After the change, wait until "4…

Hi @Simon_s Private Account , your 24 hours starts as soon as you launch the lab environment. So yes, if you wanted to, you could do the course and the labs in 24 hours right away, then continue to revisit the course during your 60 day window to prepare for the exam. Or you could delay starting the lab.

Hi @Simon_s Private Account , this course is available for 60 days after purchase. It's just the lab environment that is restricted to 24 hours.

Hi @Rob Horan , yes, I agree with you, that would be ideal. There are some alternatives -- we have a Free license tier for Cloud products, and you could get a Server evaluation license and set up your own sandbox.

Hello @cestlive86 , please submit a service desk ticket to https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/9/create/259 to get help with this. The most important thing is to get the exams cancelled, so you don't incur fees. I suggest you log back in and ensure the exams are cancelled, and then we can help you…

Hi @Grigory Salnikov , if you take the Skillbuilder course under one of the emails in your Certification Portal account, there should be no issues. -Atlassian Certification Team

Hello @Marilo Meta , there are no certification discount promotions at this time, but we encourage you to subscribe to our mailing list as there will be discounts for Jira Cloud certification exams coming up in the July-September time frame. * go.atlassian.com/uni-subscribe There is a great training promotion right now,…

Hi Robert, I'm so glad you liked the training course for Project Administration. That course is intended to teach all the concepts and skills needed to succeed in the exam. The cert prep courses have a different purpose -- they are not intended to be instruction, but rather a survey of the exam topics with guidance about…

Thanks @Kat Warner , someone on the University team will take a look at this for @Matt_Grace .

Due to COVID-19, Atlassian Certification candidates can request exceptions to take ACP exams (ACP-100 through ACP-500) from their home or office with online remote proctoring. Note that ACP-600 already has the option to take the exam online so you don't need to submit a request. (If you would like to change an existing…

Thank you for your questions. Certifications for Jira Cloud are coming soon -- they will be released within a few months. In our next planning cycle, we'll be looking at how to best address Data Center.

Matthew, thank you for your question, we will revise the Exam Topics documents to make the version information more clear. Atlassian’s philosophy is to make the exams as version-agnostic as possible, and focus on the knowledge and skills that are common across the Enterprise Releases. This means that for ACP-100 Jira…

@Ed Gaile _Atlanta_ GA_ , yes, we'd love to do that! Also, we have a great Atlassian University Live webinar upcoming later this month. “Certification: You can do it! Here’s how.” Join Joanna Thurmann, Principal Certification Developer, for our next Atlassian University Live Webinar on April 21, entitled “Certification:…

Hi @Tinker Fadoua , the 5 Atlassian Certified Professional-level credentials that count toward Atlassian Certified Master are higher-level credentials designed for those with 1-3 years of experience. AC-JPA (Project Administration in Jira Server Certification) is an introductory-level Certification designed to be…

Hi @Ed Gaile _Atlanta_ GA_ , we'll be looking at that possibility during the last half of 2020.

Hello @Kay M , To schedule ACP-100 through 500 online, you will need to submit a request here: https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/9/create/259. Once our team notifies you of your eligibility to take the exam online, you can register and select a date and time. You will typically be able to…

Also, all Certifications, Pro Skills Badges and Skills Badges are valid for 24 months now, not 18! Anyone can earn Skills Badges and Pro Skills Badges --- you don't need to be Certified first. More information at https://www.atlassian.com/university/certification

@Kat Warner , that is exactly correct. As long as the 3rd party Scrum or Agile certification is current, it can be used to extend your ACP-300.

Exam ACP-600 can be paid for only with a voucher. The exam and the preparation course come as a bundle. Visit this page for the details: https://www.atlassian.com/university/certification/certifications/exam-acp-600

Hi @Ross Meyer, the Certification Portal helps you track and manage the credentials you have already earned. It shows the digital badges that you can share online for the Atlassian Certifications and Atlassian Skills Badges you hold. The Atlassian Certification website is where to find information about credentials that…

Hi Ross, Visit https://www.atlassian.com/university/certification and scroll to the table to see your options. There are 4 badge choices right now. 2 more are coming in early December. Best Regards, Atlassian Certification Team

@Kat Warner is correct about trying to take Cert Prep and the exam at Summit. This is strongly discouraged. The Cert Prep course should be part of the early months of your preparation -- its main purpose is to help you design an effective study strategy that addresses your knowledge gaps. That said, this year's ACP-100…

To correct/clarify on this, you must register AND complete exam before the voucher expiration date. Check here for all the important details: https://www.atlassian.com/university/certification/certifications/exam-acp-600

Hi Charles, you are correct, the explanation should be: E. Correct. The user must be in the managers group in order to be able to select the Sensitive level. We'll update this. Thank you for calling it to our attention!

We'll take a look this week!
