@Josh Yes, it's tongue-in-cheek, and I do admint it may sound as foot-in-mouth :D My admin days go back to Server, I always had a hotline to Legal or Compliance, sat down compliance folks to prepare reports for auditors etc. In the Free Confluence piece, the message is to experiment, practice, and learn outside of…

I tested 3 Premium sites with Rovo beta features enabled, I'm an org admin on two. No sign of Remix.

Hi @Kathryn Hearsum and welcome to the Community This might help: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/build-an-rss-feed/

Hi @Caleb Webb Does the problem still persist? Might sound trivial but I've seen this message so many times... and with one exception, everything went smoothly a couple of days later. There were two separate incidents affecting marketplace apps between April 8 and April 13 and they may have an impact. This is a useful…

Прибет @Кирилл Подрез What specific problem you're trying to solve with the legacy editor? There might be a workaround or an alternative. Also, as you're on the Free license, you're in the 1-10 user tier. And there's a ton of free marketplace apps that might cover the use case you're after.

@Arkadiusz Wroblewski I agree, Cloud apps (and marketplace apps for cloud) are a continuous delivery at this point. As updates are mostly pushed, the version number only come to play when splitting hair during troubleshooting.

@Arkadiusz Wroblewski Congratulations and good luck!

LIkewise @Arkadiusz Wroblewski - at this tempo, you'll be a Champ soon!

@Tomislav Tobijas is in a different Kudos gallaxy :) Čestitam, Tomislave!

Hi and welcome to the Community. To allow anonymous users access your Confluence content, you have to allow anonymous access for the specific space. That will be in Space Settings > Space Access > Anonymous Access. If you set that to View, anyone on the internet will be able to access your content - in its original…

@Merih Demiral When it comes to creating and managing multilingual content in Confluence, you can sort it with our Scroll Content Manager Disclaimer: I work for the app maker (K15t) but I actually deployed and used this localization solution as a customer prior to joining. You still work with a single 'source language'…
-
Hi @Merih Demiral What exactly is your use case for using localization? Is it documentation (based in Confluence) or JSM/CSM? How do you create your localized content?

Hello @Alex You can try to reach out to Atlassian Support with a no-login option. If you can’t access your account to open a ticket, use this no‑login path: Visit our support page: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact Select “Pricing, billing and licensing.” Continue without logging in. Enter your email. In “How can…

Hello @Samuele Pia This is a public community forum but I'll try to help. If you can use your Account to log into Atlassian support, use that path. If not, you can use the no-login path. As this is a common issue, Atlassian has prepared a guide - you can find all the details there:…

Hi @ne Atlassian does send a series of emails warning about the inactivity on the specific site but I can imagine them being flagged as spam... You can try the following means of contact Login troubles? (No‑login path) If you can’t access your account to open a ticket, use this no‑login path: Visit our support…

Hi @Jyotsana Kandani Most likely, you're dealing with managed accounts situation in which users are provisioned into an Atlassian app (Confluence) via SSO (which requires Atlassian Guard). SSO = identity provider. In real terms it means that the user must be first removed as a Confluence user in the SSO tool. Say you're…

Hi @Pierre PRIMOT and welcome to the Community. I'm with K15t, maker of Scroll PDF Exporter. Can you share a screenshot of what you're trying to print? If it's a third party macro, then yes, it can be an issue, as achieving interoperability among apps/macros of various app vendors is difficult. Having said that, the Scroll…

Hi @Lorimer_ Simon _Economic Crime Prevention Platform_ One way to get around the size restriction for attachments is to load images as links. More on this here: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-articles/Adding-images-from-links-now-supported-in-Confluence/ba-p/2839933 Or here if you're interested in image…

My aunt was an accountant and one weekend she had to work from home. So she brought a calculator that could print, but I wasn't interested in that. It was an old school calculator (you had to plug in into a socket) with those glowing, neon-like, red digits that had an illusion of 3D. Of course, I wouldn't describe it like…

@Riley Seward To contact the billing support directly: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/ If you can’t access your account to open a ticket, use this no‑login path: Visit our support page: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact Select “Pricing, billing and licensing.” Continue without…

Hi @Melissa Hsu Does it happen on all pages or just a single one? Could you provide a screenshot of the environment after you insert the bullet points? With any sensitive bits obsured, of course. The behavior is typical for on-premise solutions - Confluence Server and Data Center if the underlying HTML is messed up. This…

Hi @Cassandra_Fitzgerald You can link the two accounts and set up the private one as Primary. I do recommend doing that and continue using your private account for your activities here. I'm speaking from experience :) I have my kudos and badges in my profile... but I keep collecting those low-hanging badges as those are…

Hi @Jack Chiles and welcome to the Community. I can imagine two scenarios for separating elements. * lorem/ipsum In this case, no pop-up appears as the / immediately follows a character. * lorem / ipsum In this case, the pop up disappears instantly after you 'type' a space after / . Given the fact that / is used to insert…

@Josh - Yes, the title is a bit click-baity but I'm not advocating for shadow IT. As an org / site admin, I'm well aware of the risks (I'm still baffled by the accidentl org creation by common users).

@Bill Sheboy - thanks for the reminder! Rectified.

Personal note. After my tenure with Confluence Server ended, I set up a private Free Confluence cloud to learn, to test apps, taking advantage of 'free-for-10' tiers. That's how my road to becoming an Atlassian Champion started. Now I have my own Premium site :)
