The Site-Admins administration page will let you pull a CSV of users and their last log on dates, which you can use to draft up a activity report. As for pages created/submitted and activity for them you would have to find something 3rd party to handle that as Confluence doesnt have that functionality out of the box. It…

If you had Jira Service Desk you could make them "Service Desk Portal Users" which would allow you to display the articles to them while still retaining some security around the articles. Im not sure of any other way to do this if the users do not have Jira accounts.
-
That looks to be an issue between Tempo <> Jira Your best bet is to an open an ticket with the vendor and have them look into it further.
-
You should be able to. I have an Employee Change Form with about 47 fields in it on my own Service Desk Portal that works with no issues.
-
Is the reporter receiving any mail from Jira at all? 90% of the time I encounter an "email complaint" about Jira its usually the Users Email client that was causing the problem, not the mail handler.

If the admin is reporting no permissions changes or restrictions to editing on the Space/Parent Page i would check your browser to ensure it is up to date. I have seen users come in with some odd issues when their Chrome is out of date, clearing your cache/cookies as well can help resolve issues. I would also check with a…

"I see the hard coded fields are getting assigned to their default names - How do I get the same hard coded fields in the story created?" May need some clarification on what you are seeing vs what you expected.

You may need to verify his licenses and log in information. If he is the site admin he should have access to all projects.
-
If they are "Epic Links" they wont show up under Linked Issues. You will need to use the corresponding Link type
-
Within the project you should find it under Project Settings > Permissions > Browse Projects
-
Here is a screenshot from my own instance:

Do you mean how to post articles via the Customer portal? If so, no possible. Or See published Articles via the Customer Portal? In which vase you just need to link the project to a Confluence space and then post articles in that space which populate the Searches performed from the Portal.
-
Double check the "Browse project" permission and make sure that your service desk has "Service Desk Customer - Portal Access" listed to ensure Portal users arent blocked.
-
The internet browser shouldnt need anything special to see it. In the project settings there should be a permission called "Browse Project" which will list Users, Groups, Accesses that are granted this permission. You need to ensure he is part of one of those.

If you are running Jira Cloud you can open a support ticket with Atlassian to have them help you narrow down the culprit/remedy this issue. When our instance hit a similar hiccup the engineers at Atlassian actually moved the instance to a more robust server/hardware to help alleviate slowness issues we were seeing. Looking…

Go to the Issue Navigator and execute a query of either the parent issues or the sub-tasks then add the column "Links" or "Parent Link" to display them. Once you have that just use the export function in the issue navigator.

Does he have Browse permissions to the project? No browser issues?

I would try using a different Date operator...like startOfMonth() and see if you get results. I tried to recreate your issue in my own instance and was able to execute without any issues though. A random side note if you are using Custom statuses....I once ran into a scenario where a Status was failing to return any query…

Are these Classic Projects or one of the "Next-Gen" project templates? I dont think you can create a board for the latter of the two. Additional Information: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Next-gen-articles/Everything-you-want-to-know-about-next-gen-projects-in-Jira/ba-p/894773

You have to recreate the custom field in your Cloud instance and then do the migration for custom fields
-
You should also see a Resolution Date in your system. Using the Created Date and Resolution Date you can calculate your actual time spent.
-
You may find it easier to add automation to the workflow that just Autoassigns the ticket to currentuser() on transition.
-
I have a similar scenario at my own company. There are many different ways to handle this but we decided to do the following process: User submits ticket via email or portal > TechSupport processes the request > In the event of a Bug fix or feature request, TechSupport escalates the ticket in the workflow to "Tier 3" which…

I would reach out to the vendor or Atlassian to have them check into this. Unless you configured the addon to generate new tasks it sounds like it is not functioning correctly.
-
Went back and double checked, you are correct it looks like the Templates in my instance still use the old editor despite having the new editor in the spaces
-
Cloud or On Prem? Are you using an Identity Providers for Single Sign On?
-
In Cloud, bottom left corner...click on your profile icon > Personal Settings > Scroll to the bottom of the page and Uncheck "Jira Labs" Side note...if the project is a "next-gen" it will Always be in the "New Issue View"
-
If no documentation exists...shame on your Admin. You will have to do some leg work and research each addon and its use case...then identify where those use cases are implemented in your instance. Portfolio is an easy one as its an addon with its own space in Jira that interfaces with all the projects running in your…
