The "Goldilocks zone" is probably where every admin thinks they are 😄 Then someone discovers 400 custom fields, five versions of the same workflow, and an automation that's been failing quietly for six months. Really enjoyed reading your take.

@Gabriel Roth That's exactly what makes health checks interesting, they're rarely about finding something broken, they're about uncovering all the little things that quietly accumulate over time. I'm curious... if you had to start with just one area, would it be apps, permissions, or workflow simplification? Which one do…

Haha! that's a brutally honest take. Out of curiosity Heiko Gerlach, what makes you say that? too much customization ? too many disconnected tools? or just years of accumulated complexity?

Thanks for sharing, @Garth Bond I can definitely relate to that, manual stakeholder reporting can become a job in itself, especially when information is spread across different tools! Out of curiosity, what tools are you using today for project tracking and reporting? I'm interested to know where the biggest bottleneck is.

Hi @Calogero Bonasia, sorry for the late reply, and thanks for the invitation. I'd love to connect. It sounds like you're working on a fascinating book, and I'd be happy to explore whether JASAP could add value if it's a good fit. I'll reach out on LinkedIn, looking forward to chatting!

Thank you, Calogero. The point about the "connective layer" belonging to nobody is particularly insightful. I also agree that workflow design should come before configuration. Many visibility challenges seem to stem not from a lack of tools, but from a lack of alignment between processes, ownership, and systems.
