 @Heath Willard no it is not how it works. there are steps before migrating any project assuming you are trying it in a test environment. You have to create custom fields, statuses, screens,… also make sure you have same plugins in both instances. then proceed with migration 

@Terry Beavers I am afraid to say Automation for Jira in Datacenter doesn't have an advanced feature that will handle your request. You are looking for dynamic fields. I wish we have it in DC. Best of luck! Fadoua

@Shelli Kleman Automation for Jira in Datacenter has limited features. In this case only a script can help with your request. If you are using ScriptRunner it will be your best option. Best, Fadoua

@Software licensing how is the integration moving?
