Hi @K-IT Team I don't think this will work. Even in the Admin console, there is no data about number of logins. Just the number of failed logins. Maybe you could write a macro, which shows you the last login of each user, or saves it somewhere. Then you could generate this list daily and reach your goal. However, I doubt…

Hi @Zahara Garbajosa There is a dirty way with javascript to hide the text. But then, the "last modified by" would be hidden on every page. For that, you have to paste a javascript in the custom HTML in the admin console. I probably could help with the javascript. My concern about that is, that even though, you hide this…

Yes, there is another expand macro, not from UI expand. The normal out of the box expand macro from confluence. Try this one. --> Expand macro
-
The link was only there to read, that you can't open the permissions further with page restrictions :)
-
oh okay, I see. I tried with the normal "expand macro" from confluence, not with UI macro. It seems there is a bug in the UI expand macro. Perhaps, some developer from Refind will see the post and can help. Perhaps, the normal expand macro will help. Regards Dominic
-
Hi @sam I tried what you described. It worked well. This leads me to a few questions. * Which version of confluence do you use? * Can you provide a screenshot of the page in edit and view mode? Regards Dominic
-
I agree with @Davin Studer Please have a look at page restrictions. Regards Dominic
-
Hi @Dailin Garcia Young I don't think there is a good solution for you. I've searched a lot in the internet, but at the end of the day, I always had to insert the symbol by hand. I tried something else with javascript and it worked. Perhaps this is a option for you. This you have to execute in the edit mode. The best way…

Hi @Allison Beaudry What do you mean by undo feature? Is it in the edit mode? There you should be able to just press "CTRL+ Z" to undo the last things you typed. If not, please let me know, what exactly you are trying to do. Regards Dominic

Hi @Fabienne Gerhard Everything behaves normally... I can create a page and the page is a subpage from the homepage. And in the overview, there is a homepage selected. I tried to change the homepage, with no success. There are no orphaned pages nor undefined pages... It seems to me, that something with the structure of the…

Hi all, Does someone else have any ideas? I installed the "Space Admin Browser" and have a look. The broken space seems that there are no pages. Something has to be broken Thanks for any tips Dominic
-
You are totally right. A space is a collection of pages. But when you create a space, it creates a space with one page --> the homepage. And as far as I know, the blueprint of this page cannot be changed. The page itself can be edited afterwards, but I don't think, that was the question. Perhaps I am wrong and someone else…

Thanks for your answer. First of all, the text "You can move..." is on the right site on every other "reorder pages"-site too. Second, there is no HTML / CSS script running. And last, I would exclude padding / margin, because I don't even see the tree in HTML. It seems, that the javascript or whatever which should load the…

Hi @Dawid Nawrot In confluence server, this works just fine in edit mode, and in view mode. Perhaps, in confluence cloud, this is a little bit different. Can you share a printscreen? Make sure, that you click on the picture and allign the picture to center. Don't just select all and center it, try to center the image…

Hi @Mike Kondrashin This answer is just for confluence server: As far as I know, you can not change a space template. In the global blueprint settings, you just have the option, to disable the space blueprint, but not change it. What you can do is change the default content of a new empty space: Customizing Default Space…

Hi @Davin Studer Oh okay, I see. I tried it out and it works fine. I was confused, beacause in the help every search statement is in quotes :-) Thanks for your replay.
-
Hi all, I have the same issue. I have confluence server version 6.13.6. There is just one space, where the problem exist. In all other spaces, i can reorder the pages without any problems. Thanks for any help.
-
I have the same issue and unchecked the options like it is described in the article. Does anyone have an idea how to fix it?
-
Hi @Aritomo Shinozaki There is no way to change the Roadmap Planner to quarterly. (see the documentation) This macro does not use the macro browser to set parameters. You also cannot add this macro via wiki markup or by editing the storage format directly. Regards Dominic
-
Okay, in this case i'm helpless as well. I can't say how much A4-papers you need for several confluence pages. The only way I can imagine is to export the confluence pages to PDF and then check how much pages it got. Regards Dominic
-
Hi @Pedro Moura I have a question and a possible solution for you * Do you want to know the pages in confluence or how many A4 pages in word would be created? * Are the pages labeled? If so, a simple search with the label filter should give you the number Let me know, whether it helped or not. Regards Dominic
-
If this works for you and you are happy with it, it sounds great :) These "workarounds" have to work for those people, who have the "problem". I can't say yes, thats good for you :-) From the technical view, this should work. Regards Dominic
-
Hi @Miguel Rodriguez 100% with you! That is really annoying. I have the same problem and no solution for that. With the companion app, I can only save once, has to close the application and open it again from confluence. If someone has a solution, I'm interessted to hear.

Hi @Francis I agree with you. You can track the tasks in confluence in your profile, as described here. What works well for us is this use case: * Create the meeting page in confluence * Add tasks with the link to the jira item (Any task, even if it's really small) * from this moment on, the task will be tracked in jira…

Hi @anna sonesson Let's say you edit a new page. Then, suddenly server goes down. After the restart of Confluence, your work is still stored in the unpublished changes, called Drafts. So therefore, Yes, it is possible. Regards Dominic
-
This is tru, for the first creation, you are limited to 15x20. But you have the possibilities to extend the table as far and as long as you want. Example in pictures. This is the excel -> mark all and copy Paste the table in a empty page. Do not insert a table manually first. Hope this helps. Regards Dominic
-
This depends on the functionality of the excel table. Confluence can't calc sum / avg / min / max etc. out of the box. Again, there would be multiple plugins. If you have just a normal table with text, you should be able to copy paste the table from excel. There is no "import" function of an excel file. Regards Dominic
-
Hi @Philipp Zey Out of the box there are no possibilities to do that. There ist the Lockpoint Plugin, you can install. It locks and unlocks Confluence attachments for exclusive editing and controlled change management Regards Dominic
-
Hi @Monika Gottwald This is a known issue in confluence cloud and can be watched here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-66775 Regards Dominic

Hi @Maggie Brennan In confluence you have the possibility to set the publish date. All teams need to know the next publish date and when creating a blog post, they set this date. So at this date, all blog post will be published. This option you see at the left down corner, there you can set the publish date. This is the…
