@Marc -Devoteam- You're welcome :)

Hi @Michael Green I'm thinking ... what's the use case of having this on an individual page... as you need to physically load that page in the browser to see the information? As has been suggested, Content Manager (Confluence native feature), is a better solution than having the last updated field on every page. And that's…

@Darryl Lee ... I have a similar relationship with Folders. Like pages but useless. You click and nothing happens. No context, no info, no intro. Also, I just realized that L still works :D I completely lost my hope on shortcuts in Confluence (except to some in Editor) and E. I'm only reminded of their existence when I…

Hi @François POURRIER I wonder if Find and Replace by Easy Apps might help. You can replace parts in URLs... (there's also Redirects from the same vendor) Usefulness of these apps would depend on the nature of your links but perhaps there's something you can work with.
-
@Barbara Szczesniak - we're investigating the options. I think this goes for all marketplace partners. As a writer, I'd very much welcome integration with Scroll apps.

Hi @Manuel Kroiß The idea is the same, execution a bit different. For starters, blocs are easy to track both ways (source <> target). They are easier to use, you simply copy past a bloc from the source to the target page. With excerpts, you need to track incoming/outgoing links. Blocs also work in Jira (Jira - Confluence).…

Hi @Arjun B You've reached a volunteer based Atlassian community, a public forum. We cannot access your Confluence site. To remove restrictions from a page, you have to contact your company's Confluence Administrator and/or the Page's owner.
-
Hi @Lee_ Vitnaree I tried to access the page with my Atlassian account and stumbled upon restricted content. That means that I do not have permissions to view the page. Anonymous access is not enabled. This space on the other hand, allows anonymous users to access it. So, if the goal is to allow your coleagues to access…

@Marlene_ACML I would contact Atlassian Billing Support, they should be able to help (speaking from experience :) ) https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/

Hi @Bidness Free product tiers are offered without Atlassian support. Having said that... If it's an account issue, I guess that's a different matter. Try the following: Login troubles? (No‑login path) If you can’t access your account to open a ticket, use this no‑login path: Visit our support…

Hi @Maxim Naumov In my previous company, we implemented in-app AI assistant that was connected Confluence via API - https://docs.emplifi.io/platform/latest/home/librarian It served content from the same space our public documentation was built, so it was always up to date.
-
OK, @Dave Marshall , I'll request help from Atlassian.
-
Hi @Dave Marshall Free Confluence is limited to 2GB so a large video attachment or similar can push you over the limit. Pages as such are rarely the issue. I would check if you have any big attachement and remove it.

Hi @Anantharaj Rajegowda On the page where you want to place a Database, use the Embed Database macro. You will be able to search for (use name of) the Database that you want to display on the page.

Hi @Peter Alouche I ran a little experiment with a Latex macro in Mosaic... Here's the list of supported macros and explanation of why some macros cannot be supported by Scroll Sites (data, privacy). https://help.k15t.com/scroll-sites/supported-third-party-macros-help-center-theme However, some of the Mosaic features are…

@Daniele Savietto Just a reminder that this is a public forum and everyone on the internet can see your posts. So don't share your personal data such as email.

Me: I want to build a word count Confluence app Rovo: [Does stuff] Me: The app says NO data available despite the fact there’s a chunk of text on the page Rovo: The app was looking for the page ID in the wrong place in the context object. It now correctly reads it from context.extension.content.id, which is where…

Hi @Peter_DevSamurai Thanks! There's more to it - it's also a useful alternative to smartlinks https://www.k15t.com/rock-the-docs/news/2026/03/114-reach-beyond-confluence#If-You-Cannot-Use-Smart-Links

@Guy Zilberman I'm just adding here that you need to do something in your Confluence. Log in, create a page, move stuff around. If you set an a calendar alert to do that once in a week, you'll be fine.

Has anyone ever had bandanas as swag?

Also, try playing around with 'Compact density' option, this was designed for legacy content transition. More about that here.
