ironing has become a necessary evil though, so I can't fully get away with it.

Tub shrooms! Love those things. We recently had to snake our drain line... you think I hate cleaning the bathtub, I nearly died when we had to snake it. Bluhhhhhh. I can empathize with standing calf-deep in someone else's dirty water. I have the heebie jeebies now.

Emily, that's fantastic! I remember writing a lot when I was a broody teenager, and I never really got back into it. Writing is one of those things that you can do anywhere, and I think that's the coolest thing of all. Do you find yourself daydreaming your stories and then jotting them down in your spare time? When you're…

Great Article! I think my team is at a 3.75, and a huge part in us coming this far has been from Stride. We're using chatbots for sourcing information from confluence, enabling integrations with JIRA and Confluence to make responding to information quick and concise, and abusing the hell out of GIFs (of course). How does…

Hi there, welcome to the community! You say the home page, but I'm not clear on that. Can you capture a screenshot of where you're sourcing the issue from? On the bottom of my screen I've got <Projects> <Issues> <Notifications> <Account> I'm using an Android currently.

I just want to take a second to laugh at the animations. Everyone is just kicking each other in the head.

Hey Paulo, I recently deployed a new time tracking addon for JIRA that has been super helpful in tracking various 'roles' but could also be applied to your situation. We had a similar need for tracking based on groups for 'Project Manager' 'Developer' and 'Configuration Team' The benefit of this addon as opposed to adding…

That poor kid's eyeball! Seemed to be an innocuous enough idea, put some doodads on a string and swing them around. I can imagine that if you got them going you would a. really annoy everyone around you and b. cause incredible damage to yourself, others, anything in your vicinity.

So cooooool! She's gonna love it!

That last part made me laugh. Such an eldest sibling frame of mind. I'm ten years older than my younger siblings, so I was an only child for long enough to cause lots of trouble. By the time I was a teenager, I spent a lot of my time 'watching' the younger ones, which usually meant the bare minimum of making sure no one…

Hi Larry, I've researched on and off all day on this issue and every turn has been someone else saying that this is not possible through templates. I tested independently on my test space and was not able to find a solution either. Hoping someone else can weigh in on here with a brilliant solution. I'll likely poke around…

Kat, we're kindred spirits right now. I lived on the 'wrong' side of the tracks growing up and I remember the crazy people and things I saw (no older sibling though). I seriously wonder sometimes how I didn't end up on a milk carton. Now, I walk my kid four blocks every day and freak out when he doesn't wait for all the…

Jarts are possibly one of the most terrifying toys to have been created. You can still find them on ebay for some reason. Eyeballs be damned. I recently found candy cigarettes while cruising a vintage candy site. I think I was part of the last generation to actually enjoy these before they brought the banhammer down on…

Oh man, we have these nerf bow and arrows right now... Parental dream, let me tell you. Nothing says 'stop arguing and do your chores' like a nerf arrow to the knee. This is the preferred method of warfare in my home. It's amazing the ways we managed to live growing up, right?? I don't know if you have a dollar store…

Alana, we're super lucky that you're here with us today is how it sounds to me! Agreed that those spinners are a mess when an already clumsy kid does even more to take their eyes off where they're walking. We've had more than one go whizzing off and smacking a TV or a sibling.

Hi Larry, happy Monday to you. I'll do some research and get back to you hopefully by the end of the day. I need to poke around a bit.

Quick and hacky way would be to create an email distribution group for each team. Create a mock user with that distribution email address to be automatically assigned when the issue comes in and meets queue criteria. Notification settings set up to fire at the assignee when assigned.
-
Can you give a little background on why you would be basing your workload on emails instead of the queue views? I'm a big proponent of ditching email for service desk altogether, which is easily achievable with JSD, so it would help to get an understanding of your bigger picture. I can also recommend the JIRA Service…

Hi Ray, For expanded emailing functionality you will want to look at JETI, Automation for JIRA, or one of the other automation tools on the marketplace. I personally recommend Automation for JIRA because it will allow you to expand on the stock functionality and is applicable in a huge number of use cases. Queues are just…

Hi Jon, welcome to the community. In order to create new statuses, you will need to go into your project's workflow and edit from there. In this space, you can also add new statuses from this area. Here are some useful articles:…

Hey Mo, the addon is actually called Automation for JIRA This addon will take care of 90% of your needs, and they're adding new functionality pretty regularly.

Thanks Jack! Romer, I'm continuing to escalate with Atlassian for some assistance.

It sounds like you may have users either removing other watchers or removing their own name from the watch list.
