Hi @Simon Schart There's "more shapes" menu that offers additional shapes, some are mirror images. Maybe this would help.

@Rob Hean I'm sorry! :) I'm in the Alps and the internet connection is patchy... I edited my response :)
-
@Rob Hean The secret to creating a cross site/org company hub's alternative is to take Confluence content out of Confluence and control access outside of Confluence/Org seats. I built a similar solution using Scroll Sites for Confluence by K15t taking advantage of the fact that you can build a Scroll site access to which…
-
@Arkadiusz Wroblewski THAT! And I may have overdone it with feature requests 🤣
-
@Arkadiusz Wroblewski As a former customer of both companies, I can confirm :)
-
Hi @Marcos Lavalle Understood. You can make Confluence spaces open to anonymous access via permissions... but you need at least Confluence Standard.
-
Hello @Arkadiusz Wroblewski Wow, thanks for the kind words, I'll share it with the team! Glad we could help!
-
Hi @Marcos Lavalle A workaround: You can make your documentation publicly available with Free Confluence using Scroll Sites for Confluence. The app takes your Confluence content and builds a static website that's completely independent of Confluence. Your site can look like this. You can also protect the site with a…

Hi @Adrian Franco I used Comala Document Approval with Comala Publishing for the very same purpose, and experimented with other apps, more here. I'm not sure if that's possible (and there are other limitations as well). Space sync apps (including Copy Page Tree by Appfire, maker of Comala apps) also copy and establish…

@David Stokes and @Tomislav Tobijas wow, I feel no pressure whatsoever :)

Hello, SInce you're trying to remove an app by moving it to thrash, I assume you're on a mac. (But it probably behaves similarly on windows. In the task bar, if you see the Loom icon, right-click, then click Quit. You should be able to remove it now. To prevent the app from starting on login (when you start your computer):…

@shaily.mehta If you're not an admin and act as a 'business owner', I would definitely open an internal discussion with your stakeholders (sorry for sounding like a corporate bot :) ) I would just sit down first and do the math - license cost, app costs, non-monetary benefits and savings (ideally if you could a figure on…

Hi @Chris Collins If it's SaaS, I would try the the iframe macro, that usually works with everything but you may run into limitations with authentication. From experience, if Confluence and the target system work under the same SAML SSO, it tends to work. Also, there might be an app for that in the Atlassian marketplace.
-
@gordon_rutherford_qvc_com Understood.
-
Hi @gordon_rutherford_qvc_com and welcome to the Community. For the record, I'm not answering the Refined part of the question, a) never used the DC version, b) I work for a competitor :) What I am going to address is the editing experience between on prem and cloud Confluence. In my previous gig, I built a company…

@Maureen Esposito I equested Atlassian Support to look into this.

Vividly. And lividly. I had a job at an unnamed international corporation that used to make business machines, and had to track work and absences in 3 separate systems. I forgot to log a 1/2 day time-off in one of those, so had to write an email to my manager explaining why I did not do so, and attach the manager's…
-
Hello @Adrian Franco Generally speaking from experience... when you're copying a page from one space to another - you usually also copy metadata from marketplace apps. For things to work correctly, the marketplace app needs to be set up identically in both spaces (including permissions) Based on the app's description (if I…
-
@Trudy P Claspill I tried replacing all references to the space key in an XML file... still did not work. I presume it can be done programmatically by someone who knows exactly what to replace, but a mear find/replace did not work me.
-
Hello @Matthiew Marks What exactly is the use case of re-importing a backup (other than restoring a backup but then the question would why the original space still exists....). Is it to clone the original space? If so, there are other methods how to achieve that. In your current situation, you may consider using another…

Hi @shaily.mehta As @Prasanna Ravichandran , you can create a new site under the same organization but not under the same license. That new Confluence site will have it's own license, address, and it's own pool of users. Of course, one user can have a seat on both. On the other hand, a user on the 10K site will not be able…

Hi @Maureen Esposito Contact Atlassian Support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ - log in with the account you have access to. After you fill in the details and pass thru AI answers, you should see the option to create a ticket. On the bottom, there will be a link to start a live chat. Alternatively, contact the…

Hi @Michelle O_Reilly Guests can only access one space at a time, so I'd check if that's they have access in the given space (and necessary permissions).
-
Hi @Mikko Riissanen Check your maximum attachment size - as per Atlassian docs, the size of the imported zip file (html) cannot exceed your max attachment size. Here's Atlassian documentation: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/import-data-from-html-to-confluence/…
-
Hi @Chris Collins You can use Content manager for this (Confluence feature). Displays all pages in the space, including statuses. You can filter what's displayed by status.
-
Hi @Chris Collins There are three ways how to approach this. * Use a search and replace app form the Atlassian marketplace. The risk is that if you're looking for a more generic word, it will replace things that you don't want to replace, so manual approach will be needed. * a Variable app. This allows you to define a…

Hi @Tobbe Wilson Confluence Standard for 10 people would $680 if paid annually or about $80 a month if paid monthly. The basic price is $6.70 per user per month. The question is, how many people need to actual author/edit documents, and how many people only need to read access. The idea is to give paid seats only to actual…

Hi @Nirmala Satish Kumar Review the pricing page https://www.loom.com/pricing Loom is an SaaS product, you can simply get it online unless you require the Enterprise tier. Another option is to talk to you Atlassian Billing / Solution partner if you have one to ensure all licenses are covered by the same contract.

Hi @Lisa Zanini As an admin, you can log in as another user, then try this https://YOURSITENAMEHERE.atlassian.net/wiki/home/drafts

Thank you for bringing this up @Barbara Szczesniak. I can relate! Using just one introductory screenshot makes perfect sense for some types of products and product/user type combinations. It allows users to make connection and find their way around. The rest of the UI is either intuitive or it conforms to general 'look and…
