Oh man, that's epic!

Huzzah for some stinkin' cute selfies!

Aw, he's the sweetest little pen bobbler! Cool pins!

Great to hear you're up and running @Jonathan Fleig - you're very welcome. :)

Hey there! Welcome to the community and Trello! One of the first ideas off the top of my head is to use labels a little differently: In this way, since more than one label can be applied to each card, you still have visibility over each role and what their status is. The green/yellow/red progression is 'typical' but…

Great to hear Emma! Automation for JIRA can be found in the marketplace They have integrations for both server and cloud installations, and I don't find that cloud is lacking in features at all. Automation is aptly named because it does just that, automates tasks. I see it as a really great extension of stock Atlassian…
-
Cloud seems to be the 'proving grounds' for new functionality, so hopefully server integration will be on the roadmap!
-
The only way you would be able to configure without using a license is to allow anonymous access. There are security concerns around enabling this functionality for spaces, so I would be wary if you are storing non-public information. If more than one person doesn't have access though, that may not explain the access issue.
-
For achieving notifications at 30 minutes to breach, you would go into project settings > Automation and create a new one (should also be examples available in there).
-
Hi Emma! As far as I'm aware, notifications through the standard installation are limited to 60/30 minutes from breach, and then breached. Smaller increments of time can be achieved by using a third-party app such as Automation for JIRA or Scriptrunner. Since I'm not terribly familiar with scripting, using Automation for…

Hi there and welcome to the community! These users are enabled to access confluence through system administration > Product Access, right?

@Tinker Fadoua- that's really great, glad you didn't have any issues. I had a few friends get majorly hassled coming back into the country from Mexico last year. Ridiculous how folks are treated right now.
-
@Tinker Fadoua- Yes! Hopefully I'll be done with the project I'm eyeballs deep in by then (feels like it will never end). In any case, I will have plenty of time to prepare my team for a few days away.
-
@Jodi LeBlanc- I think your practical tips are way more helpful anyway. That's it, I'm bringing a flat of disposable cameras for all the champs next year, we've talked enough about it. I'm envisioning them wrapped in cute little branded stickers. @Monique vdB- how can we make this happen LOL
-
Awesome tips @Jodi LeBlanc! Will definitely meet up with you at Summit Vegas next year ^_^ I can't say enough about packing bandaids. However much walking you plan on doing, there's always more. I put in like 20 miles at last year's Summit, half of that I feel like was just walking back and forth across the concourse.
-
Oh no! It's tough to coordinate a whole family, I'm sure you had a lot going on! Glad Canada was nice about it though, I can't say the same for coming back into the states, they're crazy about passports right now.

No one likes shopping for essentials at an airport. Holy price gouging, Batman!

I feel like my approach to next-level parenting is that I just shrug at people who give me weird looks when I'm a wreck and out with my kids. I make the eyes of 'you understand, don't you?' at the passerby and hope they smile in acknowledgement. I seem to always pack extra clothes for my kids, but not me! Your story about…

What you'll really need to consider is whether or not one workflow will work for all requests being serviced in the single project desk. Glad this helped though and best of luck, the Community is always here if you have questions. Welcome!

Hi Johann, Here is a really great article on JSD use cases that may be beneficial to you: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confeval/jira-service-desk-evaluator-resources/jira-service-desk-configuring-jsd-for-various-use-cases Both scenarios (1 vs. many projects) are covered in this article as well. Hope this helps, feel…

I'd never heard of that one, but I looked it up and it sounds very relaxing!

Anything is possible with fruity loops :D

@Jack Brickey - I wasn't alive when the first zork came out. You've dated yourself hard on this one.

@Jack Brickey - Myst is the best series ever created, true story.

I'm a PC gamer through and through, I enjoy consoles just as much as the next person, but I live for point-and-click adventures/text-based adventures. Mobile gaming has been awesome for this genre because there are so many independent developers who can get their stories and apps out there, so there's always something new…

You cannot make changes to the phyiscal email address it's being sent from, if that's a hard stop for you then you'd need to look into server. You can make modifications to the way your subject line template is being displayed, which is how we provide continuity within our own org. Cautionary tale though is that some spam…
