Hi @Villy, that warning isn't coming from your Power-Up. "board plugins are undefined" appears zero times in power-up.js and zero times in power-up.min.js. It ships inside Trello's own BoardHeaderButlerButtonsModernized component as the value of an error field the hook hands to console.warn, and what sets it is the board's…

Hi @Natural Muse, neither console.x.ai nor grok.com is on Atlassian's allowed-domain list, and that list is one of the stated preconditions: "For a tool call to succeed, all of the following must be true: If the tool is using OAuth 2.1, its domain is allowed in the Atlassian Rovo MCP server domain settings." I pulled the…

Hi @Madhav Jaligama , sorry for the slow reply on this one, your question got past me. On permissions, if that site has always been on the Free plan then nothing is gated behind a role for you. Atlassian's own wording is that on Free "everyone with access to Jira is an admin for all Jira spaces", so you can create the…

Hi @Dmytro Admin_test , yes on the licence, and @Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ 's account-type question turns out to split your two tests down the middle. Test 1 is the case Atlassian shipped and then scoped. Jensen Fleming's rollout note on ROVO-119 lists what an unlicensed logged-in JSM user gets, and the knowledge line is…

Hi @Giuseppe Miccoli, Atlassian doesn't publish one. There's no schema file anywhere to load either, because Cloud exports objects per object type as CSV and nothing above that, which is what JSDCLOUD-9967 is asking for, Under Consideration on 584 votes. Copy Assets data does move whole schemas with their objects between…

Hi @Manuel Walker, the bulk move endpoint does this today. The reason it looks missing is that the target parent is not a field in the body at all. It sits in the mapping key. POST /rest/api/3/bulk/issues/move. The reference gives that key as <project ID or key>,<issueType ID>,<parent ID or key>, and says the parent slot…

The sample on that tutorial page will not seed a 1,000-row test, and it is smaller than the page itself claims. The prose says 40 objects, ten of each category. The data block underneath it is 15 rows: four phones, four laptops, three servers, four printers. assets.csv is 15 too, SN001 to SN015. So there is no real-data…

Valeri, that is the same control I meant, and the distinction matters here because it decides how Prabakaran fixes the original problem. What you configure is which tools a subagent HAS. I checked the Rovo agent tools doc and the agent permissions and governance doc this morning and neither describes an allow or a deny on…
-
rachit, sorry for the long gap on this. I went and counted what is actually in ip-ranges.atlassian.com rather than assuming, and Valeri's caution holds up. The file has 166 entries across twelve products - email, bitbucket, confluence, forge, github-for-jira, halp, jira, opsgenie, statuspage, trello, rovo-crawler and loom.…

Hi @Dmytro Admin_test, the half that works for you is expected. Unlicensed Atlassian accounts with the Customer role got Rovo agents in the help center when ROVO-119 shipped in March. Third-party knowledge did not come with it, and Atlassian states that part in words on the SharePoint knowledge doc: "Only Atlassian account…

Hi @Viktorya Zargaryan, what settles this is the raw message Jira actually received. Channels & self service, then Email, then View logs on the account, then Processing log, and on one of those messages use More and Download raw email message. Read its From line. If that already says the Security mailbox, the sender's…

Hi @Kelly Lillis, there is one now. JRACLOUD-99078 is the request to get the manual clear back on team-managed Kanban boards. Gathering Interest, unresolved, 8 votes and 4 watchers when I looked. Filed 3 August, which is after I said here that nothing was tracking it. Peter Oh from Atlassian has since pointed at it in the…

Hi @Joseph Mueller, the two originals aren't gone. A merge archives them rather than deleting them, so they're both sitting in the board archive and either of you can pull them back. Undo won't do it for you, since merges aren't on Trello's list of undoable card actions. Open the board menu, pick Archived items (under More…

Hi @Bryun Sakaye, that v2 preview result settles the client question I left open, assuming you ran both from the same Claude Code install. One setup, two endpoints, mcp.atlassian.com/v1/mcp/preview and /v1/mcp, and only v1 truncates, so it isn't MAX_MCP_OUTPUT_TOKENS and it isn't anything else client side. That pair's a…

The words inactive page are hyperlinked to the smart values doc, and the definition is the sentence those same words begin. Following the link walks you away from the answer you're standing on. An inactive page is any page that has not had activity in the specified time period. Activity includes page creates, page deletes,…

Hi @Bryun Sakaye, nothing published says it is intentional. The Rovo MCP changelog has two entries in its entire history, 1 July and 27 April, and the supported tools page gives searchJiraIssuesUsingJql a one line description and a scope, no parameters and no limits. You are not the first to lose the cursor on this tool…

Hi Aishwarya, there's no screen where an admin pre-approves the Rovo MCP Server, which is why yours can't find one. It isn't a Marketplace app, so it doesn't sit in the admin panel waiting to be approved. Atlassian's own README puts it plainly: it "is not installed via the Atlassian Marketplace or the Manage apps screen.…

Hi @Stephanie P_, the closest thing to your "From Assets" list runs on Data Center, and it is smaller than what you sketched. There is a Confluence attribute type there: an admin adds it to the object type, then someone picks a page per object by hand. Atlassian's DC doc words it "This type enables a link to a Confluence…

Hi @Raelee Busk, views are what breaks it for what you described. You said pages that haven't been updated in 6 months, and a page people still open weekly counts as active however long ago anyone last edited it, so that branch will not reach the articles you are trying to catch. The plain Page branch is the one that…
-
Nothing I found stated whether those screens rewrite the displayed name or only the linking, so your result closes that half of it. The branch is easy to miss as well, every local check corrects off the working tree copy whatever the server has. And no problem on the .int, it read like anonymisation from here.
-
Alex, you asked about the backlog twice and I answered about the board both times. Sorry about that. There is no equivalent control for the backlog, which is why you are seeing what you are seeing. Hide done work items after is a board view setting. The Backlog screen has its own View settings button, but what sits behind…

Hi @Emma Phillips, one refinement on what I told you first, since you're building on it. No admin console visit per approval still holds. There is one at the start I skipped over though. A group arriving from Entra lands with no app access on it, and somebody has to grant that group access to Jira Service Management once,…

Hi John, Arek and Martin are right that the diagnostics come first, and I'm not going to hand you heap, GC, Postgres or attachment-storage values off a forum post either, since those need numbers from inside your instance. But nobody has taken your clustering question head on yet, and for your setup I think it has a…

Hi @Sumate S_, the render is working as designed, and there's an open ticket saying so from the other direction. CONFCLOUD-84735 has Atlassian treating it as the bug when a stored breakout width fails to get applied, "causing content to render within the default fixed-width area (~760px) despite the editor rendering it at…
-
Hi @Charlie Misonne, it's supported. The Git resources page in the same 9.4 space you linked says so outright, that .mailmap is useful "in Bitbucket Data Center repositories, to map multiple commit identities to the one Bitbucket user":…
-
Hi @Rayne Cypher, James has the permission boundary right, so I'll skip that part. What I'd add is that the session-scoped model you're proposing already exists in JPD, in two places. It hasn't been pointed at Group by for contributors, and that's the case to make. Contributor filters got it first. Olga Springer's locked…

Hi @Sara Phillips, both suggestions asking for exactly that were closed Won't Do in August 2024, JRACLOUD-79781 and JRACLOUD-81712. The 74117 link above is a different one, that's the picker for adding a field to a dashboard gadget, and 68370 only blocks new duplicate names being created. The more current answer is on…

Hi @Teja, there is a documented way back in that costs nothing and runs entirely through the admin hub you can still reach. From admin.atlassian.com pick your organisation, go to Apps then Atlassian apps, select Confluence, choose Add to an existing site, pick your existing site and select Add. Atlassian's reactivation doc…

Hi @Arthur K_ Amistoso Jr_, the profile half of that has an endpoint and the visibility half doesn't. Profile is PATCH https://api.atlassian.com/users/{account_id}/manage/profile, in the user management REST API. The body takes name, nickname, zoneinfo, locale, and extended_profile with job_title, organization, department…

Hi @Alex Nicholson, it was taken out on purpose in the July board rollout for team-managed Software projects, so nothing is still hiding in the settings you went through. Peter Oh from Atlassian put it plainly in the comments on the rollout article: "the removal of manually clearing done items was a conscious decision we…
