Thanks for sharing your morning routine @Kaj Sennelöv My morning routine is: * Workout and check in with my fitness Whatsapp group * Shower & wear some comfy work clothes * Check EMs & Slack messages * Create my game plan for the day 

When I was a kid I used to cool down by playing in the sprinklers and going to the pool. I have a very high tolerance for heat but when it gets unbearable I tend to take multiple showers during the day.
