Hi @[deleted] That's what i said... * startOfMonth() * endOfMonth() * startOfDay() * startOfDay() They are all dynamic members. You can't use dynamic member with limit of hours. If you want to include hours it have to be as i sent to you: created >= "2018/01/01 6:00" AND created <= "2018/01/31 15:00" You will get all the…

@Subhajit Bhuiya Follow this tutorial: https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/adding-content-to-the-jira-view-issue-page/ It will guide you to create a section in the issue view screen. Once you will create the section just set it content to be your links and add any additional functionality you want
-
What do you mean by "Functional Areas"?
-
Hi, As Dar said: It's a bit problematic to read the linked issue in the create issue post function because the links are created after the create action is ended (basically after your post function is executed...) You can try her solution or, you can use listener. Cheers, Nir
-
OK, I understand now what you are trying to achieve. But it seems like you got the solution (the link you sent me). Where are you stuck in the process?
-
You are welcome :) Please close this ticket by marking my solution as the answer :)
-
You get dead link after you installed the plugin?
-
Try to follow this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/specifying-field-behavior-776636443.html Under the "Making a field required or optional"
-
The problem is not in the code. Your code is fine, when you type "atlas-run" your plugin is part of the jira instance created. When you type "atlas-run-standalone" you create instance that not related to your plugin. So if you want to see your plugin in the standalone jira instance, you have to manually upload your plugin…

Then you must (programmatically) parse each text field into objects and convert each one to actual time values. Once each field converted you will be able to do simple cf1-cf2 (minus) and you will get the diff
-
It seems like these 2 customfields are free text, am i right?
-
Hi, Please explain more about what you are trying to achieve... I want to help, but you are not clear enough
-
Hi, Are you putting the post-function after the step of "issue created"?
-
Yeah, So you were only missing the issue.store(); Thanks for sharing :)
-
Hi Kristian, Can you share what you did? What did you change to make it work now?
-
Hi, I understand the issue now. I meant for the option that exist here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/raising-requests-on-behalf-of-customers-747602734.html As admin, you can create ticket on behalf of someone (built in in JSD). But you want the customers to have this feature, so you created a custom…

This will work for you: var usr = 'user1'; var psw = 'pass1'; var data = JSON.stringify({ "body": "comment test" }); var xhr = new XMLHttpRequest(); xhr.withCredentials = true; xhr.addEventListener("readystatechange", function () { if (this.readyState === 4) { console.log('success'); } }); xhr.open("POST",…

Sure, You need to use the Bitbucket API: https://docs.atlassian.com/bitbucket-server/rest/4.0.3/bitbucket-rest.html Use POST with the address below: /rest/api/1.0/projects/{projectKey}/repos/{repositorySlug}/branches
-
Hi, I'm using Jira 7.3.3 Jira SD 3.4.0 When someone create a ticket (from customer portal) on behalf of someone else. That someone else is automatically the reporter (no need for script or something).
-
Hi, Can you specify the REST API you tried? How many people the REST API returned and how many there are actually accoriding to Jira?
-
You can do something like: project = XX AND created >= "2018/01/01 6:00" AND created <= "2018/01/31 15:00" I don't think you can use time (hours) with something dynamic that will recognize your current month, you will have to manually edit it once a month and change the dates
-
So in your ajax call use: window.location.replace(AJS.params.baseURL+"/plugins/servlet/myservlet");
-
Your servlet is something you created from your own plugin right?
-
Hi @JonasGomes * Next time i think it will be better if you rise a question in the developer community https://community.developer.atlassian.com/ * So i understand you have a servlet, can you explain what exactly your servlet do and what you want to do? it seems to me like you try to do something in the wrong way.

Hi, Sorry for not responding. Honestly, i have no more ideas. Truly, i never faced the problem my-self, i install it with no problems, but i tried to help in every way i could have think. I got no more ideas :(
-
Yeah, It's not possible, though you came up with a way to accomplish that Thanks any way :)
-
Hi @Ozan Bayram I wanted to change the default filter inside the "issues" menu inside the project (see attached) Couldn't find a way to do it... any suggestions?
-
@BRB Did it worked?
-
Hi@Ozan Bayram Can you tell exactly how it worked for you? I tried the same and it's not working, and i really need this EDIT: This changed the "my open issues" filter, from the "issues" menu in the main Jira navigator. I thought it will replace it in the "issues" panel on the left when you go in to the project page. Is…

it's a bug, yes. But we are trying to workaround it :) in the "c:\users\myself\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree\" if you don't have it already, create new folder "git_extras", extract "gcmw.zip" to that folder. if you don't have it already, create new folder "hg_extras", extract "mcmw.zip" to that folder.
