@Anne Saunders I’ve run into the same issue several times, and honestly, you’re right — the best first step is simplifying and standardizing the workflows. People usually resist it at first because nobody likes change, but once things become more streamlined and easier to use, they end up appreciating it in the long run.

Start using Rovo. It can save a significant amount of time by answering questions far faster than doing things manually - especially when there’s solid documentation in place. It can also surface alternative approaches you might not have considered, giving you a different perspective on how to get things done.

You can be a member of the board but may not have permissions to make configuration changes. Contact the project owner, the owner of the board (probably project owner) or your Jira Admin to request the board be reopened.
