This plugin shows something they coded to extract the data and show it to you. In order to do it your self you will have to code it, that's what i meant before when i said you will have to do some scripting.
-
Ohh, i see. You can't do it in Jira jql. You can script it with ScriptRunner or with rest api read all worklog.
-
Hi, In JQL you can filter by worklog and also add the worklog column to see the details. The trick is that the fields called a bit different than what we might think and that is why some people make it hard to find them and work it. Any way, here are the fields: "Original Estimate" = shows you the original estimation you…

Hi, Just use the regular get issue rest call: https://<your_company_name>.atlassian.net/rest/api/latest/issue/{issuekey} You will get a json with all issue data, along with comments.
-
Hi, If you are using Jira Cloud it is not possible. If you are using Jira Server it is possible with 3rd party add-on like ScriptRunner, this feature not exist built in with Jira. Please let us know which Jira you have.
-
No, it's not possible. Alternatively you can use issuelinks to keep linking between issues.
-
Here is a complete code that will work for you: enableCache = {-> false} import com.atlassian.jira.component.ComponentAccessor import com.atlassian.jira.issue.Issue import com.atlassian.jira.issue.IssueManager def baseUrl = ComponentAccessor.getApplicationProperties().getString("jira.baseurl"); def issueLinkManager =…

Hi, If you ask if it can be done, than yes. You can create custom scripted field to show you what you want, than just add this field to your filter in Dashboard. If you expect to get a complete code for this than i'm sorry, you will have to write it on your own. If you have something you already started to write and you…
-
Hi No, all you need is ScriptRunner for Jira. You do everything from there. I did it in scripted fields
-
Sure, def result = get('/rest/api/2/issue/' + issueKey + '?fields=assignee') this get only the "assignee" field data (no need to get all data if all you want is the assignee) inside you got "if" statement, status 200 says "success" so if success to get the assignee data of the issue, check if it null if…
-
Hello Erik, The is no built in option to see more details in the development panel. I'm not familiar with add-ons that will give you that (but you say you found one). What i did once for my customer, i used ScriptRunner. With ScriptRunner you can almost to anything you want in Jira, so i also used it for the case you…

def issueKey = 'AAA-111111' def result = get('/rest/api/2/issue/' + issueKey + '?fields=assignee') .header('Content-Type', 'application/json') .asObject(Map) if (result.status == 200){ if (result.body.fields['assignee'] == null) { def put = put('/rest/api/2/issue/' + issueKey) .header('Content-Type', 'application/json')…

Hi, Please check your server logs when this happens. Check if there are any related errors. Does it happens all the time? If not, in which cases it does happened? It can be a lot of reasons, but the logs should pus some more light on the issue.
-
from your Jira DB count all record in "Projects" table and from your Confluence DB count all record in "Projects" table Or i'm missing something in your question?
-
Id you don't want the field to be editable at all, then remove it from the "edit" screen. If you want the ability that some people will be able to edit the field and some not, well, you can't have this.
-
Hi @Jamil Rahimov In order to help you, please elaborate and give more info, Are you using Server or Cloud? What are trying to do / achieve? What data / end point are you trying to post? Where are you trying to do it from? (inside Jira or outside?)
-
Yeah, sorry. We all have this problem. If this case is closed from your side, please mark my answer as the solution. Thanks, Nir
-
You can't do that in Jira Cloud. The use of Behaviours that @PADMA KOTHAKOTA suggested is only for Jira Server. Also, this solution is for Server using a 3rd part add-on named ScripRunner, it's not a build in feature in Jira either in Cloud or Server.
-
Hi, You can't, this feature not exist in Jira Cloud, this is only a Jira Server feature. Look here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-import-a-workflow-into-a-jira-cloud-application-779160755.html

Hi @Ramesh Lakshmanasamy Here is a working example for custom email with Jira JAVA API import com.atlassian.mail.Email; import com.atlassian.mail.queue.SingleMailQueueItem; Email email = new Email("email_address@company.com"); email.setCc("another_email_address@company.com"); email.setFromName("what ever you want");…

OK Akbar. If this issue is closed from your point of view. Please accept my answer as the solution.
-
Now i understand, you can do that only if you create enough customfields to put on the screen. Otherwise there is no option it will shows you more and more 3 fields as you need. I think better solution for your needs may be this addon:…
-
Just to make sure i understand you right, You have one multi select field, and 3 text custom fields? And by default you want to see only the multi select, but if 1 option chose from the drop-down than show 1 of the text field, if 2 options selected than show 2 text fields and if 3 options selected than show 3 text fields?
-
OK, So this is what you need to do in your Behaviour (I tried it first so it works)
-
Hi, First, you can clean your code and remove this block: // make sure we have the data and we're in the correct project if (issue == null || issue.fields.project.key != projectKey) { logger.info("Wrong Project ${issue.fields.project.key}") return } 1. Because "issue" will never be null if "issue update" event is…
-
Hi, I'm pretty sure the changes are only for the Cloud version.
-
Hi, You can't do that in Jira Cloud, only in Jira server. What you looked at ScripRunner is also example for Jira Server (that is why you get errors).
-
Hi @Andrew Swain I think (i don't really remember) that when you get a customfield value, it returns it as "string" that is a possible reason why >= not working for you. Try this: (cfValues['Regressed CL'] as int) >= (cfvalues['Fixed CL'] as int)
-
Hi, Sorry, but there is no way to do that in Jira cloud
