@Hyunchang Jung Welcome to Atlassian Community! My very first question do you use Jira or not? Based on your answer I will be able to guide you. Best, Fadoua

@Bibek_ikuTeam_ Welcome to the Atlassian Community! On the left frame of your project you should be able to see if it is linked to a Confluence space. Let me know if you have any more questions. Best, Fadoua

Thank you guys for sharing your feedback, I really appreciate it!

@[deleted] Welcome to the Atlassian Community! * Are you sure no script is being used? To hide the left frame to certain users can only be done using a script. * Are you seeing this problem on different browsers? * Did you try it from different computers? * Were the users able to see the left frame before? Any more…

Hi @Lori Milam Unfortunately with ScriptRunner you can get the desired outcome with behaviors. I am not sure it can be done with JMWE. All the best, Fadoua

If you tried these many troubleshooting steps, it really means the blocker is from your end @Roger Söderman because honestly the Atlassian Companion is the easiest to install. Let me know please if you are able to install it once you check with your network team. Best, Fadoua

@Christopher Lambdin any luck?

@Tam _DevSamurai_ thank you for the kudos!

@Berat Altunhan See if the following article will help Best of luck, Fadoua

Hi @Berat Altunhan Your issue is definitely not happening because you didn’t install the latest version. let me find a link that may be useful in this situation. best fadoua

Please let me know how it goes @Christopher Lambdin

@Christopher Lambdin did my screenshot help?

@Berat Altunhan The very first step should be Jira Datacenter has to have the latest version because Cloud has always higher version than DC. Also there are steps involved to migrate from Cloud to DC. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/migrating-from-jira-cloud-to-data-center-applications-938846963.html let…

@Christopher Lambdin Can you click on issues then uncheck the type? Once you click on issues you should see a screen similar to the one I sent you earlier.
-
@Jamie Andreson Can you please describe the steps you are following to migrate your project? BEst, Fadoua
-
@Christopher Lambdin When you click on List or the ellipsis by list, what do you see? Also how do you get to this screen? This doesn't seem like a familiar Jira view
-
Hi @Christopher Lambdin Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Go to the right side of your screen then click on the icon I highlighted. Once the list displays on your screen, uncheck the issue type box Let me know if you have any questions. Best, Fadoua

Nothing bad about the App, my only remark is the Music is little bit loud I ended up focusing more on it than the presenter(Personal feedback).
-
What an original way to present the App's features. I love the video! 👏🏼
-
Nice video!
-
Cannot wait to watch Partners demos to learn more about some Apps and their features.
-
Always keeping us busy with fun challenges, while learning about some topics I personally barely check for my users. Let's go 🍂
-
Ouch honestly I don't recall our Marketing team reaching out to request an App in Jira that will meet their needs. Most of our Apps are for DevOps. This will be a great topic to learn about Apps that I never check on the Marketplace. Best, Fadoua

@Jamie Andreson Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Is your original project in a cloud instance or DataCenter instance? Honestly I never ran into this issue, however, let's troubleshoot and see what could be the problem. Best, Fadoua
-
@Revathi R K If you are experiencing the problem on one browser but not the other it means that the issue is not at the Jira level. Out of curiosity can you try edge or Safari? Please let me know so we can troubleshoot further. Best, Fadoua

@Heather Barnes Good morning and welcome to the Atlassian Community! You can create blank projects with the configuration you want, call them like Project "name of your choice" template and whenever you create a new project choose the template you like. Don't let users create any issues on the template projects so you can…

@Ryan Thank you for sharing! We are on 9.12.10 which makes sense.

Hi @Mitsu Chatrola Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Please follow the guide below: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/confluence-installation-and-upgrade-guide-214864161.html Regarding the Database upgrade you will have to go to the vendor's website not Atlassian. Best Fadoua

@Matt Jones I am afraid @Matt Jones the short answer is no. In order to grant access to a user to Confluence they will have to consume a license. Best, Fadoua
