Challenge accepted 🧟♀️ I took Remix with Rovo back to the lab a few times, and it kept adding its own little twist to the spell: 🌳 “Which neighborhood should you haunt tonight?”: I asked for a decision tree, and Rovo built it as an org chart. So Witch Hazel Walk and Ghostlight Gardens now officially report to “No rain” 😂…

I remixed a location table into a geo map, and it worked nicely. But when I asked Rovo to colour-code office vs remote locations and size the dots by number of hires, it only added a legend and the dots stayed the same. Are more styling options for map visualizations planned, like colours and sizes based on the data?

🪄 My Slides experiment: customer notes to pitch deck For the second exercise, In breakout room 9, Northstar Forge customer account notes and asked Slides to turn them into a pitch deck for Project Beaconstone. My prompt: “Create a customer pitch deck to sell Project Beaconstone to Northstar Forge, based on these customer…

🧪 My lab experiment: one onboarding review, three remixes Great hands-on session with @Rob Hean tonight ! In breakout room 8, it was good to chat with @Alina Shevchenko as well. 💙 My section was “New hires by location” from the Lumen & Co. onboarding review. I copied the doc into my space and started remixing. What I…

🪄 My spell: “The meetup recap that writes itself” After every Atlassian Community Jaipur meetup, I spend way too long putting together a recap deck. It’s for attendees, for people who couldn’t make it, and to give a quick overview of the previous event at the start of the next one. So for our Oct 24 meetup on Jira × CI/CD,…

Just finished the Haunted Hour session, and it was really fun! 🎃 It was great to see how many ways one page can be remixed. Jaclyn showed infographics, timelines, flip cards, charts, and mind maps. The mind map and flip cards stood out for me the most. Flip cards would be perfect for onboarding or quick FAQs, and a mind…

Does Slides add speaker notes, or is that planned? I run Atlassian community events and would love to go from a Confluence page straight to a deck I can actually present from.

Signed up! Ready to bring a few dead pages back to life. 🎃⚡

Dusting off my oldest, scariest Confluence pages for a makeover! Super excited for the live workshop on Wed. Let the remixing begin! 🎃✨

Can't wait to geek out with this incredible lineup of builders, share some hard-won Forge lessons, and make some noise in the developer community. Let's gooo! 🚀

Love this initiative! 💙 We hosted 2 Atlassian Community events in March as part of #10forChange to support this cause. It’s amazing to see how small actions like community events can contribute to a bigger impact 🙌 Here’s a glimpse of one of our events:…

Wasn't sure what to expect but the demo site setup changed everything. You're not watching someone else's Confluence space it's yours, with real data, and you're actually breaking things and fixing them in real time. That's the difference between watching a cooking show and actually burning the onions yourself. The…

Honestly, seeing Aya turn that dense onboarding doc into a clean flowchart in seconds was the highlight of my morning. I usually spend way too much time wrestling with connector lines on a whiteboard, so letting Rovo handle the 'decision points' while I just polish the result is a massive win for my sanity. I actually just…
-
One thing I liked from Rob and Aya’s walkthrough was the emphasis on being specific with the prompt. When the prompt included the role, the source document, and the expected structure, the output improved a lot. It’s a good reminder that AI tools work best when we treat them like a collaborator giving context instead of…
-
One thing I found interesting was how different teams use the same prompt approach but apply it to completely different workflows. For example, turning raw research interviews into a structured table or converting meeting notes into a go-to-market plan. What stood out to me is that Rovo works best when you give it context…
-
One prompting trick that’s been working well for me is telling Rovo the role and audience before asking it to generate something. Instead of just asking for documentation, I tried something like: “You are a developer writing onboarding notes for a new teammate joining the project.” The result felt much clearer and more…

@Mindy Park Thank youuu!!! 💙😍

@Rob Hean That makes sense! Reviewing everything manually definitely gives a deeper understanding of the space. I’m curious to see how accurate Rovo’s generated map would be compared to a manual review. It could be a great starting point before doing a deeper cleanup.

My favorite learning from this video was seeing Rovo generate a visual space map from an existing Confluence space. The way it analyzes pages, templates, and relationships and turns them into a structured whiteboard makes it much easier to understand how content is organized. I also liked how it suggested practical…

Copilot does not automatically retrieve Jira issue content or comments unless a proper connector is configured. By default, Jira Cloud data is not available to Microsoft Copilot. To enable this, you would need to: • Configure a Microsoft Graph Connector for Jira (if available in your tenant)• Or create a custom connector…

I asked it to generate a structured 4-week onboarding plan, and it automatically organized weekly goals along with a table for tracking owner, due date, and status. I liked how clearly it structured the orientation objectives without needing much refinement. Converting ideas directly into a trackable format definitely…

As teams scale their use of Rovo across large Confluence spaces, what best practices do you recommend for maintaining output consistency, governance, and quality control? For example, are there patterns for defining “structured output expectations” or reusable prompting frameworks at the space level so that AI-generated…
-
What stands out to me is the ability to move from raw inputs to structured outputs quickly. That’s often the biggest friction point in knowledge management — not writing from scratch, but organizing existing information meaningfully. I’m looking forward to experimenting with creating reusable documentation templates using…

This is such a great initiative! 🚀 I’ve been exploring AI-assisted documentation workflows recently, and Rovo has already helped reduce the friction of starting new Confluence pages. I’m especially excited about the prompting tips week - refining prompts is where the real magic happens. Looking forward to participating in…
