In the Trello Developer pages, the hard limit seems to be 4500 cards - which is quite a bit more than you have. Seems like there's definitely a practical limit in this case since it's causing latency. Since I don't know of your use case, I can only say that 1k on a board seems excessive if we look at this as a list-making…

Hey there, I think what might help grab some more responses on your question is to include some screenshots that illustrate your current challenge. I'm having a hard time identifying your specific use case, and this would really help me out (others as well) in finding you a solution.

Hey there, This is the community forums, not necessarily support - but I would recommend putting a bit more 'test' information in the body of your request. The system potentially sees this as fraudulent activity, so you want it to seem more like a legit request to bypass this error.

Morning Dave, Depending on what you're trying to remind someone of, you can set up an SLA that will expire and then send an email or make a ticket comment. If this doesn't meet your needs, there are a number of different automation addons such as Scriptrunner or Automation for JIRA that can accomplish deeper automation.
-
Hey @Olga Videc Not sure what you're saying. This is not due to my filters. Atlassian has confirmed as a bug.
-
Hi @Aurora Corpus - to get your URL, you're just going to pull the address from your main JIRA page. Should be in this format: yourdomainname.atlassian.net
-
Hi Sarmad, Speaking specifically to the question of what emails are created, you will need to review your Customer Notifications, Notifications, and any 3rd party automation apps to determine what emails are being sent out from the system.
-
Hey Alison, Some orgs have multiple 'close' statuses - is yours one that does? I've seen instances where there's a soft close and then an automation that may permanently close the ticket after a specified amount of time. Another thing to check would be what timezone your report is calculating in, I wonder if there is one…

Hey Richard, welcome to the community. The stock reporting is a bit limited to some basic functionality, so I would recommend you explore an extended reporting addon such as EasyBI or All-in-one reports for JIRA. Easy BI has a bit more of a learning curve, and suited for people used to BI tools. All-in-one reports is a bit…

Hey @Dave B. - can you elaborate on what you mean by reminder? When you say reminder, I think of an email notification that an action needs to be taken - but want to be sure I'm clear with my response.
-
Hey Nir, I don't think you can accomplish this with out of the box issue automation, but I think it's possible with a service like Automation for JIRA or Scriptrunner. What are you trying to accomplish with the label? A more clear visual indicator of what needs to be responded to?
-
Welcome to the Community @Shihong Khor - as far as I am aware there is no way to modify the way that this time is displayed. Another way you might approach this is to run a report on the SLA times and then run your conversions from a spreadsheet.
-
Hi @Ozhan Karkukli - what does your notification set up look like? It sounds like you may not have the correct notification emails turned on, or at least not including the correct participants. Review your customer notifications in your service desk settings and look for who the notifications are being sent to. Send a…

Hey there, I don't believe that there's any way to do this without some serious advanced scripting. This functionality is not included in a stock installation, and I can't think of a way to accomplish this with other basic automation tools either. Hopefully someone with more knowledge than I have around scripting will be…

Welcome to the community @Hajk Medyan - most of the time, when I see broken HTML like this, it is related to images and links in a user's signature line. I don't believe there's a way to 'fix' this, so if the request is totally illegible, we typically will pull the original email out of the email folder it came from and…

A screenshot may help of the one that's still ticking

Did you verify that the resolution is being set in the specific issue?
-
Hey Alex, Have you added all of your users to a confluence group who is able to access the spaces you are referencing? When you click 'manage knowledge base settings' - what happens?
-
You've got comment by customers and comment for customers there duplicated in both the start and stop conditions. That might be one issue.
-
Hi @Gopal Shah - you would have to achieve this with automation within JIRA. As far as I am aware, there is no way to designate due date and priority based on the email itself. You may want to explore JIRA Email Handler or Automation for JIRA add ons to facilitate this.

Great use case and beautiful photos :)
-
@Kevin Berrio - hey there! Issues can be created via CSV spreadsheet. Here's an article that may help you: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracorecloud/creating-issues-using-the-csv-importer-765593817.html

Same as Mo, I've got friends who do it as their side hustle. Surprisingly you can get travel planning through Costco even. I would say find someone local to you that you can sit down with and talk to.
-
My vacation planning hack is to go talk to a travel agent. Many times they earn a commission from the company you're buying through, and you don't pay for the service - but you get all the benefits, discounts, and don't have to work out all the nitty gritty details. Major time-saver for me since planning a vacation for my…

Hi @elenushhh , I'm sorry you had such a difficult time finding an answer to your question. To add a screen, first you need to create a screen in your Issue settings Once the screen is created, configure the screen to include which fields you'd like. Then go to the Workflow settings and edit the workflow you want to drop…

Hi @Grazia Ames - Trello is still free but has limitations. You can see the full spread of pricing here: https://trello.com/en-US/pricing

@BiancaE - thank you so much for sharing! Your comments about eating popcorn for dinner reminded me of one of my first jobs working as a grocery clerk - and eating bakery french bread for dinner. Only the middles of the bread though.
-
@Community Manager - you're probably responding to this thread somewhere poolside, so you're not wrong.

Hey @Gemma - @Jack Brickey pinged me on this and here's the solution I have in mind for you. Long story short - you can report on issues in a certain state and for how long they've been in that state, but if you want SLA resets, it gets a bit tricky as Jack eluded to. The way I have this set is that when a comment to the…
