That's very cool. Thanks for the update. One final detail and this automation action is perfect. Allow us to send mails to the members of a project role please.

I would like to add my voice to most of the people in this comment section. We use a lot of automation in individual projects. This is necessary because most of them are highly streamlined business processes. We have just completed a migration from server to cloud. This was a tough argument against our manager. We sold him…

The issues you mentioned are not exactly the same. In my case it happens to all .pdf files. Also simple ones. And it happens during the process of migrating from server to cloud. If I attach a pdf manually to a site, it works fine. Today I have a call with atlassian. We will see what happens.

Pour autant que je sache, le champ "storypoint" ne sera visible que si le type de question est "story". Dans tous les autres cas, il n'apparaîtra pas. Comme vous l'avez constaté. -- For my english speakers: As far as I know, the storypoint field will only be visible if the issue type is story. For every other issue type it…

You can choose which projects you want to migrate in the migration tool.

I just found a ticket that suggests that only few ports are supported [JRACLOUD-40911] Support webhooks to ports other than 443 and 80 - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products. The list seems to be: 443 6017 7990 8060 8080 8085 8090 8443 8444 8900 9900 We changed the API Port and now it works :-)

Hi, I want to suggest a tiny feature that will make the life of many automation user so much easier. Could you please add the functionality to send E-Mails to project roles. At the moment we need to create new groups and keep them up to date with the users in the project roles, just to send them e-mails. That would be a…

Thats a good solution. Than you very much Walter!
-
Hey @Harsh did you find a working solution. I'm also interested in it.
-
Hi, the "tiles" were created with Adobe Photoshop. Afterwards they are just uploaded and linked to different pages - like you assumed. No great magic :)
-
I found a solution. I get the projectID directly from the issues that comes out of the JQL Query. // Get all the mail addresses from the role members of the project of the issue def projectRoleManager = ComponentAccessor.getComponent(ProjectRoleManager) def projectRole = projectRoleManager.getProjectRole("QMB") def project…

Hi Radek, I added the log.warn line to the code. Here ist what the log file comes up with. 2022-02-24 16:09:46,963+0100 http-nio-8080-exec-20873 WARN admin_lokal 969x773824x1 oa312a 192.168.x.x:3676,0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1…

Thank you for your nice words. It would be interesting to know how you get along with the implementation. Lars

Hi Félix, did you get it to work in the mail context? Can you provide me with the code? Thanks Lars

Hi, does anybody now how to add bullet points to the value? description is a rich text field, so there must be a way to include formatting elements.
-
Hi, I found a solution. You need to catch the error of the dateTimestamp.toLocalDateTime() function. { //Your code }catch(Exception e){ log.warn e }try In total it would look like this import com.atlassian.jira.component.ComponentAccessor import java.time.format.DateTimeFormatter import java.sql.Timestamp def dateCF =…

Found the error. The behaviour I described is only there if I put the borderless table user macro inside of a "Scroll Ignore" by k15t Scroll PDF Exporter.
-
Hi Roman, what Browser did you use? Lars
-
Hi, I used this version since 2016 on my server appliance. It worked fine. But we are on Confluence 7.4.4 now and the macro doesn't seem to do its job anymore. The borders are gone, but the complete table has a grey background now. Does anybody know why this is happening, and what to do about it? ## Macro title: Borderless…

We found a workaround. We write the json code in a textfile and use an external curl.exe to send the data to the API.
-
Hi Laurie, the difference between your code and mine is the condition. You wrote issue.getIssueTypeObject().id == '13200' && issue.getStatusObject() == 'Start Testing') I wrote issue.getIssueType().id == '10003' && issue.summary == 'Create User') So my first try would be to change the function for looking up the id. I…

Hi Mario, yeah thats what I thought. Thats a complexity level I wouldnt go for. But you brought an interesting thing up. I use different tabs. Is it possible to hide whole tabs in the view screen?

Hi, I have solutions for the people that are searching working scripts in 2021. 1) If you want transition the parent issue when a specific subtask (Create User) is closed use this script as a Script Post-Function [ Scriptrunner ] → Custom script post-function import com.atlassian.jira.bc.issue.IssueService import…
-
Hi @Cedric Delavy did you find a working script that you can share? Lars
-
Wow. that was exactly my problem. Thank you for your genius solution :)
-
Hi Martin, It works :) Thank you soooo much.
-
Hi Martin thank you for your kind support. I added import com.atlassian.jira.user.ApplicationUser and your code to my job script. But I get an error. I use JIRA 8.2.2. - the current documentation version for this version seems to be the same as the one you linked. https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/8.5.12/…

Hi Martin, Here is the JQL Statement which selects the issues project = PER AND issuetype = Contract AND status = "7-18 months" AND "Real Startdate" <= -68w And here the current code, which works fine. But I also want to inform the users from the customfield with this mail import…

Hi Maria, did you solve the problem? I'm trying to call die JIRA API from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to POST some fields to an issue. The HTTP Request works fine with CURL. But I have problems to get it working in NAV

Hi Johannes, did you get any further? I'm also trying to call a SOAP via Scriptrunner
