@Hanna Pososhenko , @FEDERICO SPAGOCCI , and everyone else: You should all be able to re-test now.
-
Hi @Conrad Wade , On Tuesday the 17th I expect to have a definitive update for everybody about when they can retest. The delay has to do with your profile on the testing platform and is independent of Atlassian University courses or platforms. In the spirit of transparency, I want to let everybody know why the retest is…
-
@FEDERICO SPAGOCCI , yes, both tests can't be repeated yet. I know you've waited a long time and it's frustrating to have to wait again; we sincerely apologize for the delay. We estimate 1.5 weeks from now -- so before the end of November. If it is sooner, I will update you on this page. The discount on ACP-120 is valid…

Beta testers -- for anyone planning a retake, we have a small inconvenience to deal with right now. You won't be able to re-test right away. PSI is manually re-setting all your accounts to allow you to re-test - this is due to a peculiarity of beta tests' configuration, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We'll update…
-
Hello @Raziman Dom - Ricksoft , no, it's not just you. We have asked PSI to manually re-set beta testers' accounts so that the re-test button will appear. They need to do this for several hundred people. We are waiting to hear back about the completion date for this work. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
-
Beta Testers -- good news -- your beta score reports have been restored in the Certification Portal. Thank you for your patience!
-
Beta testers: We've experienced a platform configuration issue with your Beta exam score reports, which caused them to stop displaying in the Certification Portal only a couple of days after we deployed them. While most of you were able to see and download your reports before the problem occurred, we realize that some of…
-
Hi @Daniel Ebers , the e-certificates should be available today, and also we’ll be restoring the online Score report PDFs that went missing over the weekend.
-
Hello @[deleted] , @Taranjeet Singh , @Patricia Francezi_iDev_ , you are correct, there is discrepant information on the web and we are not going to be able to correct it immediately. This means there are *incorrect* Atlassian Certified Master requirements here: https://www.atlassian.com/university/faq/certification That…
-
@Robert Horan , the requirements are the same. the topics are not changed. The exams will be 180 minutes long. There will be around 70 questions. The required passing score for ACP-120 will be 65% and for ACP-620 it will be 63%.
-
@John Funk , @hellok , we have contacted the Certification Portal vendor to find out why the score reports stopped displaying.
-
@Kamil Beer , at this time we just don't know what the credential plan will look like for Confluence going forward. You should plan for seeing that Certification retired in 2024, but anyone already Certified in Confluence would have an accelerated path for any new Confluence credentials that we build.
-
Hi @Rodney Nissen _Work Wranglers_ _TJL_ , I’ll encourage you to take the exam! You’ll earn a Confluence credential that will be recognized for Data Center until 2 February 2024, as well as getting your ACM designation. The ACM path we have in place now will not change any time soon. We’ll just be adding a new path beside…

We understand…

When Atlassian stops selling new Server licenses, most Server Certifications will be converted to Data Center Certifications. In other words, depending on which Certifications you hold, some or all of your credentials will simply become Data Center credentials with no action needed from you!
-
Don't forget that Atlassian will continue to recognize ALL your Certifications for more than three years -- until February 2024. Meanwhile, we still have 2 on-prem focused Certifications that are NOT retiring -- the ones our customers and partners have told us are the most valuable for their careers and their work with…
-
Hello @Alka Sahay , our team mis-advised you about posting in Community -- I'm sorry about that and we will look into it. Typically, when a customer has the type of problem you've had, our team escalates directly to PSI, and we follow up directly with them until we've been able to arrive at a satisfactory solution for you.…

We'll be happy to help you. Submit a ticket to the Certification Team here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/. Choose Training and Certification. Submit proof of both names (old and new) on the ticket.
-
@Seth Copeland , Atlassian offers two Certification packages that might interest you: Project Administration in Jira Server, and Managing Jira Cloud Projects. Each package is a full training course and an exam voucher, bundled for USD $100.…
-
@Drew Cottrell , we've responded on the other thread you posted on with a link to our Support team; we see that you were already able to get a refund from your bank. We are so sorry your exam appointment could not start successfully. Atlassian Certification Team

If you have not done so already, please go here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and select Training and Certification, and submit your problem to our team. We appreciate everyone's patience with the move to…

Great questions about how to use Atlassian University courses on your path to becoming an Atlassian Certified Jira Admin! The Certification Prep course for ACP-120 is not designed to teach you new skills -- it's essentially a preparation tool for experienced Jira Admins, and the goal is to review the exam topics in depth…
-
@Patricia Francezi_iDev_ , yes, agreed. It's a long time to wait. We'll be doing everything we can behind the scenes to try to accelerate that schedule.
-
After the beta exams end, Atlassian needs 6-8 weeks to go through the data, select the best questions, and re-score everyone on only those. For exam ACP-120 participants who do not pass, your first attempt was USD $50 and exam retakes will be the normal price: USD $250. For exam ACP-620 participants who do not pass, your…
-
Hello @Azeliac Acid , yes, there is rounding in the system, so someone with exactly your score on this particular exam will pass. We'll take a look at adjusting the info on our website for this exam.
-
All, Exam ACP-120 Jira Cloud Administration is simply the Cloud version of ACP-100 Jira Server Administration exam. ACP-620 is NOT a direct Cloud corollary to ACP-600, however. It is more akin to a blend of ACP-600 (for project admins) and ACP-300 (for scrum masters, project leads, etc.) ACP-600 covered the extended…
-
@Gregory Kneller , yes, check out the path to Atlassian Certified Master here: https://www.atlassian.com/university/faq/certification
-
@Akshay J , the passing score for a beta test is not determined until after the beta period ends. In the weeks immediately following the beta, Atlassian will select the best questions, and score your results based only on those. The passing score is determined and applied at that time.
-
@FEDERICO SPAGOCCI , You can take each beta test one time. The free retake (after the beta test) only applies to ACP-620 Managing Jira Cloud Projects.
-
Hi @Alexander Bondarev , AC-JPA Certification (ACP-600) does not count toward ACM because it's a subset of ACP-100. The 2 new Cloud credentials both count toward ACM. ACP-120 --> Leads to ACP-JCA Atlassian Certified Jira Cloud Administrator ACP-620 --> Leads to ACP-JCP Atlassian Certified in Managing Jira Cloud Projects If…
