Hi @Edward_de_Leau and welcome to the Community. In the cell, click the arrow, and select background color.

Hi @Peter Miller * I copied a link to an H2 (in the edit mode). * Pasted the link onto another page. * Then I used the link options menu * And it rendered properly (showing embed, but it work with inline and card options too) If you click Link preferences (see step 3), you'll be able to set the default behavior for your…

@Larocque_ Marie-Josée You can create a single column section with Layouts but I guess you're missing a visible boundary... For some reason, layouts don't appear to be able to show borders... There's a page Divider macro which you could use above the Layout section. Or, as as a workaround, you can use a note macro and…

@Marie Wizemann If you use a database populated with simple text fields instead of a table, you can embed a specific value from a specific field on any page. It won't look the best, but it's possible. Maybe it works for your use case. I'm reusing value 13 from a specific database.

@David Nič That explains it :) Glad you found the solution. And as @Staffan Redelius says, check the permissions and owners.

Hi @David Nič Try adjusting the maximum size of attachments... https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/configure-attachment-size/ The default is 100MB so I wonder if that might impact HTML imports too. Other than that you may need to split the space into smaller chunks or cut down on big attachments.
-
HI @Michelle Gronwold There might be an app for that - check, for example, Better Content Archiving by Midori.
-
Hi @himanshu_tehri Check the page's version history to see if anyone else might edit the page.
-
Hi @Trixie Macario Generally speaking, both Loom and your browser need a permission to use the camera and the microphone. Windows and Mac have that in system settings under privacy/security. That'd be the first thing I'd check.

Hi @andrew_taylor Content Manager suggested by @Marc -Devoteam- is one option. Content Manager is actually available on Standard too but is a bit deluted. You can also create a Confluence database based on page links and page properties (it will show last updated by, date, etc.). Lat but not leaset, there's Pages Manager…

I wonder if reindexing the site might help. @Tomohiro Iida There's a manual workaround to do it and it does help with database loading and search performance. Long story short, importing a space triggers site reindex. You can also reach out to Atlassian support and asked them to reindez.

Hi @Brian Olesen and welcome to the Community. I used Comala Document Approval, which is the rudimentary version of the full fledged Comala workflow apps. Upon approval, the content was synced from one space to another using Comala Publishing. I had one extra large document (here's it's public version, published via Scroll…

Hi @Alison Quirion and welcome to the Community. First, thanks for reminding me of the Cards macro :) Second, I tried to replicate the results but couldn't. I placed cards inside an Excerpt, then used Insert Excerpt on another page and it displayed correctly after I published the page. Does it work in other browsers (or in…

Hi @Jun Maruta You are correct, Confluence Free does not support pemissions management and you cannot make a space open to anonymous access (public). There is an app that can do that (Scroll Sites) even on Confluence Free from a private space. If you want, you can also protect the site with a password - that will make your…

@Premdeep Banga I wonder if asking Rovo to give you the list and the count of labels would work...

Good point @Tomislav Tobijas althought the tag says Cloud...
-
Hi @Anamaria Podar Can you, pls describe what exactly happened? There can be a lot of reasons why a page migh 'disappear'. * Confluence technical glitch * it was deleted/archived * It became orphaned / moved above the root page * you no longer have permissions to access it * etc. Each would have a different solution.

Hi @brendan.long I'd use Find and Replace app by Easy Apps to find and modify URLs in one go. I left a commend with a screenshot in this thread. More imporantly... If I may ask, what method to you use to move content from the drafting to the client facing space? Manual copy paste or a space sync app?

Hi @Lillian (C) Bell and welcome to the Community. I'm from K15t, maker of Scroll PDF Exports. I'll share your post internally :)
-
Hi @Mr Blogger Check the page's attachment page to find out whether the attachments are actually doubled or if it's just a visual bug. Expanding on @Brant Schroeder's answer, If the images are actually duplicated attachments, check if the same thing is happening if you use Confluence in your browser's incognito (private)…

Hi @Anna KIM and welcome to the Community. It seems that you are on the Free tier of Loom given the fact that you're being redirected to the Atlassian Community for support. However, it seems that your issue is with your Atlassian account not with the product and that it's not your fault. I'm going to raise the issue with…

Hi @Premdeep Banga and welcome to the Community. * Go to the Space settings. * Select Content manager. * Filter the content by label. It will show the count. Hope this workaround helps.

Hi @Kama Kosznik I agree with @Trudy P Claspill - Confluence is for collaboration and exporting pages from Confluence, reviewing them outside, then taking action in Confluence seems like an extra complication. Use Content Manager - in Premium Confluence, you can not only review all sorts of details about the pages and…

Yes! It helps me to concentrate. I'm working on a series of articles and remembered how tech writers created printscreens and charts 50 years ago. Amazingly, this is STILL an active, up to date, piece of tech doc for MICS. That 'screenshot' hasn't changed in 40 years. Which is why I'm reluctant to 'review pages that were…

I'm not sharing a photo, not today :D My XXL gaming pad depicts scenes from the Voynich manuscript which is 'intellectually soothing' for some reason. And I do enjoy the soft sound of my Tannoy 502 studio monitor speakers. Although they played white noise most of the day today....

Hi @Darren Cornelius From experience, I haven't noticed anything happend. My private site is not big and not critical. But still, I think it happened overnight because I never experience any glitches (except one which was specific to a single app and has now been rectified). Same on on my previous job. Again, it happened…
-
Hi @Arvid Terzibaschian Sorry to hear what happened. I've raised the issue with Atlassian Support. Me and fellow Atlassian Champions noticed that things like that are happening and we're doing our bit to investigate.
-
Oh yeah, extensions (such as content blockers) can be an issue even with simple Confluence/apps features.

Hi @Alexander Buttler Try following up on this: !pageTitle^image.gif! !Test page^IKEA Guy.png! It worked for me. I also tried using !http://www.host.com/image.gif! markup in the footer (I pointed it to a random PNG file from a website I know) and it worked. I just replaced the bit between !! with the image url.

Hi @hiroaki.sobue You can simply copy paste content from Excel onto a Confluence page and it would create a table. Which is not exactly convenient. A workaround: * Copy the content from Excel to Word. * Use 'convert table to text' to create a genuine document. * If necessary, apply formatting changes (headings, lines,…
