Hello and Welcome to Atlassian Community! 1. I recommend you to merge the 2 post-function into 1, especially if the second depend on the first. 2. Does your first script work? does the field get updated with a value eventually?
-
Hi, If you get a popup, that means there is a screen in the transition (in your workflow). In that transition, your probably have post-function that accept your answer "yes" or "no" and if "yes" it change the status to "removed", go there and change the "removed" to whatever status you want.
-
If you get 403 that means you don't have access to do the action you are trying to do in Jira via REST API. Try to check your Jira permissions for the thing you are trying to do
-
It is very hard to move issue with ScriptRunner. I would suggest you @Dave Bosman _Inetum_ solution with automation for jira plugin.

With the line you mentioned, and the for i wrote right after, the collection of objects (my_labels) is converted to the List<String> for (Object object : my_labels) { labelsList.add(Objects.toString(object, null)); } it is 100% work because i use the same thing and it works for me
-
Usually, the format you mentioned is JSON in string format, and you need to parse that string to real JSON. Then you will be able in ScriptRunner groovy to extract from that JSON the exact data you want.
-
Sure :) Here is a working example i use: import org.apache.commons.httpclient.Credentials; import org.apache.commons.httpclient.HttpClient; import org.apache.commons.httpclient.UsernamePasswordCredentials; import org.apache.commons.httpclient.auth.AuthScope; import org.apache.commons.httpclient.methods.*; import…

my_labels is a collection of labels (Object), not Strings, so you can't check "contains" on it. This complete code will work for you, i tested it myself: import com.atlassian.jira.issue.CustomFieldManager; import com.atlassian.jira.issue.fields.CustomField; import com.atlassian.jira.component.ComponentAccessor;…

JMWE is good enough if you want to run your REST API call on transition (every time a speicific transition occur) you can do that with "Scripted (Groovy) operation on issue (JMWE add-on)" post-function. If you want to run it one time from the admin add-on screen with "Groovy script tester". In both options, you can write a…

It is. of course your source will have to have a rest api end point to call from to Jira. Do you have Jira server or Cloud? And, do you have ScriptRunner add-on? you will need this to make your rest call
-
Hi, Sorry, but i didn't understand your requirement. You said the copy works for you. Now you want the copy to work only for fields with values? Currently it copy the fields that also empty?
-
This is example from my Jira Cloud instance

Hi, What is "stream_labels"? in your first "if" you use it, but you never declared it. From your code, seems to me like you always get "return false" that's is why it's not working for you and why you also not getting errors.
-
Because you did not write any condition in your code... it's just code that do nothing, that is why the transition happens even if only 1 subtasks is closed (and not all) Use this: def parent = issue.getParentObject() def subtasks = parent.getSubTaskObjects() def allSubtasksClosed = true; for (def i = 0; i<subtasks.size();…

Try --> Authorization: Basic <base64 encoded username:password> (instead of API Token)

OK, Go to your "field configuration scheme" find your field there, on the right side of the field you will see "Renderers" Click on it and change it to "wiki style render" Once you save, your custom field free text will be of type rich text, so you will have all these options: And you can bold/color as you like
-
Hi, Can you explain? What do you want to be color or bold? The lable with the field name or the content value of the field? Are you using jira server or cloud?
-
I have the same problem. Don't know if it's a bug or if Atlassian remove the option for wiki markup tables in Jira. but i have a workaround (that work for now). When you are in your issue view, for exmaple: xxxxxxxxx.atlassian.net/browse/NHT-1 Add "?oldIssueView=true" after your issue id, so your url will look like:…

Hi Adrien, Each user select his default language for Jira when he first login. Each member in Ottawa should have chosen "English" if they see French, each user should change his language settings in Jira. To choose a language: * Choose your user name at top right of the screen, then choose Profile. * In the 'Preferences'…

@Blazej Borucki You are welcome! Please mark my answer as the solution so this thread will be marked as closed.

Hi, Jira 7.3.7 it should be the same. the "push" is for the multi user picker field value, which is an ArrayList. It doesn't matter what is the Jira version, it's coding, ArrayList have push. If you are getting an error on the "push" than you did not use my code right. Check again my code and your changes in it. Basically,…

Hi, So you said you want to add value from single user picket to multi user picker. Here is a working code, in this example i took the current logged in user and added it to a multi select user picker field, but instead you can take any customfield with a single user picker value, it's the same. import…

Here is a complete code for what you are looking: import com.atlassian.jira.component.ComponentAccessor import com.atlassian.jira.issue.CustomFieldManager def currentUser = ComponentAccessor.getJiraAuthenticationContext().getLoggedInUser() CustomFieldManager customFieldManager = ComponentAccessor.getCustomFieldManager()…

Hi @Sunitha Unfortunately, there is no way to achieve this natively in Jira without plugin.
-
I see, Probably your system default is "text". Do the following: * Choose the Jira icon > Jira settings > System. * Select Default user preferences. * Select Edit default values. * In the Email format dropdown, choose either text or html. * Select Update.
-
Hi, Please elaborate, what tool/option you used to make this notification? Usually (in any tool) there is option for "email template", by default it's "plain text" and you need to change it to "HTML". If you don't change it to "HTML" you see the HTML code as it is instead the actual result of the code (which is what you…
-
Hi, The quick answer is no, you can't. You will have to write code that will give you the result you want. You can write your own plugin, or more simple, using groovy with ScriptRunner
-
Yes, "Structure" sounds exactly what you are looking for with even more features. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/34717/structure-for-jira-projects-at-scale?hosting=server&tab=overview
-
Hi, If you have scriptrunner and you know groovy, you can write a code that will do it for you.

import com.atlassian.jira.issue.IssueManager import com.atlassian.jira.event.type.EventDispatchOption issueManager.updateIssue(user, (MutableIssue)issue, EventDispatchOption.ISSUE_UPDATED, false);
