This needs server side GC. I have reported to support team.

Hi @IL On top of what @Narek Pirumyan said.. and to address your queries.. Yes, you can definitely use the Jira REST API as your immediate bridge solution while building out your Forge app. In fact, this is the most reliable way to get synchronous error handling right now. Here is how to handle it safely and effectively:…

Good idea.. it will be useful feature. Closed should be closed for all.

Yes, this was reported in This latest update massively solved the spam posts. I saw just one today. Feel free to comment back on the above post for any issues you encounter, issues you see.

Hi, No, it does not exists. Incoming webhooks are decoupled. If authentication fails, the request is dropped before the automation engine ever runs, so there is no rule context available to trigger an outbound notification or callback. As a workaround, you can use REST APIs, or API gateway like AWS Lambda. Forge using the…

Not sure if someone notices, there are still spam posts..

I understand your frustration. I have now flagged and reported to support team. Hopefully, you get response.

Thanks so much for the mention, and well done, congrats to everyone.

Hi, Exactly. A single score could be a useful starting point, but it shouldn’t hide why a page is considered unhealthy. Showing complexity, freshness, maintainability and governance separately with configurable thresholds and a clear explanation for each warning would make the feature much more useful. It would also avoid…

Great and nicely written. Best wishes for the app. I'm tempted to try on my personal site and will let you know. However QQ: Does it need any specific plan on Claude ?
-
I have requested support team. Hopefully your request will be handled.

Hi Daven, If you have raised support ticket, do you see the option to Escalate? The community members, we have no access on customers support ticket. Atlassian team also sometimes watches posts and they can help. For now, I have flagged and requested to support team. Hopefully, you will have an response.

Yes, but it is NOT recommended (if you want to keep your Pull Request history). You might consider using Transfer Repository if you like to retain the history.

I'm sure you must have checked the installation directory has full permissions? Are you running the installer outside of the installation directory ? what does your logs say? If you have tried everything, the best is to reach out to Atlassian support with the support zip.

No, renaming will NOT affect your developers workflow at all. However DO NOT rename your Workspace ID as git commands will fail. To summarise, Action Developer Impact Breaks Git Remotes? Rename Org Name (abc - renamed-abc) None No Rename Workspace ID / URL Slug Requires git remote set-url Yes Rename Jira/Confluence Site…

we have 2 Atlassian account and both of it are called same ? ( abc and abc ) ,. Should we still do a migration. Yes, absolutely. Before starting, go to admin.atlassian.com and temporarily rename the old org in organisation settings so you can easily tell them apart in admin drop-downs. Can you test the migration with just…

Calling native connections loosely linked isn't dismissing their value, it's acknowledging that human effort is still the glue holding context together. The moment team members stop manually updating Confluence after making code changes in Bitbucket, documentation and codebases drift apart. The future of software platforms…

a treat for everyone. Remix and slides are attractive features. Useful and innovative for people/teams with humour and in-born creativity.
-
Its equally disappointing for Atlassian team as well. As they are working hard, hope we have a solution/remediation to this.
-
Raising PS ticket is nice for anything that is Atlassian native thing. This is 3rd party on and trust me they will ask you to check with Adaptavist. They can guide you, but for solution and alternatives Adaptavist support is the right one. Just on interest, do you have any announcement banner on the production with…

I'm not sure Atlassian support will solve this. You need to work with Adaptavist support. https://the-adaptavist-group-support.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/21/user/login?destination=portal%2F21…

Glad, I could explain. If you think any of the answers helped, accept it. I can mark this post closed, so it helps others as well.

If Rob's platform gives you the course, look nowhere.

Sorry to hear the problem still exists. I recommend that you reach out to Atlassian support and explain your details. Type this link https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing?redirectSource=sac-wac-redirect#/ Select your account Login issues Choose your site (see if listed) On the AI prompt window,…

I wouldn't call hardest but more involved. Whatever you mentioned.. (Getting the macro list, checking with space admins and deciding which one to migrate, testing and then troubleshoot. Later, adapting to interim workarounds, alternatives.

very nice.

To echo Joseph below, contact Adaptavist support. You might need to add/set com.onresolve.jira.groovy.user.FieldBehaviours parameter to debug and reproduce the issue to see the logs. As to quickly test, try disabling behaviours and see how it behaves. You need to drill down issues slowly as which behaviours causing this.
