JIRA.trigger(JIRA.Events.REFRESH_ISSUE_PAGE, [JIRA.Issue.getIssueId()]);
-
I rejected your request by mistake, can you send again? :)
-
Do you have skype? talking in chat mode it will be more easy

Hi, In which step of your post-function did you put your script? Try to put it one above the "Re-index an issue to keep indexes in sync with the database."
-
OK, i will just give you some points. In your workflow create a post-function of type scriptrunner in the transition you want. In the script, you should get your linked issues with : issueLinkManager.getOutwardLinks(issue.getId()).findAll { it.issueLinkType.name.contains("Epic")} try "getOutwardLinks" or "getInwardLinks",…

What is your Jira version? You are using server right? not cloud...
-
Get the element of the dropdown, and reduce it's width
-
That's right With scriprunner you can do anything you want in Jira It's the most valuae plugin in the marketplace. If you think abkut purchasing something, it should be scriprunner
-
No problem If my answer is unsatisfying don't forget to mark it as the solution ;)
-
I'm not familiar with cloud, This will work for server for sure, as we did it here where i work. In cloud you don't have access to the database and stuff, so my guess is that you can't do that there

Hi Anton, Create one instance as a "template" The instance will include all the basic stuff that every other new instance will need. Once completed, when creating new instance, copy all data of the "template" instance to the new one (like you run backup restore). Once finished, the new instance will have everything as you…
-
You are right, it will be mandatory for all, Let me know tomorrow if your script work or not. :)
-
If it's not working and your code does work (partially), lets try it with your code: <script type="text/javascript"> //this is your code var labels = document.getElementsByClassName('name'); var maxWidth= 400; var LabelID = 'Is the requiremrent consistent with no conflicts or contradictions in logic or terminology?'; for…
-
Yeah, You need to copy it to the field description (inside "script" tag of course) You tried and it did not work? :-O
-
Hi @nallu I tried your code, and seems like i get it exactly as you want (without border) So i can't reproduce your case, (maybe this changed in another versions) But maybe you should try to add styling and say "border: none !important" or something like that, that will force it to be without border
-
Hi @Frank Winkler Yes, you can do it from Behaviours. Admin cog -> Add-ons -> Behaviours * Add new behaviour * Click "add mapping" to map it to the projects you want * Click "Fields" to choose the field you want. * Once you choose the field you have 3 behaviours for it:* Required (Optional) * Writable (Readonly) *…
-
Ohh OK :) Copy my code instead of yours and it will work like a charm: //your label of the field var element = 'Is the requirement consistent with no conflict or contradictions in logic or terminology?' //make the label width bigger $("strong:contains("+element+")").css("width", "200px")…
-
where are you click on the field to change it value? from edit screen? inline edit? or other?
-
Ok, it's the same... so your code will be something like: $("#customfield_12345").change(function() { label.setAttribute("style","width: auto"); label.setAttribute("size", "8"); }) "label" represent your label, of course you have to get it by something like: var label = document.getElement....
-
Hi, It works, i think you just need to to put all your code (in the description) inside "script" tag, like: <script> //your JS code goes here </script>
-
You can do it with Scriptrunner.
-
As @Romain VELON said, this is not possible natively in JIRA If you have Scriptrunner you can do it from there with "Escalation service" Let us know what you have so we will better help.
-
Great! Please mark my answer as the solution so this case will be closed :)
-
you just need to call your function again whenever you are doing a change to the single select value. something like: $("#customfield_12345").change(function() { changeWidth(); })
-
I understand your case... Well, i don't know what to tell you at this point. My code should give you most of the way but you say it's not working for you =/
-
You are welcome :)
-
Hi @Khushbu Jowaheer The code i gave you should work. It works for me, and create a regular task. I wanted you try it just to see that it creates something for you. Sounds weird for me that it does not create anything. If you want to create sub-task, you need to use "issuetypeid" 5 (this is the issue type for sub-task in…

OK, You still have to call JIRA.ViewIssueTabs.onTabReady But inside do what you want only if you are in tab Questions. JIRA.ViewIssueTabs.onTabReady(function () { if ($("#issue-tabs").find(".active strong").text() == "Questions") { write your code here } });
-
Hi @Khushbu Jowaheer Please replace my above code with this import com.atlassian.jira.component.ComponentAccessor import com.atlassian.jira.issue.Issue Issue issue = issue def currentUser = ComponentAccessor.getJiraAuthenticationContext().getLoggedInUser() def issueSummary = issue.summary def issueDescription =…
-
Hi @nija_kanthan I don't understand. The code you sent is in JavaScript, JIRA.ViewIssueTabs.onTabReady Is the event, the function inside doing what ever you want when the event occur, which means you detect it, catch and do what you want there... So i don't understand your question.
