Welcome @PJ Wysota! What kind of topics do you blog about? Anything you'd like to share?

I should walk back part of my statement and point out that if 'message content' is part of your templates, it will display in your resolution email assuming you have made a customer-facing comment. This is true for all comments placed during a transition. You can make modifications to the formatting of your templates to…

Hey Joris, welcome to the community! This is not out of the box functionality (in the customer notification section), so you would likely want to look at something like JIRA email handler or Automation for JIRA. Please see my notes below on customization.

Seems like a no-brainer, but really consider whether or not Anonymous access will be beneficial to you. There is no way to allow JSD customers to comment without it, but turning this on does come with very specific risks.

Hey Chris, welcome to the community! Two places I use as a resource for Trello text formatting - but I don't see superscript as an option. Take a second look though! https://help.trello.com/article/821-using-markdown-in-trello http://daringfireball.net/projects/markdown/syntax

Hi Jorge, Welcome to the community! Do you have specific Trello boards related to Slack chat channels? It sounds like you may have an existing integration that creates Trello cards based on Slack activity, it would be beneficial if you could share the process that's already in place.

Hey Michael, Welcome to the community forums! I'm not seeing a specific Onenote power up for Trello, but it looks like there is the ability to set up an integration with zapier (third-party integration tool). https://zapier.com/apps/onenote/integrations/trello Current power ups are available for evernote and a few other…

Great job figuring this out and for posting the solution, very helpful!

Hi Marcia, Welcome to the community! Are you trying to insert an editable spreadsheet into a card? I know that excel is a valid attachment, but you an't edit attachments within Trello. It downloads to your local drive. I looked to see if there was a power up available, but didn't have any luck.

Glad you figured it out!

Thanks @Davin Studer!

Thank you dear!

Love it! Wondered where those magical little nuggets came from! The Persona one is particularly awesome.

@Jack Brickey - I love the idea of 'uniting against a common enemy'. That really re-frames the conversation from an us vs. them mentality towards the 'all for one'. I very much agree with empowering the requesting people to fit their projects into the backlog. I think people tend to have a very pinhole view of what they…

I'm late to the party, but @Monique vdB - made me so happy by sharing some swag and mailing me my community award. Hugs all around. <3 <3 <3

@miikhy I agree that having certifications is a big help, and also that some people just will not be persuaded. I think the Agile superpower is in that flexibility if we can 'let go' of the need to always have firm control. At least, if you can keep from spinning out of control.

My poor husband is the target of ALL my pranks. He's an extremely good sport about it. My greatest joy in life is jumping out at him from hidden spots all over the house. I'm going to cause him to have a heart attack someday. Your kiddo is darling, you're right, can't stay mad at that face. @Davin Studer - we have a…

Hi Brittany! I've never played Dutch Blitz before, (so I used google-fu to figure out what it is), and it looks awesome. If you're going to next year's summit in Vegas, we'll have to get a champion game going!
-
@Kimberly Deal _Columbus ACE_ - next summit we also need stickers of @Community Manager' face. Pirate gear, Erica stickers, and disposable cameras... my luggage is already getting heavy!
-
Gorgeous @Kat Warner!! I love seeing the differences between everyone's art.
-
I hadn't remembered the stylesheet until you mentioned it, awesome!
-
@miikhy international man of mystery.
-
hahaha, that's awesome!
-
I definitely got butterfly vibes off of this one! Nicely done! Love the rainbow colors ^_^

RAAAAAAAA-mennnnnnnnnnn

Glad to hear it!

Good morning! I don't see a way to add page numbers prior to export, but I did find information on adding page numbers after the file has been exported. The instructions below are from adobe, but I'm certain that other PDF handlers have similar functionality:…

OMG @Jack Brickey - it DOES totally look like Krang, I'm cracking up right now. @Tinker Fadoua- is just cooler than we are.
