Hi Vinh. Thanks for contacting us. Atlassian released a new Confluence Cloud version yesterday. Probably the settings changed slightly, causing our editor to behave this way. We are working on a fix already, you can follow the status on Github, see https://github.com/jgraph/drawio/issues/3665 Take care, Bastian from the…

Hi Sabrina. Our engineers have to look into this, please turn to support@draw.io and (this will will speed up the time to find a solution significantly) also provide your Confluence and draw.io version, as well as your browser name and version. Thanks ;) Bastian

Hi Olga. If you are interested in building up a customized process library, you should definitely go with an app, as the out-of-the-box options in Confluence are limited. There are a few solutions out there. I am speaking for draw.io, which offers you the opportunity to fully customize your interface, as well as shape…

Hi Francisco. It's unfortunately not possible to update the diagrams via API, you have to adapt th existing Mermaid code or insert a new Mermaid diagram.
-
Hi Vera. I agree, a screenshot will probably help most of the times. Depending on the complexity of the automation and how detailed and sustainable you like to document and evolve the automation, you can also use a diagramming tool in Confluence. Please check, if you may already have a solution in place. I am with the…

Hi @R_ P_ The only option you have is limiting the page or space permissions, as most apps stick to these permissions (draw.io is one of them). But this is more a workaround, the main task is to get this thing working inside of Comala Document Management from my point of view.

Hey there. Real-time collaboration can only be provided in draw.io for Confluence Cloud. As you wrote, that you are running Confluence self-hosted, I guess you are on Confluence Server or Data Center. I can offer you a workaround, in case you only need real-time collaboration every now and then. For theses cases, just have…

Hey guys. Unfortunatel, the feature you are requesting can't be realized due to limitations that the Confluence macro brings along for app vendors. But I can suggest a workaround: As all diagram content is 100% indexed in Confluence, you can search for diagrams that contain a specific text or tag. So you can either create…

@Urmo That's a good question. More or less all vendors have to deal with the opportunities that the option of running inside a Confluence macro offers to them. So I kind of doubt that other products can link to specific parts of existing diagrams to include them in the new diagram. What you can do as a workaround though is…
-
Hi Urmo. You have multiple options to add links to draw.io shapes. Unfortunately it is not possible to include diagrams or parts of it in other diagram files.
-
Hi Guido. I guess you are using the free version diagrams.net to include it into MS tools. This portal only deals with the commercial integration of draw.io for Atlassian Confluence and Jira. Please turn to diagrams.net or the diagrams.net Google group (https://drawio.link/diagramsnetgoogle) for support.
-
@Jude Wood Hey Jude. How do you embed you links in draw.io and which Confluence deployment are you using? If you embed links via the linking menu, the links will work even if you move your page inside of Confluence. May you specify?
-
Hi David. May you contact our engineers directly (support@draw.io)? They can have a look into it and give you an answer asap. Thanks.
-
Hey Amit. draw.io supports Mermaid code, you can render it inside of our app. Just go to Arrange > Insert > Advanced > Mermaid. Have fun ;)
-
Hey @Onaje Lott . The Atlassian pricing is adding up. You pay USD 0.50 for the first 100 users and USD 0.24 for 101-250 users. This ends up in the average rate displayed to you.
-
Hi again. This is the standard Atlassian policy for all apps. I can only speak for the draw.io side of things, but our pricing takes into account that not all users of a Confluence or Jira instance use our tool. When we compare the cost for our product with the cost of other tools outside the Atlassian ecosystem, we always…
-
Hi Susann. Apps are always available for all users of the Atlassian base product (in your case Jira), so there is unfortunately no option to limit access to it.
-
Hi Gabriela. I guess you deleted the macro from the Confluence page, correct? If yes, go to the attachments of the page and download the "draw.io diagram" file. Then embedd a new macro, open a blank diagram and then import the diagram you downloaded before :)
-
Hey Oliver, Bastian from draw.io here. Linking to content is something that is requested frequently from our users. You have quite few options to achieve that with draw.io, please have a look at the following three blog posts: * All options to link content to shapes * Create clickable and interactive shapes with button…

If you are still facing issues, turn to support@draw.io, you will get immediate help.

Hi Alok. The Mermaid syntax is supported by draw.io for Confluence Cloud. So if the syntax that you created is correct, it will generate a Mermaid diagram inside of draw.io. To insert Mermaid syntax, please go Arrange > Insert > Advanced > Mermaid.

@Maggie Norby Adams I created the article, see https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/Apptoberfest-Demo-draw-io-Diagrams-for-Confluence/ba-p/1831633#M2908. If you can embed the demo video, that would be very kind of you. You can delete this discussion afterwards, have a great day :D
