@Tracy Stewart Welcome to Atlassian Community! Yes performance can be frustrating to both users and admins. And yes there are steps to take from your end: * How many issues do you have in your instance? * How many projects? * How many custom fields? (this is critical) You don't need to answer those questions here, that's…

@Andy Heinzer any suggested solution please since other people are reporting the same issue? Best, Fadoua
-
@Klaudia Schön_Deviniti_ Just a suggestion, I think your question will be better under topics to discuss than in this section that is more to assist users facing some problems. Again just my suggestion. Best, Fadoua

hmm unfortunately there isn't a way to reorder or export pages in Confluence Trash. At least Confluence out of the box. Not sure if there is plugin that can help with the task. All the best, Fadoua
-
Wishing you best of luck! I never used that plugin.

How about Jira Connector to help with the integration? https://bugherd.com/integration/bug-reporting-in-jira Best, Fadoua

@Theo Gevers Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Where did you install Compass App? If you have a Cloud Sandbox its URL should be totally different than Production. Little bit elaboration would be very helpful. Best, Fadoua
-
@Kristal Miller Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I had a similar issue in the past. What I found out is that I had an unsaved change on the page which didn't allow to have the page in the Trash until I saved it. Please try to locate the page and see if there is anything refraining it from being moved to the trash. Any…

@Peter McGrath Did you try to reach out to the vendor? Sometimes they have documentation or links to some steps to help with the integration. Otherwise may be try through REST API. Best, Fadoua

@thumuluru.shreya Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I know for sure the expected outcome you are looking for can be achieved using ScriptRunner for Jira. However It was done in Jira Server not sure about Cloud. Please check Adaptavist Library for help by clicking here Best, Fadoua

Good morning @Dries Dewulf My apologies for the late reply. I did request Atlassian assistance as it is hard to see what is the problem since you didn't make any changes to your instance. Best, Fadoua
-
Hi @Preetham K S Welcome to the Atlassian Community! What do you mean a new JQL function? I don't think you can do it. You will have to use the existing function. It is not like creating a script to achieve a certain behavior in Jira. Best, Fadoua
-
Hi @Dries Dewulf Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Did you introduce any change in your instance that could have triggered this behavior? or did it stop by itself without making any changes to your instance? Best, Fadoua
-
@justine david Please click here then let me know if you have any questions. Welcome to the exciting Atlassian World! Best Fadoua
-
@Heiko May be you will need to re-create the fields. Make them visible then run the custom fields optimizer to make sure which screens are using the 2 fields, run queries against the DB before you decide to delete them from the UI Best, Fadoua
-
@Christine Lamonde Check the mapping on your board, by clicking Board Configuration then Columns If you have any questions please let me know. Best, Fadoua
-
Did you try @Heiko to run some JQLs to make sure that the fields are gone?I do see that you have 153 in your Jira Instance but you see 155 in the DB
-
@deepashree.r please try it then let us know how it goes.
-
@Heiko Did you run an indexing after deleting the fields? Best, Fadoua
-
@Bonny Antony Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Confluence out of the box doesn't have a button for Jira Filters. May be you will need to use a plugin to achieve the outcome you are looking for or a script. Let me know if you have a question. Best, Fadoua
-
@deepashree.r Did you try to bounce or restart the Jira instance? Best, Fadoua
-
@Bailey Daguio Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Did you check with your Jira Admin? May be some changes where only users belonging to a certain group can create new projects. Please check what change was made that could have triggered this behavior. Bes, Fadoua
