Hi @Tobias Olgemöller There are a few things I can imagine, why this is happening: * Which browser do you try? Did you try it on incognito mode or in another browser? * If this helps, it has to do with caching problems. The next try would be reload confluence with "CTRL+F5" or delete the browser cache. * Is this problem…

Hi @Kinnaree Patel Did you try to add the macro with "{" Type { and the beginning of the macro name, to see a list of suggested macros. Your macro name is "Code Block Macro" Hope this already helps. Regards Dominic

HI @Steve Wohl This issue occurs, when there is a "Heading 1" line somewhere in the page. So, you have to find this line and make a normal text. Regards Dominic

Hi @Louise Holden When you Edit Space Details, you should be able to change the "Home page". Just search your page, which has to be in the same space. In your case, it could look something like this. I hope this helps a little bit more. If not, please let me know. Regards Dominic

This is true, it will be painfully arduous... Another solution does not cross my mind at the moment.

Hi @Ari J Lahti I would have a possible solution. It is not very easy and you need developer skills. I try to explain what my thought are. When you save a Roadmap Planner page, the page could look like this: Now, you can check the Storage Format. The plugin would look like this: <p> <ac:structured-macro ac:name="roadmap"…

Hi @mary.moore Out of the box, confluence does not give you this option. If you want an automatically change, perhaps an User Macro would help with some javascript to check the checkboses (Action items). This needs very good development skills. Otherwise perhaps is the Handy Macros something for you? Hope this helps…

Hi @Aseem Anand There is a very good documentation from atlassian itself. To create a page I recommend you to read this: Create and Edit Pages. For beginners, I would recommend you to read some tutorials to get startet, like this documentation: Get started If you have any other specific question, don't hesitate and ask.…

Hi @Louise Holden This is very easy and the documentation you can find here. To edit a space's details: * Go to the space and choose Space tools > Overview from the bottom of the sidebar. * Choose Edit Space Details. * Enter the page you want use in the Home page field then choose Save. Hope this helps Regards Dominic

Hi @oleg.logvinov What do you mean by disappear? * Are they disappearing in the edit mode? * Are they disapperaing in the view mode? * Are they still available in the attachment list? Thanks for the information.
-
Oh okay. As far as I know, this is not possible.

Hi Michael Okay. That is what I excpected. This type of images are just links to a web URL. Look at my example: * I copied an image from google * I pasted it on a confluence page This is how it looks in the edit mode This is the image properties --> Web Image And in the View mode, i can see the HTML links to the google web…

If the administrator enables it, then every user can use it.
-
Hi That is really simple. Just click the bar and click "Link page" A detailed documentation you can find here Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @Patrik Brandýs I would say yes, according to the 5.5 documentation.
-
I would add this: * Easy to use! It is nearly WYSIWIG * Documentation isn't only on a local computer from individuals, who can leave a company. The documentation is stored on a server and everybody can access. * Easy to adjust with lots of plugins * Really good community who helps if you have a problem.
-
Hi @Patrik Brandýs The HTML Macro is disabled by default. You'll need Confluence Administrator or System Administrator permissions to enable this macro. When you want to enable that, you can see the documentaion here. When this is enabled, then all users can use the macro. Regards, Dominic

Hi Michael I just tried to copy from OneNote to Confluence and it worked. I think, you didn't quite understand my question. Can you confirm: * Add a new page to confluence * Set the page title * Copy the image from OneNote with CTRL-C * Paste the image with CTRL-V * Publish the page * Question A: Is the picture displayed…

Hi @Sandesh Shetty You can find the macro usages here ( >General Configuration >Macro Usage). Hope this helps, Regards, Dominic

Hi @Alexandra Confluence has the option to show "Space Activity" or "Global Activities". There you can see the "most popular content (views)", "most active content (edits)" and "most active contributors (edits)" If you want to create a User Macro, you can write one (just in confluence server). Therefore, I do not know, how…

Hi Michael When you migrate a page, does the page have any attachments? My first thought was that the picture is only linked and not inserted as an attachment. Confluence then cannot resolve the link and shows the broken picture. Can you confirm my thought of the missing attachments? Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @Marcel van der Vliet I think, this is just the first time you looged in. If the user edit some content, the page will show the recent work. I agree with you, that this is not very good that this option is displayed to the user. Hope this helps. Regards, Dominic

Hi @Matt McCorkle What error do you get exactly? Just the Access denied or a runtime error? Do you get the same rror on an other document in your confluence? The "Access denied" seems to me, that someone changend the permissions on the space or the page (see restrictions). Or with the companion app it could be, that the…

Hi @[deleted] The table of contents macro is described here. In the dialog, you can not change a header name. You have to change the header on the page directly. If I misunderstood you, please share more information. Regards, Dominic
-
Yes, it seems strange. I try to explain, why I want to do this in the user macro. I have a table with 14 rows. 6 of this rows will be filled from the REST call of PocketQuery. The other 8 rows have to be filled in manually. The order is pretty important, and it has to be 1 table, because it is a page property table. In the…

Hi Felix in the $snowInfos is this html code: <div class="pocketquery-view-container" data-query="All_Data"> <meta name="ajs-pq-All_Data-allowgetparams" content="false"></meta> <script id="pocketquery-view-tmp-script">PocketQuery.chartJson("All_Data",…

Hi @Helen Ahlberg This icon looks like the "Page Layout" icon. Did you click it in edit mode, or in view mode? Did the sidebar disappeared in view mode or in edit mode? Can you provide a little bit more information, so we can try to solve your problem? Thanks a lot.
-
Out of the box, I don't know how that's supposed to work. Here are two workarounds: * Are you able to connect to the database? * The information is stored in the tables content and contentproperties (LONGVAL) * Confluence Command Line Plugin (documentation). I don't know the plugin, but it seems, that there is a function,…

Hi @Paul Lu I'm interessted. Why is this minimal change between view and edit so important for you? There are lots of macros, which aren't wysiwyg for example info, note, warning...
-
Hi @YongDuk Kim I don't think there is a solution for that. You see the actual page in the navigation or in the URL. If the page is too long, i would rather suggest you split the pages in sub pages. Hope this helps.
