hello @SilkeS we've been trying to get access to partner portal first before submitting a request for the Partner lozenge. The submitted ticket has been waiting for support for two weeks. Has anyone already gone through that? Could you advise how to speed up the process?

hey KC, - Just click on the work time item to open it. - In the top right corner there's tree dots menu (...), click it and select Delete option. If there's no such option, most likely you do not have permissions. You should ask your Jira admin to grant you permissions or delete it for you.
